Do Not Use BBD Pest Control Frustrating Experience, Poor…read moreService Untrustworthy and Overpriced I had a terrible experience with BBD Pest Control. After paying $1,500 to address pigeon issues on my roof including an area where pigeons had a nest before, clean the roof and install 40 disks, the same problem reoccurred within a few months. Although I was informed that gaps were sealed and deterrent disks installed, these measures weren't installed, but I was told these were completed and I paid for the service. When I reached out to the company again, they suggested replacing 30 disks due to deterioration a detail I had not been informed of before. The disks didn't last more than a few months, even though the area is shielded from snow by my upper roof and blocks the place the pigeons made a nest. Additionally, I received an unexpected charge of $220 for a follow-up visit intended to review their prior work, followed by a new quote of $1,700 to resolve the issue. Poor Communication and Quality After several calls, BBD agreed to replace only 10 disks, block the nest entrance, and clean the area for another $400. They did not clean anything, and the owner kept changing her story, even after I showed proof. First, she said the job was done, then claimed part of it was cleaned, and finally said cleaning wasn't included at all. Skip This Company BBD Pest Control failed to deliver on their promises both times. Their honesty and quality are seriously lacking, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save your money and look for a company that stands behind its work.

The level of professionalism, transparency, efficiency, and sheer care that Brett and Brian conduct themselves with is astounding. From letting you witness the dogs work, to allowing you on site during the treatment - so you know what's going on in your home - I can not recommend BBD enough. Please don't waste your time getting quotes from other pest control companies. They may give you a cheaper quote, but it won't fix your problem.
