I come to target every morning staff is very rude attitudes they are not helpful rude and disrespectful I spend money in there all the time! Queensbury target ppl are so nicer and they go into the back to check for toys that I collect but Wilton target won't do that for me and always give me dirty looks when I'm in the toy area! yes I'm 43 but I love toys I guess that's a crime I'll never go into Wilton tar again! target has lost me as a customer one more thing the manager is so rude and angry man never says good morning has a attitude I'm so upset how the employees act no respect thank you for your time worst store I ever been too!!!! read more

Admittedly it was looking rough in a lot of the sections when I stopped in just a few days before Christmas, but I was very happy to see a decent number of employees working on cleaning up the disorganized areas while still maintaining a large number of cashiers at the registers. I know customers can be crazy this time of year, but I appreciate the effort being put in to still try to maintain a clean and organized shopping experience. We were able to find a few stocking stuffers and a couple last minute groceries no problem, and though we used self check out, there were no long lines at the registers since so many had cashiers operating them too. My biggest complaint though was they needed someone getting carts more frequently. We pushed in two from the parking lot & swapped those for a basket when we got in since we didn't need much, but there were people also using PetSmart carts in the store because so few were available inside and instead were scattered around the parking lot, both in & out of the cart corrals. read more

I bought a couple Yoplait "OuI" containers at this target 2 days ago. after consuming half of one of the containers, I felt weird and ill. I took a peek at the expiration date, and behold, over a month ago. I went back to ask for some money back or whatever, got my $1.59 back... and I went to check the fridge and there it was, "Best By Dec 22, 2023", on the shelf of this target on January 26th 2024. This is a decent Target. I'm not a fan of Wal-Mart (OK...I despise Wal-Mart and refuse to step either of my feet into them)....so when it comes to big-box stores, Target is my go-to destination. The grocery section is pretty good...I only get a handful of items from the Target grocery/drugstore section. A couple of years ago, I bought a family member a really nice TV for a great price. Back in the day I purchased some clothing at Target...I haven't really shopped for clothes at this location but it looks like they have a nice selection. When walking in, there's a Starbucks on the left and a discount section of stuff on the right. Then, of course...there's some seasonal stuff on prominent display. It's easy to find things and get around this store. It's usually quite clean and well kept. My only complaint is that the check-out machines are a bit dated. They just started taking the chip technology but don't accept Apple Pay. Target should take Apple Pay. read more

As Targets go, this one keeps improving - better selection of products, adding a grocery area, more books and magazines, etc. Unfortunately, keeping up only keeps you on a par with surrounding stores. Still, this is a good store. The parking lot, with its curved main route through it, can be a little treacherous, especially since people parking in the Target lot like to cut through it to save time. Use caution in the lot. This store has always had very clean rest rooms and enough checkouts open so that you don't have a long wait in line. read more

This is my closest Target- and nearly all the local ones have added the grocery section this one is also in that group. It is kept pretty clean, and they are constantly updating with the seasons. A good thing to do here, especially if you visit Target often, is to get the Red Card that they offer- I don't recommend the credit card one, but the debit card ties directly into your checking account so any money you would normally spend here will be reduced by 5%~ which for this area doesn't even cover the tax- but 5% is 5% and I won't complain about getting that back, ever! Although here it is a few weeks after the start of my review and I do indeed have an update...I was charged for extra chai in my drink...I have NEVER been charged for that at any starbucks...it won't stop me coming here, but it makes me wonder if its because it is a new starbucks that this occurred. .. read more

Target - Back to school is in full effect! - Department Stores Near Me - Saratoga Springs, New York

When I was in need of finding new places to Shop for customers on Shipt, I turned to a different Metro, and although my shops mostly kept me in places I recognized very well from my travels (I'm also an Uber/Lyft driver), when I came to your store (well away from my "safe zone" at Northway exit 15/US-50), I came in with an order that was bigger than normal - and thought it wonderful to have found everything on the list so quickly without having to substitute products or clean up the list. For my first Shop and Deliver, I was coming from Albany's center (near the hospital) and never thought twice about the distance between these two cities, and had I known more about the true distance and time, I probably would have thought twice. I loved how evenly spaced the aisles were, and that I could easily find everything on my list (except for two items in my second which I'll explain momentarily). I do remember the second order I had more than the first - they were both Target Prepaid orders. And I was amazed that both had Special Requests, that, though bouncing around and easily finding most of the products, by just process of elimination, found the exact product I was looking for without much walking. (It's as if I had been shopping this store my entire life, though I hadn't, as this was my first two times in this store.) The first special request was a facial cleanser (I found that), but after looking for another special request within this store for Pine-Sol (I guessed it was in Cleaning Products) and hadn't seen any in months in most other stores, I ended up marking not found. I was thinking of a substitute for a "Meyers" similar product, but the scent wouldn't have been the same nor would the size, it would have been smaller than the one they found, and just "wrong" for a substitute according to Shipt policy. I was amazed just how evenly spaced the second order was - maybe it was just the easiness of that order alone, that made this second one I had a breeze to complete. Just I wish I had more of those near me when there are Target orders to fulfill. Having had three other Targets that had switched to the newer themes on the outside, when I came into this smaller shopping center (containing the Target), I was amazed to find this one still had the older logo and design both on the outside and inside - and something made going in there, to be two (out of seven) shopping trips, to be the better of the trips I had. read more

Nothing terribly exciting about this big box retailer, but it is a great place to stock up on household items, cleaning supplies, greeting cards, and so forth. Lots of generic brands and low prices will do the trick when selecting trash bags, paper towels, air freshener, dryer sheets, etc. My biggest challenge with this store is all of the morons who turn in off of Rte. 50 in Saratoga Springs, NY, and then go zipping through the parking lot at the same speed they were using out on the highway. Cars come from every which way, and the drivers just lay on their horns when people won't get out of their way. I've seen several close calls between pedestrians and distracted drivers in this parking lot, and I am concerned for my Dad's safety when we shop there. He's not exactly Speedy Gonzalez when walking, and after I watched some rude lady driver flip him off while she was busy yelling at her cellphone, I decided that we've had enough. From now on I'll leave Dad at home, and do his shopping for him. If people cannot show a basic level of respect to a senior citizen, then I'm not going to risk his life. Put in some speed bumps or speed tables, or maybe set up a speed trap with armed police officers......seriously, your parking lot is out of control. read more

The staff at this location is exceptional compared to the staff at the Clifton Park location. Each associate takes valuable time out of stocking to listen to my concerns. I don't know where you else you can find service like this in the capital region. Very few places. So sad. But the workers here are so fantastic, I often choose this location over Hannaford and Price Chopper. read more

Never had issues with stuff being out of stock and you can actually find cute useful affordable things. Would be 5 stars if you had express lanes. Once found the cutest card for a friend's wedding shower. Unfortunately the lines were 10 people deep so I got a card elsewhere. read more

i'm a big fan of target, they have excellent customer service and excellent products. Also, they have great deals, sales and prices. They have excellently priced liquid egg whites! Normally a large carton would be close to $5.00 where at target they are under 3.00. They also have the kodiak brand power waffle and pancake mix, which is a higher protein mix, in various flavors. If you are a waffle or pancake fan I recommend trying these. Also, their beef skewers are delicious! The employees are always very nice, helpful and quick service. The store has a decent selection of groceries, and also their clothing line both women and men is good. I also really like their exercise clothes! read more

Really disappointed with this target. At first glance the selection seems large, but they often only have one or two of any given item, and sometimes the boxes have clearly been opened. Customer service was good when I had a return, but that was pretty much the highlight of my experience. Customer service is a huge issue. A woman asked an associate where they kept spray paint. The associate told her they didn't sell paint of any kind. I found an entire section of paint and primer a few minutes later. It wasn't spray paint, but don't tell customers you have no paint at all when you just don't have spray paint. Then there are the employees that stand around in the grocery section arguing with one another. I was digging through shelves for carbonated water, and three employees were standing there arguing about a fourth (not present) employee, and a manager (also not present.) Apparently they felt the fourth employee was slacking, and that their manager didn't care. There was swearing involved. This wasn't the only time this happened. Again in the grocery section, an employee asked another employee to help stock the produce. The employee being asked snapped that she'd get to it when she had a change. A fight ensued, and the one girl shouted, "I said I'll get to it when I have a chance dammit!" It's not that hard to keep it together, even if you don't love your coworkers. They constantly push you to get their Red Card, too. Even when you say no thank you, they go on and on about how it isn't a credit card. I always say, "No thank you," or "I'm not interested but thank you for asking." Somehow that's never enough. I'm asked 4-5 times, they go on and on about the benefits. If I say no, and you tell me it's not a credit card, and I still say no, then you need to just let it go. I'm going to avoid this place if possible. There are a few things in the grocery section I can't get elsewhere for the same low price, but I'd rather try Walmart or another store, than deal with the disgruntled employees and pushy cashiers. (I know it's not the cashiers' faults either, I'm sure they have a script to follow. Target needs to tweak it!) read more

Every time I have been to this Target I have had terrible customer service. Every time I walk out angry. If you must, go to the one in Niskayuna where the employees are friendly and helpful. I, for one, am over Target and won't be shopping there anymore. They refused to exchange a tv in box fully taped and clearly unopened for the price I paid $150.00 and would only give me the $60.00 it was currently on clearance for. In and of itself, disgusting. I was over the 30 day arbitrary policy because I have been waiting on my contractor to finish the bathroom that it is being hung in. Only to learn that to get it properly mounted on both studs I need a slightly larger one. Honestly, it is something that is within their power to do and they absolutely refused. BTW don't buy electronics at Target because apparently they are grossly, and I mean GROSSLY, overpriced. read more

By far the best clothing selection I've seen from any Target and the product section; makeup, hair stuff, skin stuff, all essential goodies, is drool worthy. I've been in this store a handful of times. Nothing exciting. Target used to have really cute lamps to choose from and office supplies - they have nothing anymore very boring. Also the place is a hot mess. Shoe department wrecked, clothes on the floor. Granted it's the shoppers that are slobs and don't give a crap that leave it like that but it just stays like that. Every time I've been here has been a pretty solid experience. Wide selection of house ware products and things of that nature so it's become my one stop shop for when I need a new dresser or appliance. And check outs are generally always quick so I am rarely standing around twiddling my thumbs. My biggest complaint is that they don't really do displays or end cap stuff well. You are not enticed to buy there (unlike you are when shopping at Walmart), Nothing makes you want to stick around the store and continue shopping. You simply want to get in and out as quickly as possible. I think if they could start popping up with some displays ever now and then, Maybe use it to broadcast the stuff they have on sale/want to get rid of. It really does help bring in customers and keep up sales because they wonder if this item is on sale, I wonder what else they have that's available. read more

Worst customer service in upstate NY. No joke. The employees are exceptionally rude and unhelpful. The customer service desk and "Princess Sammie" (according to her name tag) set the bar for the abrupt, apathetic, rude, not-my-problem type of attitude you can expect from employees at this location. I have dealt with "Princess Sammie" twice for basic returns, and she was so dismissive and abrupt even my elementary aged daughter commented on her bad attitude. The reason that I'm writing this review is to give an outstanding report on the employee that was extremely helpful in the photo department. Her name is Vivian, she was definitely a Godsend today. My wife, sister and myself did not have any knowledge whatsoever in operating the photo copier. When we pushed the button for assistance, Vivian arrived within seconds, she stayed with us until the copier was running correctly. Then when the copier started giving us trouble, her help was again needed. When another employee who was taking over the photo department arrived and said to Vivian I can't believe that you're still here, she responded by saying that she was staying to help us until the job was done. We realized then that she was supposed to go home, we told her to but she just said that we are almost done. It did take about 15 minutes more. I hope that this review is read by her supervisor, They need to know just how valuable this employee was. read more

I am very disappointed with this store! I went to the electronics dept. today with the idea that I was going to buy a camera that they have on sale. Not only did they not have the camera, the employee had no knowledge of the camera. He pretended to look in a few of the cabinets. He told me they are all sold out. They DO open at 8 you know. Excuse me! Either this camera is very popular, or they didn't have any to begin with. Very dissatisfied! This isn't the first time I came out of there empty handed because they didn't have the sale items that I wanted. read more

The Target Starbuck's here is terrible. I ordered a Caramel Frappucino, but it tasted like cough syrup. I also ordered a Gingerbread Latte that tasted the same way. It was so nasty we had to throw out our 5 dollar drinks. The service was terrible too. The two girls working there didn't even seem to care about anything, and took 20 minutes to make just two drinks. There wasn't even a line! The only thing I enjoyed was my bakery purchase of gingerbread loaf, which was okay, but did not nearly make up for the terrible service and nasty drinks. I'm never going there again. read more
