The men at the store will not help you load the furniture if you pick it up yourself, but if you have them deliver it they charge you for that! I contact HomeTrends back with this info and Joann had the audacity, the pure gall, to tell me if we want a refund, we'd have to pay THEM $540 - that's total BS!
