0 stars if I could.. better yet negative stars. This place is a sham. google premier tv parts…read more You'll see numerous complaints from ripoffreport and BBB. I bought a part from them, received and didn't work. They took it back and said my CC would be credited w/in 48-72 hours. Almost two months later nothing. Even after several phone calls and emails. Avoid like HIV, Bubonic Plague, Herpes, Ebola etc

This place is horrible. Don't bother trying to call them before noon. They don't answer the phone…read moreand the voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message. They were scheduled to fix my tv that is completely out. They called the evening before they were supposed to come out and said they didn't have parts. They said it would be 3 to 5 days to get the parts and they would be out the following week to fix the tv. I tried calling to confirm they were still coming, but nobody would answer the phone and I couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. The next day they didn't show up so I missed work for nothing. Tried calling them all morning with the same result. Finally get a hold of them after 1pm and they said they were supposed to get the parts the next day. They wouldn't schedule my appointment. They said they would call me the next day to schedule. NEVER CALLED! I tried calling for 3 days and finally got a hold of them on the 3rd afternoon. They said they were just about to call me. B.S.!!!! They said it would be a week before they could come out to fix the tv. I told them that was BS and they said that's just the way it is. Unfortunately I had no choice, as this was a warranty repair that is contracted out by a 3rd party insurance company (from HH Gregg). I will never buy another tv and purchase an extended warranty that would use these idiots for repairs. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with all the way around. If you see or hear "Premier Electronics", RUN, RUN FAR AWAY!! I don't even want these people in my house. No TV for a month because these people are scamming the insurance company. How do you say you don't have parts when you never even looked at my tv! Absolutely disgusted. I agree with the other reviewer- there should be negative stars!

While the workers were very nice my experience has been less than pleasant…read more I had a flood in my basement 12/29/19. We tore out the wet carpet and did the water clean up ourselves. Once insurance confirmed coverage I contacted Servpro. The project manager came out on 1/9/20 to assess what needed done. At that time I was told there was very high humidity and they would need to get dehumidifiers in to help dry it out. I had tile flooring which was lifting from the water. They sent it off fo analysis. I never heard from them for a few weeks until that was back and confirmed it was asbestos. Meanwhile, the high humidity damaged the electronics of my furnace requiring a new furnace. This had to be done before Servpro could do their repairs as I randomly had heat and the temperature outside was in the teens...still no dehumidifiers were brought in. They were finally able to begin on 2/11/20...44 days since the flood. They scrubbed floors and put dehumidifiers and air handlers in for less than a day. They finished the removal of the tile 2/14/2020. I heard the project manager come about an hour before they finished telling them the things that still needed cleaned and it would take a few more hours yet. They left an hour later, I left for work. When I went down the next day to hook my internet cable back up that they had unplugged I found filthy cables all wrapped up. They were so careful to seal the basement off due to asbestos but then left these with who knows what on them. The wooden wall and wooden bar were filthy a couple feet from the floor up from the splashing of whatever they used on the floor. There was a dirty film on my utility side floor that they had "cleaned". I had a brand new ringer bucket ruined by black stuff splashed all over the outside. They removed the heavy wooden door separating the sides and not only lost the pins but I had to go purchase new ones and hang the door back up myself. The first time I went to do laundry they had unhooked the dryer vent from the wall when they put my dryer back and lint blew all over. I had to move the washer and dryer to hook it back up. While doing this and reaching for the metal tape on the shelf above a table a carpeted 2"x12" fell on my foot. It had been leaning on a barstool at the far end of the basement but when they moved things around they put it on the edge of a table. I didn't even know it was there until it fell as I didn't put it there. I incurred in upwards of $1200 in medical bills. I called the project manager back out. He had a crew come back to finish cleaning (March 5-it took a couple phone calls). I showed him where the 2"x12" had been placed and was told to turn in my medical bills. Here it is May 6 and I am still fighting with them over paying the medical bills. I have a balance insurance didn't pay due to "overlap" but it is less than the medical bills. The slogan on the commercials and the back of the trucks "Like it never even happened"...it is 4 months later and I still very much know it happened. ** added to respond to the comment left by Albert Atkins... You are correct about the survey. At the time of "completion" it was already 2:20pm and I needed to be leaving for work in less than 20 minutes. I had not yet been down to the basement to find everything I did. They basically showed me quickly the floor where the tile had been taken up. I overheard the project manager (I was still upstairs) telling them less than an hour before that that they would need several more hours to finish cleaning up...the wooden wall, the bar, the stairs etc. I assumed they would be calling at the beginning of the week to schedule to come back since they didn't have much time after he left. It wasn't until the weekend that I had a chance to go down and plug my internet back in and then started finding things. It wasn't until Tuesday that I did laundry for the first time and discovered the dryer vent was not attached after they had moved it. I made a call and the project manager came back out. I showed him all of these things. I told him and showed him the 2"x12" that fell on my foot when I had to move the washer and dryer back out. He saw my foot and knew I had been to Urgent Care and had an appointmentthe next day at an orthopedic. He is the one that told me to turn my medical bills in. He was to send a crew that Thursday or Friday-that did not happen. I called again and finally got a day scheduled for them to come finish cleaning. I emailed the project manager a couple times and never heard back. He was to find where the lost door pins went. The crew that did the asbestos tile floor also left their respirator on a filing cabinet in my garage. If they were wearing hazmat suits and sealing things off this should not have ever been. It is very disappointing to know that you have people complete a survey before they even have time to make sure things are right. I still have yet to even receive any copies of the paperwork of what was done.
