The tech for my area "Matt" did an awesome job educating me on how things would work, what the procedure was going to be and what to expect, making me feel a lot better. The only complaint I have is that the instructions from the office could have been more clear on what needed to be done to prepare for the spray, more along the lines of what the tech said to do. Other than that, Matt did an excellent job both times he was here! I highly recommend them!!!
