It's the Christmas season so what can I say. Stay away during that time! Lol! There were only three cashiers and self check. The line to pay was wrapped around the corner and parking was horrendous! But on a normal day this Target is usually nice. There is plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about where things are located in the store. Everything is nice and neat and in its place for the most part. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Target has quality products and items. I would recommend most definitely. read more

Previous experience was ok, but this last one left me second guessing my choice. The bathroom needed attention. There was toilet paper all over the floor and urine on several toilet seats. i went on 2/10/26 at 4:30pm to try on some clothes for valentines. i had a couple of items and i went to try them on at the fitting room. I went with my boyfriend, the lady there said only 5 items which is fine i know there's a limit on how much to try on. My bf went to sit down while i was choosing my first 5 items. The seat had 2 pieces of clothing which my bf MOVED out of the way and DID NOT sit on. The lady then said you can't sit there, don't you see the clothes. extremely rude with attitude. It's also her job to put the clothes away but she didn't want to. i was trying on clothes and i wanted to try on more so i put clothes back on the rack that i didn't want and had my bf give me more clothes so i wouldn't have over 5 items in the room with me. towards the end i had 2 items to try on, i went into the fitting room to see what i could put back, the lady saw this and then went to my boyfriend and snatched the clothes out of his hands and then said give me this before she gets on my nerves. She shoved them into my hands and then closed my door. SUPER RUDE and i would've said something to the manager but i know they wouldn't do anything. If you can't handle ppl trying on clothes or can't handle being nice. don't get into customer service. she had an attitude with everyone there i overheard her being rude to another lady. On a trip to Atlanta for the week with my son and needed to pick up his nutrition supplies over a four day swim meet. I was probably there everyday in town. I found everything I was looking for in supply as well as experienced neat and organized shelves. The overall store was what I would expect as a Target shopper. Target is a retail chain offering home goods, clothing, electronics and more, plus exclusive designer collections. This one has a CVS Pharmacy and a Star Bucks inside the store which is very cool. This location is considered as a Super Target. There are charging stations outside in the parking lot. The store is located right off of 285 on Lavista Road exit. It's not hard to miss. It will be right behind a restaurant called Del Taco. This store is brightly lit, maintained very clean, and well organized. The layout is wide and easy to walk two carts side by side. Displays are appealing and attractive. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I really enjoy shopping at this target because it is so pleasant and I feel like I get some good bargains. They do have some selective grocery, produce, beer and wine. If you catch them on a good day you can come across some good sales or deals on certain items. Target can be pricey on some items, but the quality of their stuff is awesome. Overall this is a great store and the employees are always willing to help out. I love Target. I've been coming to this location for about 10 years now. It is a better experience than Walmart. The one drawback to Target is that they now do not have enough staff to support the long lines. Even self check out is starting to get backed up on a regular basis. If you come to this location; know what you are getting. I also recommend getting there as soon as they open to avoid the crowd. read more

We've visited this Target store today. Everything seems to be OK except the first thing when we walk in the door, we noticed that a very strong smoking smells I mean basically the whole target storesmells cigarette smoking. I hope the management do better with this problem. read more

BE CAREFUL!!!!! There are women going into the dressing rooms at this Target, busting open the LOCKED dressing room doors to expose other women all the while holding their phones in their hands. Get discounts at their Starbucks with the circle app. This is the first year (2021) that I've seen a Pride Section and I am all - for - it! This location needs to find a better manager. We were shopping in the store last week, and they shut down the self checkout an hour before they closed, and only had one cashier. Their curbside pickup is also not great. Either extended waits or they make you go inside. read more

I love this location it's always clean and organized. I like how everything is so spread out and visible while your walking down the aisle. If you catch them on a good day you can come across some good sales on certain items. Target can be pricey on some items but the quality of their stuff is awesome. I wish Target would be more accurate when it comes to keeping track of their inventory in their app. I always check the app to see what's in stock but once I'm in the store the item is not there even though the app says it's in stock. This location is considered a super Target which includes a Starbucks and a grocery side. They have a big selection of women's, kids and men's clothing. While shopping, there appeared to be numerous employees doing various jobs around the store and I'm sure they would have been helpful had I needed assistance. Checking out took at least half an hour. The checker was pleasant and efficient, and the only one. Self check was restricted to 10 items or less and there appeared to be an employee overseeing that area. This appears to be a management issue. If I return, I will be unable to wait that long regardless of how many items will be left behind in my cart. Recommend other target locations. read more

I have been coming to this location since 2017. It is a big location and is usually organized with plenty of staff. I have done pick-up orders and returns and the staff is always very helpful and diligent. The inventory in the makeup/beauty aisle is not very stocked so that's a let down, hence the 4 stars. They have a starbucks inside which is nice and a CVS pharmacy that I go to as well. The pharmacists are so friendly and helpful! Plenty of parking. read more

I Absolutely Loooooove Target. As a Shipt Shopper I find myself in Target sometimes every other hour throughout the day. Today I was shopping and BIIG SHOUTS OUT to Wendy for helping me find a item. It was a bra, and that section can be difficult, but she was courteous, thorough and helped me search for a legit 10-15 min before we found it. Out of every Target I've ever been in, this one is the filthiest, most disorganized Target with the least amount of inventory. Every aisle is unkempt with products everywhere. The customer service area is an absolute mess. It was a horrible Target experience, but would have been a terrible experience anywhere. Today I saw something I never expected to see - a sketchy looking man sitting in one of the stores' electric handicap carts in the self checkout area asking customers to buy things for him, right in front of the staff (who were ignoring him). I switched from the N. Druid store 2 years ago because of the rude staff, and was pleased at how professional the staff at Northlake was. Now they're the same, and not in a good way. It's bad enough to be ignored when you walk into the store (even when they're NOT looking at their phones), but having to navigate around people begging when you're checking out is just too much. read more

I ordered frappe as usual but this one taste weird, My husband ordered a latte and his same taste weird so I thought I was crazy. So I got home opened the container and discovered there's oil in it! I called and they happily replace it. Next day I went back and they remake it. I got back home and same thing happen again. Oil in it again! I would like to give an associate a shoutout because she really went above and beyond for me. Her name is Maymun! Let me start with the fact that I do not have a Target close to my house and I was going to Tucker for a dance class, so I decided to place an online order for pick up today around 6 pm. I headed to the store around 7 pm in hopes that my order was ready because my class was at 7:30 pm. I arrived at Target and got in line to be helped. Maymun came up to me and asked for my information and I told her my situation. Unfortunately, my order wasn't ready for pick up, but instead of letting me walk away disappointed, she asked if I would like to cancel the online order and offered to show me where to find the items that I bought online since I was already at the store. While walking, she mentioned that the store doesn't close until midnight and I thought "hey, let me just come back after dance class". She assured me that my order would be ready by then, so I happily took my butt straight to dance class. I came back after class and she remembered who I was and handed me my order! The process was quick, fast, & easy and Maymun made the transaction pleasant. She was empathetic and helpful! (You don't find those attributes often nowadays). read more

I had an awful experience yesterday at this Target in Tucker yesterday. They tried to overcharge me $11 extra on an item that was clearly priced in three different store displays. I happened to scan the item and saw that it was priced higher before I checked out so I took pictures of all 3 of the price tags beforehand. When I told the cashier, he said I was wrong so I showed him the pics. He still debated me and said I was wrong. He walked away and then returned and said that it was an online price which none of the three signs said. I said no it was not. He then manually changed the price and said "There! Are you happy now?" It's outrageous and I called corporate to let them know. It's nuts that we have to haggle and watch our receipts to make sure we are not robbed of our hard earned money. read more

Every time I shop at Target, I'm reminded why l enjoy the experience. Today I had a cart load of stuff and had an urgent need to use the Ladies Room. Let me preface my comments by saying I LOVE Target and will only shop there as opposed to other similar stores. With that being said, this store has to be the absolute worst Target I've ever experienced. It is filthy, disheveled and always unorganized. If you want a cart, you just have to wander through the parking lot or the store and find your own - be prepared to empty if from the contents that someone just abandoned. They only have four self-checkouts and it's a rare occasion if all four of them are working at the same time. Despite that, they usually only have two - maybe three - checkout lanes open. Whichever you choose - be prepared to stand in line for 20/30 minutes to check out. I recently moved to this area and I want to like this location but most likely I will make the drive to N Druid Hills to avoid this location. They actually have some great employees, but clearly not leadership who can bring this location up to Target standards. read more

I placed a drive up order at 3:46 pm - three items. It's 8:20 and the drive up order is still processing. I thought maybe the order would be fulfilled by closing. It's not 10:05 pm and it's still processing. I planned to pick up the items on the way from work around 5:30 pm. The items were not ready after my daughters basketball practice ended around 8:00 pm. The customer service is poor. I decided to leave a review because it is not the first time drive up has taken long; it's more like the 8th or 10th time. On previous occasions, I have went to pick up items and it took awhile for the employee to come outside. I have went inside several times due to this happening. I wish there was a way to cancel drive up on the app to avoid the inconvenience. I rather go elsewhere or visit another location. The last 10 shopping experiences have added stress. This weekend I was having some company come over, so I think what better reason to head out to Target and knock out some of the little items I've had on my list. This Target is by far one of my favorites. Although the parking lot is a weird design. The layout of this store seems as though it was created specially for me. You enter and what is right in front of me??? The purses =) I love Target because they have very approachable associates, at Walmart I walk up to an associate and say excuse like 3 and 4 times before they turn around with major attitude. In Target I head to the cosmetics department then over to the books and DVDs then the Home section...and of course ended by the purses. I love that everything is fully stocked, neat and orderly. BUT this particular day although things were in order, they were placed in the wrong spot. So I finally settle on what items I'm going to get and head to check out. Again I receive great service from the Target Employee, but when my bill comes out to be close to $100. I look up at the sign, yup I'm in the 10 items or less line. Then I scratch my head, 10 items or less and I'm paying $100. Not wanting to cause a scene I thank the cashier and head out to my car. It turns out the throw I thought was on sale for $9.99 was regular price. I can't see how this could be being that this wasn't the only throw under the HUGE sign reading $9.99 there were loads. The eyeliner that I bought that said $5.00 was closer to $10.00, again I checked the sign because I the price is what made me settle on the mineral eyeliner as opposed to my usual Maybelline. But I can assure you I would NEVER knowingly pay $10 for .08 oz bottle of eyeliner. Being that not once have I experienced this at a Target I was a bit shocked. I have every intention of returning to the store to point out to the manager that items were wrongly marked. As for the 3 star part. The fact is that I love Target. I can find everything I need and just plain out want. But I can assure you if I don't get the results I am looking for (more or less an apology) an updated review is sure to come. read more

This has to be one of the worst Target stores I've visited. Located right off the interstate on Lavista in Tucker it is not the easiest store to get in and out of due to the high volume of traffic (on a Sunday at that!). We registered for our wedding at the Target in Sandy Springs, but their system was down when we registered; and was down the other 2 times we went to try to register. We were in Tucker yesterday and decided we'd drop by this Target to see if their registry system was up and it was, so we waited in a long line at customer service to get the register gun. While waiting for customer service we noticed that one lady was working the counter, but there were 3 other employees back there just standing around and talking to each other while the line waiting was long and was building up behind us. Finally we got to the counter and got our gun, but that was also a hassle since the lady working the counter didn't know how to activate the gun and neither did the other 3 that were "hanging out"; so they had to call another person over that thank goodness knew how to activate it. After getting the gun we were on our merry way throughout the store; so we thought. We got about half way done registering items in the store when the gun started dying on us; so we didn't get to register all the items we wanted. We finally just said screw it and took the gun back to customer service where we had to wait in another long line to see the one person that was working the counter. I use to think that Target's reputation was better than WalMart, but now I have reservations about that. read more

Just an OKAY Target near the vicinity of where I live so I tend to come here often. I agree with fellow Yelpers that this is one of the WORST Target. Why? Almost everytime I visit, things are unorganized and messy, let alone things are never in stock so I have to travel to a further location just to get what I want to buy. It's like SOME of workers (not all, some are very nice) I see there are either hanging out or not doing what they are hired to do. Management and Staffing needs to be fixed at this location. Other than that, I still support it since it's the only one in the area. Hope there are some changes soon. read more
