Called the store to see what they would do to resolve this problem, I was told that it take a while to find out what they can do to solve the problem. We have been waiting on a new footboard for this bed as it looks like it was previously broken and someone tried to do a temporary fix on it, we did not notice this until we took it out of the cardboard that they put it in before we could look over it for problems! The men at the store will not help you load the furniture if you pick it up yourself, but if you have them deliver it they charge you for that! I would not recommend that anyone buy furniture from them.
