    employee in question

i went to target to pick up some things at 7pm tonight and i watched this employee yell at an elderly woman for not knowing that her line was closed she said with so much attitude "You need to get out of this line he's my last customer i'm closed." which was unnecessary and uncalled for. then she proceeded to use a rude tone when talking to the man she was checking out when he asked about a mislabeled price. the holidays are stressful for everyone and everyone has their own issues but this way of speaking to customers was unnecessary.

This is the main aisle- off the entrance. Welcome!

I would call this the Walmart of Targets, but that would be insulting to Walmart. At least when there are skids and packing material in the aisles at Walmart, there are (usually) people in the vicinity restocking inventory. This Target location is completely disorienting- and I wouldn't just blame the fact that it is at the Pheasant Lane Mall and thus, 2 levels. If there weren't other humans roaming the aisles with me, I'd assume I were in some post-apocalyptic movie *after* the first and second wave of looting. Gotta go, there are probably zombies stalking me.

Just a random drink someone spilled looks like it's been there for hours. Asst. managers, don't you walk around your store?

Place is a mess, should be ashamed!! Shelves are disorganized across many depts and random product sitting in the middle of isles.

How do you choose one Target over any of the others? Aren't they all the same? No I say! Some Targets are clearly better than others. I have no idea why, but they just are. And I like this one the best. This location was converted from the old Lechmere's as an anchor store at the mall. What I like abou it, is that there's two floors so it's broken up somewhat interestingly. The escalator has a center "lane" for carts, which is kind of neat. The variety is good. I have rarely been unable to not find what I was looking for. But then again, I don't blithely wander into stores hoping they may or may not have a thing I need.

Hello! Here I am waiting in line.

They never restock their shelves and today they only had one checkout line open! I hope I never have to shop there again.

I really wanted to be able to use it this weekend so instead of contacting Fitbit I came to target and they made the experience quick and easy!

This delivery was scheduled a month ago! I ordered a new bedroom set for my son - bed took over a month, the night stand is in and the dresser well might be in by Sept 30. I ordered a new TV stand - nice one - that will not be in until the end of the month - maybe - I haven't been contacted for delivery. I know this is Covid time. The staff and the store are so well maintained, clean and have the safety concerns we all do. I could have bought this all on tax free weekend here in MA, saved hundreds of dollars and still had it around the same time. I didn't buy a special made item with the need to create an entire living room set! I bought "Off the rack". I'm very disappointed. We spent well over $5000 on furniture. I've spent thousands at Bobs in the past - all my furniture and this is just terrible.

I put off writing this review for a while because I was actually waiting for ALL of my furniture to…read morebe delivered. That's because the couch set we wanted (which is f**king lovely, btw) was on backorder for 6 weeks. Still, it was totally worth the wait! This triple level furniture store is jam packed with just about everything one needs to decorate their house with the finest upholstery, bedding, tables, chairs, etc that money can buy. And before you ask, yes....they have elevators. The funny thing is when we walked in, initially looking for a new living room couch set, we ended up also finding arguably the best kitchen dining set we've ever seen. At least, for us. All in all, we ended up spending like 4 grand, but it was worth it. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly. They didn't have us pay for everything all at once either, since each set had to be delivered on separate occasions. Basically, we just paid for the stuff as it was being delivered. Actually though, the prices seem fair enough. If you have old furniture for them to take away, they charge an additional fee for that based on the number of pieces that need to go. There is, however, one admonition about this that still irks the shit out of me.. It seems that either, a.) The management isn't telling their movers that old furniture needs to be extracted from the home prior to the delivery taking place. Or, b.) The movers are really lazy and apparently don't want to take ANYONE'S old stuff. So, they enter in with the mentality of, "No, we're not taking that"...until you point out to them that they are literally being PAID to remove the old furniture. After a bit of back-n-forth, they'll eventually (reluctantly?) do it. Just be firm, keep all your receipts, and it should go just fine. None of this is really a deal breaker for me, but it's just annoying. I mean, is it THAT foreign of a concept that customers will want their old furniture removed? Because I'm fairly certain that upgrading furniture is a pretty common thing amongst consumers. I....I just don't understand why any mover would take issue with this, so long as they are being monetarily compensated. I had two separate deliveries, as mentioned. And BOTH times, with two different moving teams, they initially went in with the belief that they were not removing any old furniture. It's just weird and I'm not quite sure if it's a breakdown in communication with their bosses, or just sheer laziness. One guy even grunted as he was moving a small piece of the couch, which....wasn't all that heavy. Despite all that nonsense, what matters most is the furniture itself and the store's selection. Both are on point. I highly recommend this place as a go-to for your furniture needs, along with the aforementioned caveats to all present and future customers.
