So this is my local Target and it's usually an easy visit to get in and out without it being packed. Customer service is generally okay, but sometimes you'll find a "not in the mood camper" but most of the time staff are friendly. I would have to say though that the clothing and shoes section do not have as much variety as other Targets (Dadeland and Bird Road) but it's fine for an emergency visit. The clearance section for the food area has much more than the clothing section so that should tell you a little something on variety. Pricing for the home products and clothes are a little pricey for being Target and all but quality most of the time is high, so I guess it balances it out. Ultimately Target is my go to when I don't have time to deal with the commotion of Walmart down the street. read more

Clean and new. It was a mix between Target, limited market, and department store. Wide aisles, but most items were low. Maybe it was a big weekend for shopping. Dale, Targe' in Hialeah! Of the big box stores, Target tends to be the cleanest, and more "trendier" items in stock. This location also has a Starbucks store on premises. For the most part the employees are courteous. That being said, there are times when the stereotypes about the neighborhood and big box store service come to play. The cash registers appear to be understaffed, especially the Express checkout lanes. It sucks when you just have one item to buy and have to stand behind a huge purchaser paying with exact change. There's also the matter of the lackadaisical customer service employee whose idea of service is painting a broad brush "over there" to the middle of the store instead of actually helping you. This problem seems to be most often on weekends or other peak hour shopping. read more

For those that ask, I found out the manager's name is Rosalina. I went last week to pick up a mobile order via drive up. This Hialeah Target is ridiculous including management that doesn't do absolutely nothing. On this day it was raining, and under these circumstances the team members don't go to the drive up designated parking. Understood since they don't want to get wet. They usually have you park in the 1st stop sign and they will bring it to the car. On this day, a Hialeah cop was in the way, just parked there near the stop sign just hanging out in his car. While I am stopped at the stop sign waiting for my order, a car behind me was honking non-stop at me and got out of her car to tell me everything you can think of and be disrespectful to even calling me names. I had my 4 year old in the car witnessing all this and asking me what is going on. I told the girl that if she had a problem, to go inside target and talk to them because this is where drive up takes place when it's raining. I guess the girl went up to the cop and told him that I was not moving. The cop comes with his attitude and I explain to him the same thing... my daughter is even more scared now because she sees the cop. The cop asks me where is the sign for drive up. I tell him that I don't know as they usually don't have a sign but this is what I have been told in the past. The cop goes inside and does god knows what. Then a dark skin team member standing by the carts comes out and tells me to move because they keep honking at me. I tell her that I am waiting for the drive up as it is raining and this is the designated spot. She asked me for my order number. At the end, I waited an hr and half, got into an altercation with the same girl that was honking plus others that were passing by calling me names and screaming at me. The team member didn't tell the vehicles behind me to go passed me or anything. I called the store about 7 times and no one answered. I called corporate of how frustrated I was and hurt that my daughter had to experience that. The customer service and wait time for drive up is horrible. I stopped shopping at Target. read more

My favorite Target location. Today I came to pick up my son's bike that ordered last night online for the black friday sale. Upon arriving there were about 4 people in front of me. Some picking up and some doing exchanges. There was essentially only one person at the counter. I would think that being that it is a busy time and most people are doing what did, that they would have more people in that area. Overall there were about 4 people in the area but only one person at the counter assisting customers. Two people walking around with order scanners but again only one person actually assisting customers. Which is the reason for the 4 star. Eventually another person came to the counter but forever reason the service wasn't that well and the scanners were very slow and the young lady assisting me wasn't sure where my item was. As I was checking out, the one female that was just walking around holding the other scanner finally came to the counter and assisted a customer. All in all, I am rating this on an average experience because I know of the customer service I typically receive and will chalk this up to them being overwhelmed with orders and understaffed. read more

I used to go buy at this target store quite frequently over a year ago before I moved away to the Homestead area. The target store had not changed much since the last time I went there. Service was good like always and I did see that they installed some self service checkout lanes to ease with the lines that used to be here in order to pay for your items. One disappointment I had was that they used to have a fairly extensive section of k-cup coffee for Keurig brewers that has changed. It is still big, but there was considerably less selection of coffees to buy especially of the Starbucks kind. I used to find special single source and seasonal blends you could not find in stores at this Target but they are all gone. I did, though, find my brand of chocolate on sale (Dove Chocolate pieces 2 for $7)and found my favorite chocolate bars (Green & Black Milk Chocolate Sea Salt...which is hard to find in other places) so it wasn't a total bust read more

Target in Hialeah, FL has the worse customer service! I purchased Doom 4 for PS4 on Cyber Monday 2018 for $15 online and when it arrived the disc was rattling inside of the case so I went to the store to return for refund because their website was showing that all the nearby stores including the Hialeah Store had 0 inventory for the game. After I had returned the game in the returns section I started walking inside of the store to see if anything else interested me in the video games section and I found another copy in the games section of the game that I returned (even though it said they had 0 in stock online) and they refused to price match their own price after I returned for a refund (thinking it was sold out) because they claim that they have to go by the online price and cant go by the receipt that I had that showed I purchased it for $15 instead of the $30 it was showing in the store shelves. Its pretty disappointing that they wouldnt price match their own prices with a customer receipt showing that I purchased the item at that price but had to return it because it was damaged during shipping and that their inventory counts on their website were incorrect. I make sure that any time I have to visit Target I avoid the Target location in Hialeah and instead drive to either Broward or Miami for my needs at Target instead of the Hialeah location. I actually had a pretty similar situation recently (09/2019) at a Target location in Miami where a video game was showing up for $15 online but when I scanned it in the self checkout it was showing up for $25 and the cashier price matched their own online price without any hassles but that was at a Target at a different location, the difference in customer service was like night and day compared to the Hialeah location which has horrible customer service. read more

Time flies in this Target. I can spend hours and hours here. I usually come here for a specific item but end up buying a lot more EVERY TIME. You can't blame me; they have so much. I can come to this store to get Clorox wipes, shampoo, bikinis, or cute decor for home. I love that it's a store where I can indulge in buying a cute pair of shoes or shirt for myself while buying essentials for my home. The store is always very organized. There is plenty of staff through out the store to help you. The check out process is also quick. They have several self check out stations and they have a staff member near by in case you press the wrong button or need guidance. The parking lot is huge and it's close to the 826 highway. One of my favorite sections of the store is the dollar section by the entrance. Kids love it too. Oh, I can't forget my other favorite feature of this store, the Starbucks located inside. I always swing by before my shopping for an extra boost to keep me going. read more

I sometimes find myself shopping in this general area, as on one side of 826 you'll find a Super Wal-Mart and on the other, you'll find this Super Target and an attached Lowe's Home Improvement Center. Not too far away is another plaza with Best Buy, Sports Authority and a few other stores. I find that the selection of merchandise at this Target isn't always as good as it is at their store at Dadeland. It does, however, feature an acceptable food section with some groceries and produce if you're looking for a 1 stop shopping experience. This Target also has a Starbucks near the front entrance. My only real beef with this location is that, even at its busiest times on the weekends they rarely seem to open the express checkout lanes, so even if you only have 2 or 3 items, you're forced to stand in a long line behind customers with full carts. One thing that Target does which adds a bit of speed to the checkout process and that many other stores should follow suit on is that if you pay by credit card, many times they don't require you to show ID or even sign the pad or a copy of the receipt. You simply swipe your card, the receipt prints and you're on your way. read more

The messiest target I've EVER been to. Couldn't even shop because of the overwhelming mess. Mess in the woman's clothing sections, mess in the kids toys section, mess in the home section, so many broken items also. Everything looks like it went through a mob of people and left just like that. Piles of clothes on the floors , things on the shelves where they shouldn't be. Thankful for price checkers because price tags are never reliable. By far the worst Target to shop at. You can tell the employees here are careless and don't care to do their jobs. They also don't switch out inventory often. I'll see the same things on shelves for 2-3 months at a time. read more

Collectors beware! Went to this target that is far from me to get some collectibles. Ended up getting some Pokémon darkness ablaze packs. Wanted to get 6 packs but was absolutely shocked when I was told there was a limit per customer for Pokémon. According to this target it is only two packs per person per day. I've been to several targets in the last few months and this is the first I've ever heard of this. Your really gonna tell me I can't buy something with my money? This ain't hand sanitizer or medicine. No other target is doing this, I will never return here under these circumstances. This Target has been around for ages. Despite that, it's quite modern. They have a massive parking lot and a Starbucks inside. Oh, plus they have a mini food station where you can get pizza and sandwiches. I believe the pizza is from Pizza Hut. Self checkout is also available. Anyhow, going here you're bound to found something to buy even if you didn't plan on buying anything. It's just the name of the game. They set up well at this location and they want you to know it. Only reason it doesn't get five stars is that unfortunately sometimes they do run out of things and it seems to be awhile before they restock. Overall this Target location is pretty decent especially considering how some places can be in the area. There is a Starbucks just near the entrance and makes for the perfect start to a shopping trip. They have a pretty nice dollar section and lots of great deals. Check-out can be a hassle sometimes as few registers remain open but somehow it all works itself out. There are express lanes but every time I go they are shut off so I really don't see the point to having them. A great place to shop in Hialeah and there are as few good restaurants surrounding it. Be sure to download the cartwheel app on your phone so that you can enjoy extra savings at the store. read more

This is the only Target in Hialeah so it's a major shopping spot located right by the palmetto expressway by Okeechobee road. They've always got the best sales and deals especially if you're using the cartwheel app. I love coming here when I'm in the area because it's a great pit stop for clothes, food, cleaning supplies, and home supplies without having to go to the Flagler location or the Bird road one. I'm always a sucker for the entrance section that offers little dollar trinkets which is perfect for holiday decorating. The fitting rooms could be a bit more organized but overall it's a great location. There's a Starbucks inside as well so if you wanna get your matcha on while you shop then so be it. I love coming to the home section because I end up finding the cutest stuff to add to my home without breaking the bank. Now with their online ordering, you can even get same day delivery or pick up on certain items which is certainly an efficient way to shop. read more

I got home and hooked them up and they are both empty. As some others have mentioned, this is your pretty typical Target (as any franchise usually is). What varies, however, from Target to Target (franchise to franchise) is the customer service, cleanliness, and organization. Parking is easy to find! They have a huge lot, so if there's no parking directly in the front, there is definitely parking a little farther away. Walking is good! The clothing section is usually very, very neat. I'm not sure if that's because of lack of people browsing through it or because the staff does a good job at cleaning up. Either way, it's definitely nice to browse through a clean and organized section. The clearance section is great, and I've found some great steals. It's near the fitting room! The fitting room is clean and the ladies that have been there have always attended me well. The next section I visit often is the produce section. They're good at keeping everything organized, and while they don't have the best picks, they do have good deals on things like yogurt, eggs, etc.. Bathrooms are also clean! They have a self checkout section, which I can definitely appreciate, since waiting in line can be the worst. However, of all the times I've been here, it's never ever been packed or even crowded. There's a good flow of people coming in and out and it's never congested. They also have a Starbucks in the front - as most Targets do. I haven't gotten anything from it, but it's worth mentioning for those who love overpriced coffee and reheated frozen food! read more

To visit Target on a saturday morning has become a weekly ritual for me and my girls. The specials and clearance items are amazing. The prices in general are great and the store is kept very clean and organized. Target also has a great selection of meats at really good prices. I used to come here all the time, now the customer service is horrible from the cashier to the manager they don't care about customers. Last time I went there the cashier ring some items twice, I told her what has happened she retort by saying if I wanted to purchase items or not, I got upset and told her yes I want to buy the items but I won't pay twice for something. She took the duplicate out of the total but after I paid I noticed something(She charged every time at full price even tho everything was on sale) I talked to the manager, a woman who told me that everything was on sale but you need it to have the Target app on your phone. Target promises to price match but refused to price match beats solo headphones advertised by Walmart. They kept saying that the solo headphones sold by Walmart did not show up in their system. I continuously showed them that they were sold and shipped by Walmart on my phone. And continued to disregard me and tell me I was incorrect. I even added that I had just come from Walmart and they didn't have the color I wanted but all the other colors there were $197. No one wanted to help because I am a 21 year old "child" in their eyes. I even went to guest services and inquired about how tech told me they couldn't price match. And i was told if I was really interested that i should go to the back and bring the tech consultant to the front with the product. Guest services could have easily phoned him to the front to be helpful. No one should sent a customer to do their job. Horrible experience! I have a two-month-old and I needed to buy her some pampers. The moment I walked into the store into the dollar section, I had employees observing my every move! I was looking at one of the Halloween sticker books and one of the employees decides to walk right in front of me to see what I was doing. I then walk into the clothing section, employees are there observing. I go into the baby section and coincidently there's an employee walking and "fixing" every single isle I was in. I would walk down two or three more isles and lone and behold she was there next to me. I have a two-month-old and I'm with my boyfriend. Do you really think I'm going to steal something? Do you really think I feel like going to jail? Honestly, never again. I did not feel comfortable at all! Every employee was watching our every move while we were shopping. I went on 04/04/2020, let's start off by two girls that were working in the cosmetic section speaking in Spanish on how is it possible that people are buying with everything going on with COVID-19.. Later, the cashier an old cuban man with a nasty attitude. I ask the cashier if he make sure that my number is entered so I can get reward points, with a nasty attitude he told me that needed to be done in the beginning of the transaction. Later when I use the terminal to enter my debit card he SCREAMS AT ME and tells me not to move the credit card terminal because I was going to break it.
