Ordered my items from target online for pickup. Received a text message stating my order was ready. As soon as I walked through the door there was one long line waiting to be serviced. I asked if I could proceed to the pick up line instead of standing in the returns line. Unfortunately , there was one person assisting both sections. Very disappointing because I was hoping to be in and out! Once I finally reached the cashier my request took about 5 seconds and I was able to leave. read more

I just walked out of this store after being a loyal Target customer for years. As I was paying cash and only 3 out of 4 self check out accepted cash I had to wait awhile as the customer using it had a very large order . As the only register open had a very long line I asked the female employee monitoring the self check out if she could open and take me as I one had 3 items . she abruptly said no I work have to wait in another long line . Then the self check out accepting cash broke and I asked if she could now help me . She said "there was nothing she could do about it ". She was very rude and not helpful at all. it's just not like this at other Targets and you lost a customer. read more

Store is a mess. Bathrooms were disgusting. I left without purchasing anything because it is just ridiculous to shop in a store that is a mess. Target in general, barely ever has actual cash registers open only self checkout. What happened to Target? It seems like all you have employees focusing on is online purchases and not a quality shopper experience. read more

Target was decent. I had to wait at the returns desk for a while until someone showed up, but the cashier was really pleasant. I got turned around a bit because I'm not used to this location, but they had everything I needed. I was able to price match online offers at the register which was great. The cashier at the register didn't seem like she wanted to be there but she wasn't horrible. Target is no longer using plastic bags after May 4 so be mindful - bring your own bags or be ready to buy reusable bags. If I'm not mistaken, they may be giving them out with purchases to help people transition. It seemed like the customer in front of me got free bags but they weren't offered to me, so I'm not sure how true this is. read more

When I walk into the Starbucks at Target I'm usually drained and tired (the whole point of why I order caffeinated drinks), but as soon as I walk up to the counter with my drinks i'm just overwhelmed by how kind and caring the Starbucks workers are, I almost feel like I don't even need caffeine anymore because of how much better they make me feel. The staff at Sunday morning, and I believe Thursday nights are so kind its unreal. The workers that really stood out to me were Sam, Kaylie and Jessie. Also the cake pop is adorable read more

I love target but jeezum, everything in this store moves so slow!! The drive up wait time is out of control. Starbucks lines are always so long and same with customer service where I feel like I never even see anyone half the time. Never any registers open. Lines all the way back to home decor some days! Any of you high school kids in the area want a job? I feel like they need probably twice the staff. I love to see the employees messing around and having a good time, but not at the cost of everyone else's time. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE Target! I get giddy when I know I'm going there - toiletries, groceries, electronics, housewares, stationery and more! It's a classy Walmart! Of course I love the red (favorite color!) and white theme and the 'big red balls' outside most of them. The cafe is even decent - they have the usual junk but also coconut water, soft pretzels and fruit. (Gives me warm memories of going to Clover w/ my grandparents!) Some of the stores have the portrait studios - this one does not. It's in a great location though - near the Voorhees Town Center and a bevy of good restaurants, that I've already reviewed. Probably the only thing I don't like about Target is that they don't have a good 'small pet' aisle. I can't get reasonable (it's actually over priced) seed for my Lovebirds. The end. read more

I love Target, and Voorhees was always my favorite location, but things have really gone downhill here. More and more, there are hardly any cashiers (and long lines for self-checkout), and those who are there, do not seem to be too interested in customer service. Yesterday I waited 20 minutes in line for a pharmacy pick-up, and that was with only one individual in front of me. There were three staff members within my line of sight who were restocking shelves nearby. I asked one of them passing by if there was anyone who could help and he literally shrugged it off. Other times I have been here recently the employees doing the reshelving were pretty loud with one another and goofing around. Maybe that is why the shelves are not fully stocked lately. I hope management gets things together in this store. But for now, I'm going to avoid this location. Here's hoping the other Targets haven't gone in the same direction. read more

What....happened?!? We live less than two mile from here and I actually liked going here and looking around. The past couple of months the shelves are constantly empty, sooooo many items out with damaged packaging and very little staff. I wouldn't be surprised if this place was closing down and at this point it wouldn't bother me. Just terrible. read more

I'm never coming back here again! I have lived around the corner from this target for years and have always loved it over the other locations. The past few months here have been AWFUL! They are clearly so understaffed. The shelves are bare and if there are items on the shelves more than likely the packaging is damaged. I literally had to go through multiple boxes of things to find one that wasn't torn. It's so frustrating when you go to do your grocery shopping and they are literally out of everything! IDK if they are going to shut this location down but by the looks of it, won't be long if that's the plan. Only thing that makes this target great is their cart guy. He's always SUPER friendly and is very efficient. I vote he should take over. Until that happened I'll be going elsewhere. read more

The store is currently undergoing a major renovation but still easy to shop. I wish their men's clothing selection was a little better for taller guys, most inseams are no longer than 32". Home decor is trendy but still moderately priced. They've expanded their self checkouts, though not nearly as much as their nearest competitor, Wamlart (sic). Glad that CVS now operates their pharmacy department, good opportunity to kill two birds with one stone while waiting for a prescription fill. The pharmacist, Bill, was very helpful recently when my prescription needed a prior authorization. read more

i love coming here .. ever since we moved here in cherry hill , it's very convenient of coming here.. Staffs are very friendly .. today, i have witnessed this customer back of me ordering at starbucks .. he was complaining the whole time bc everyone's ordering very complicated while all he wanted was black coffee.: the customer is very impatient.. barista guy was very calm and doing an excellent job of ignoring the fact the customer is very impatient .. people need to understand when you're working by yourself don't rush them .. i salute the barista guy earlier today!! read more

Tar-get. A+++++ with the back to school sale. I knew it pays to wait when it comes to purchasing school supplies. I was able to get my kids school supplies along with an added 50% off certain supplies. Pencils, composition books, binders, paper, spiral notebooks, pens, bookbag (on clearance), lunch box, pencil case, folders. I enjoy keeping cost down and shopping smart. Target on this day allowed for this to happen and I was very pleased at the end of my shopping experience that I accomplished getting my kids' supplies and going to the right store to accomplish this. read more

I love Target. This location is close my home and and I come here a lot. There is plenty of parking. When I enter, I buy a pretzel for my daughter, she loves them. I always check the bins by the entry for little trinkets for the kids. I can usually score some activity books, stickers, etc. This store always has the things I can't find elsewhere. This is the only place in the area I can buy the Kiinde baby products. The bottles and feeding products are perfection. I also, am able to find the all natural hair products I use for my kids. The grocery area is well organized and well stocked. I recently bought some really fresh strawberries (yay). I usually visit early in the morning and it's never crowded. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. read more

TBH, I think most people already know what to expect from Target stores, and this is no different. The reason I go here and check-in here is because it's convenient for me when I'm at Vorhees. I'm pretty sure my sister lives here. She won't admit it, but she does. My niece was off practicing karate so we had some free time to kill and do some shopping for her as a surprise. She is really into those pony thingies, so off we went to hunt for pony thingies in the kids section. I don't have kids, so I nearly fainted when I saw prices for these pony thingies range from $10 to $60. Jeez. On the plus side, my sister spotted a three-dish heated buffet thingie that was on megasale. SOLD. So basically I spent way too much money on thingies in Target. read more

This Target location does have a pretty good selection. However every visit is a struggle. No matter the time, there are Always employees stocking or pushing huge carts. You can't get down an aisle. And most of the time, they make you feel like your in their way. I don't understand why the stocking they do, can't get done after/before hours. This location is the closest to me, but I will now take the time to travel longer, to get to a Target where there are more customers on the floor than employees. read more

I have been going to this Target location maybe 3-4 times this passed month and a half since I live moved locally. I have spent well over $200-$300 each time I have went. God forbid you are not Caucasian.. they will stare you down like you're going to steal something. I caught one of the employees lurking over me pretending to stock boxes every section I would go in, completely in my way. Me being from NYC I did not give him the time or attention and simply continued to shop like the employee wasn't on my as*. Instead of worrying about me, worry about the people who spend 30 minutes to an hour and walk out with nothing. read more

First time at this store was back on 10/10/12. In the past I've been to Target and I have no complaints. They got everything you need. I mostly buy Cetaphil Soap, lotion, body wash and Amlactin lotion. The staff here is usually helpful and nice. read more

So, I wait almost 21 hours to get an email telling me to come in for what was to be a "2 hour" pick up in-store purchase born of an online sale....only to get an email saying that one of my items was out of stock (yet in stock when I purchased same online over 20 hours ago.) Had you filled the order within the stated window, someone else would not have been able to scoop up the item which should have been reserved for me. Guess the understaffed complaints are correct. Get it together corporate! UPDATE: picked up missing item at Marlton location (emailed me with in 2 mins of switch to that locale for fulfilment of the sold out Voorhees locale item). Interestingly, Marlton happened to have in stock BOTH items in my order but we were told....wait for it....that we had to go to the Voorhees location to get the other item as they could not fulfil both, since the one item was waiting for me in Voorhees. Can't make this stuff up. WTH? read more

I have so much trouble with this store. Double charging for items, motorized carts are NEVER charged and are unusable. The latest problem: the cashier forgot to take off a coupon from a package of meat and so I was charged full price. When I took the packaging (with the coupon attached) and the receipt 5 days later I was told that I could only get a refund up until 3 days even though that was not specified on the coupon or the receipt. I've also dealt with surly and almost completely unknowledgeable cashiers. Luckily I live in a highly retail area and don't much have to deal with Target. Hoping I Never have to deal with them again. read more

Be careful about what you are buying. The shelf clip prices for sugar, show them as being 5 lb bags, yet the actual bags are only 4 lbs. If you look at the price per lb, you think you are getting a good deal when in fact you are getting a bad deal. We have told the employee working the food area and the manager this for over 4 months and they just ignore us. The manager told me there is nothing he can do. You would think he could talk to his district manager or corporate. I have filed a complaint with the state to get them to come clean and stop frauding their customers. This is also the case at the Marlton store where we also shop. So I am assuming this is the situation at all Target locations. read more

This store is awful, they have the worse customer service ever. I shop at Target stores a lot and they are by and large pleasant experiences, but for some reason this store is consistently a disappointent. They treat the customers like they do not matter, they change corporate store policies at will, but when advised directly by corporate of said policy, they then try to change their tune and act like they are doing you a favor following the store policy. The attitudes of the staff and MANAGERS are NOT customer centric and therefore this store should lose their customers. Their stock is always lacking in comparison to other very nearby Target stores. If this store was the way all Target stores were run, Target would be OUT OF BUSINESS. I hope someoe from corprate reads this note and does a complete overhaul of this store or shut it down completely. I plan to tell everyone I know to avoid this Target location. Anyone reading this review, please take my advice, you will thank me later. read more

Buyer beware, purchased a printer at my local Target store in Voorhees, NJ. When I attempted to install it less then 24 hours after my purchase I found parts missing, so I brought the printer back to the store to exchange it. I was told, by a rather rude manager, they would not accept my return. Instead of a poor attitude you would think that they would be ashamed of selling an item with parts missing. I left the product on their counter and left the store. I got robbed at Target. read more
