Maybe I just have a sensitive nose, but the store, specially the entrance, smells like animal urine. Hopefully that can get corrected.

Average Target store. If you've been to a Target before then you'll know what to expect when walking into this one. Nothing bad about it.

Now I am not the type of buyer that only buys for price. I also compare shipping time, where it's coming from and if available, past reviews. Eric's Outdoor Furniture had not only good reviews but also an easy website to navigate and just so happens they had the best pricing as well. I ordered the glider and received it within a quicker than expected timeframe. The assembly was easy and only took about 25 minutes. When I ordered the glider I added an optional cup holder. Although given only an option to buy one cup holder for a 2 person glider I assumed the reason was that only one would fit. So the only issue was the mounts for the cup holder came through black and not the antique mahogany that i ordered for the glider. I also found that I could have had 2 cup holders. No big deal, I went back on the website and ordered another one. I also contacted Eric's Outdoor Furniture to find out if the mounts were supposed to be black and to inquire about the price of the additional cup holder costing more than the bundled one. Now this is why I like to see prior reviews. Eric's Outdoor Furniture replied that the mounts were supposed to be the same color as the glider and that because there website did not allow for a second cup holder to be purchased that they credited my purchase of the 2nd cup holder to reflect the price of the first one. They will also be sending out the correct colored mounts for the first one. There was no hesitation on there part and I didn't even ask for the credit. Overall I got a great product at a great price with even greater customer service. I could not have asked for more. I will be a customer in the future and I highly recommend that you buy from Eric's Outdoor Furniture. I'm already looking to see what I want to save up next for. Thank you, Sean P.

This past Saturday (Nov 1) I bought a pair of lamps. When I got home, the lampshades were of noticeable differences in color. This was made more obvious by the addition of the light bulb, of course. The lamps were also too large for the tables I have, so I wanted to just return them. I was unaware that they were non-returnable (per my receipt which was still in the envelope). I understand having a policy like that to avoid people "sampling" items to see if they match or not. However, I experienced what is perhaps the worst mistreatment I have ever encountered at a store. The man who said he was the manager, Sam, was abusive, rude, dismissive and condescending. At first, he was going to charge a restocking fee of 20%, but when I returned from my car with the second lamp, he decided he was sticking to the policy of not returning them since it was clearly stated on my receipt. When I explained the situation about the difference in colors, his comment was "the lamps are the same color as they were yesterday when you bought them". At this point, I just felt dismissed and my voice was not being heard. I put the lampshades on the table and asked him to take a look. (At this point, he hadn't even looked at them). By now I was angry, not because I couldn't return the lamps, but because I was being treated so poorly. He said I slammed them so hard that I needed to "get out of his store". I asked if I could at least get the matching shade and he said no, that I needed to leave his store. I am still upset today because of how I was treated. I've been a good customer at that store, but after this awful treatment, I won't ever be going back.
