I called on 6/18 just to see what was going on, and the salesperson who sold us the furniture claimed that Ashley changed the delivery date to 7/25/2020. I then contacted Ashley's distribution center and was advised HomeTrends can send their driver to pick up our furniture and we could have our furniture tomorrow! I contact HomeTrends back with this info and Joann had the audacity, the pure gall, to tell me if we want a refund, we'd have to pay THEM $540 - that's total BS! I'm not someone who rolls over and takes crap. The BBB, The NC Attorney General's office and the Civil Courts in my town will be hearing from me.

My sister and I went to the Rocky Mount Hobby Lobby in search of some upholstery fabric. We were…read moreimpressed with the large inventory that they had of this type of fabric. Extra bonus - this week all fabrics were 30% off. Once we had made our fabric selection, we went to the fabric counter and rang the bell for assistance. An employee was there in a few minutes and was very pleasant and professional as he grabbed the roll of upholstery fabric and measured off the yards of fabric we wanted. While filling out the sales ticket, he reviewed the regular and discounted prices with us, plus filled out a separate paper for us with the fabric name and product number. He also gave us his name and told us if we ever needed more of the fabric he would be happy to order it for us if it wasn't in stock. Very impressed with this level of service.
