When we first received our quote, it was suspiciously high for the…read moreorder so when we declined part of the job and went with a only a few of the items the reply we received was that "it was quoted wrong, we can drop the tax, and we can discount it" so you tried to take advantage of us and we caught you? When we submitted the artwork, we never received a proof or any type of reply. Next thing we know the items are done but the logos were not straight and the placement was very, very off or not sized correctly. When we brought this up it was met with excuses and no apology or any type of solution. We just paid and left. Never using this vendor again for future work.

I am a Nurse Practitioner and brought in 3 black scrub tops and 2 white lab coats to have my name…read moreand credentials embroidered for work. The store was a bit chaotic but they seemed hard at work in the back. I went over what I wanted with one of the ladies and she wrote it down on a note pad. They said it would take about a week- and she texted me when they were ready. The lettering looked ok and she did complete the design correctly. They charged just over $50 for the 5 items. HOWEVER, every top was embroidered crookedly and they are way too high- it does not look like an embroidered top that I showed her which should be above the left breast pocket area for medical professionals. The lettering went into my arm pit and can't be read. They look pretty unprofessional and I cant wear them to work as a practitioner. This is pretty unfortunate because I spent roughly #30 per scrub top and $45 per lab coat- which are all now ruined. I also had to drive an hour each way because I live in Shawano. Feels like a giant waste of time and money- I will have to find another place to re-do all of my scrubs in the future.
