Three bait traps outside and technician checks the bait. Never looked for where the mice could be coming in. Paid up front for twelve months. Technician keeps saying we will get them and yet hasn't caught one mouse in the traps he put out. Keeps saying there is clutter. All food is in plastic containers and no food they can eat. Don't understand why any effort put into finding where they are getting in. We have caught a number of mice in the wooden traps and glue traps set by my family. Would not recommend this company. They don't show up and have to be called every time. A year later still have mice. Very poor service and would never recommend them. Avoid this company.

They put down poison and sticky traps. All things we had already tried. Assures us if we bought the three month package they would be able to get the mouse and follow up for any other problems. My mother still has the mouse and had a very difficult time getting a hold of the person who was looking after her. Saying they would show up and didn't. Saying them would call back and weeks would go by without a call. Very disappointed for rodent control. But all was well for the ants.
