    I like this Target. I have been here several times over the last couple years. It's one of my favorites. Great customer service is what I receive every time I come here. They are fast always and willing to help you. Everyone seems to know what they are doing. They have a Starbucks in this store too. It's located just as you walk in on the left side at front of store. There is plenty of parking outside and they even have an ATM machine at front of store too just as you walk in on the left side at Guest Services. They have recently remodeled this store too but I think it's been maybe 3 years or more. If you ask me, they need an update comparing it to other Targets especially in the areas of HBA, electronics, apparel and their fitting rooms as well as other areas.

    One of the neatest and well kept Target Stores I have ever been in. Everything was so well maintained. I personally got a kick out of their end cap displays (end of aisle displays). I couldn't remember ever seeing the large scale target shopping basket as a display case at any other location. Here they use them and they're a great touch. There were serval placed throughout the store displaying various items. Everything else was well stocked and easy to locate. All associates were pleasant and there were serval cashier registers open, so there wasn't any wait time to check out. Overall a good location.

    I've visited this location several times over the years. The parking is adequate, sharing the same parking space with several other stores. The lighting is ok outside, much better inside. The exterior is normally clean, and the interior is clean. The bathroom cleanliness is hit and miss. Customer service is courteous, though we've rarely been greeted or assisted on the floor. They keep good stock of inventory in the store, and the associates in the store are knowledgeable of their sections when asked. All in all, I recommend this location if you know what you need and don't care about the rest.

    Clean store. Practice social distancing. The staff had a smile. The store is stocked very well. I was able to be rung up by a person . Self checkout is available. No wait time.

Up until my last purchase when I was treated like they were more interested in their bottom line than resolving a problem and keeping a good customer. That is too bad, for them, and for me. I purchased a Corinthian power reclining loveseat on November 29th of 2021. The loveseat was on display at the Greenville store, so I was able to check out the power reclining feature and to see how comfortable it was. The loveseat appeared to be of very good quality and well made. So, I made the purchase and picked up the loveseat from their loading dock the next day. I set up the loveseat in my family room and was very pleased with my purchase. So, over the holidays the new loveseat was used by myself and my wife, and we loved the power reclining feature. So maybe the defect was there all along, but I did not notice until I was having trouble with my back. What I realized is the seat cushion on both sides did not have ample support and the seat cushion would sink lower on the outside when sitting. So, when you sit down, your upper body would be leaning to the outside instead of up straight, and that is why myself and my wife were having back trouble. To alleviate this issue, we would put extra cushioning on the seat to the outside. I felt like this was a manufacturing defect, so I contacted the store in Greenville on January 6, 2022, and was given the phone number for the Jacksonville store who takes care of all repair and replacement issues. So, someone came on January 19th to check the issue. On February 14th, I was contacted by the repair department and was told that new mechanisms had be ordered and will arrive in 2-8 weeks since parts are coming for overseas in a container. This was not the ideal situation for me, having made the purchase of this loveseat for $1800 and I also had purchased the 5-year protection plan. Over two months later on April 25th, having not heard back, I called and was told the parts had been delayed and would be arriving "shortly". Not happy with this situation I contacted the salesperson and the sales manager but had to leave messages since neither were available. Never got the first phone call from either. I guess they don't deal with problems very well. It appeared to me they saw me as the problem and not the loveseat. On May 18th I called and checked for any progress in getting the parts and was told it would be two or three weeks. Finally, on June 21st the loveseat was picked up to be repaired at the store. On July 23rd I heard back that repairs have been completed and delivery can be scheduled back to my residence. At this point, I went to the Greenville store to check to see if the problem had been resolved. Was not surprised to find that nothing had been done to resolve the issue with the seat cushioning. I talked to the sales manager and was told they had done all they are willing to do. I would not get a refund so I could buy another loveseat in the store or just a simple exchange for one that did not have the problem. Was told this issue went all the way to top management and any refund or exchange was denied. Just a side note.... I had planned to buy the entire set including the sofa and single recliner, but I could not do business with a company that treats a customer like I had been treated. So, the bottom line is that Furniture Fair did not resolve the issue, and they have lost a good customer who has bought thousands of dollars of merchandise over the last twenty some years. A salesperson greeted me and guided me to the bedroom area. Since I mentioned that I wanted to look around, he allowed me to do so and went elsewhere and checked in with me a few minutes later. I found one design that was marked as a floor sample and ready to be sold at a discounted price. I told the salesperson that I was interested but not ready to commit at that moment as I had a few other places I needed to visit while in Greenville. I did return a few hours later, and the floor sample had a new even more discounted price. We did the transaction and started the process of having it delivered. I was a bit shocked to have to wait about two weeks for an on the premises floor sample bedroom suite to be delivered to my home. Regretfully the selected time for delivery conflicted with my work schedule, so I asked a neighbor to supervise the delivery. The neighbor knew where the bed and dresser were to be put in the room, and the delivery folks put them in those spots. However, they did not center the placement of the bed and the dresser, which were clearly not centered in this small room. It was noticeably off-center to the naked eye. I had to get a couple of neighbors to come over so we could move the furniture into its proper places. I am pleased with the quality of the furniture, the discounted price, and the salesperson.

I was welcomed by Missy who informed me of the current sale and then told me to take my time and ask if I had any questions. I then asked some questions about the different brands and she educated me on the comparisons. I picked out what I was interested in and she quoted a tentative cost estimate and then it was on to fabric selections. The next 2-3 weeks was me going in several times a week and picking out samples to take home. Long story short I changed my mind on the fabric and the style of sofa after we had completed the paperwork for the initial order. Missy was phenomenal. She was so patient with me and her only concern was my happiness with my choices. I finally made my decision and she changed the order and now I am excited about the arrival of my custom order that should take 4-6 weeks. The rest of her staff, Chris and Brittany, were always so nice and welcoming as well. I felt like I was a part of the staff I was there so much lol. Anyway, please go see them! Both couches were installed incorrectly and 50% of the bunk bed screws were stripped. I scheduled two, not one, TWO separate repair visits and no one showed up or called. After numerous calls and visits with no luck, I called the customer line and was told we needed to have the couches inspected for repair before swapping them out. No shit. So, upon this third repair attempt, it was ultimately decided that the couches were beyond repair. NO WAY, RIGHT?! So approximately a week and a half later, we were contacted to come in and pick out a new couch for equal or greater value. We do this and have the delivery scheduled for the following weekend. That brings us to today. Delivery day. They not only forgot an armless chair but, a recliner as well. Let's not mention the couch was delivered with a tear in it. I know this tear is minuscule but, after all this bullshit, really?! 2. Before the story above, we sent my mom, Shelby Donnelly, to Badcock for a new washer/dryer. The sales staff were incredibly rude. My mom requested a mask be worn during discussions and the salesperson refused. You have a big ass sign in you door that says masks required. Y'all ain't special! Fast forward to delivery. They broke her wreath, didn't remove the plastic around the units, and refused to install the $250 steamer attachment. Apparently, these just weren't part of their job description. After numerous calls to the store with no answer, she wrote corporate a letter. They finally reached out and offered a $50 gift card, won't reimburse her for her wreath, and have not scheduled someone to install said steamer. What the hell is someone gonna do with a $50 gift card to a furniture store?! 3. Again, before story number 1, we sent my mother in law, Sherry Madures, to Badcock for new bedroom furniture and a couch. She paid for everything and scheduled a delivery. Couch came first, no issues. Next delivery up is the bedroom furniture. The day of delivery, THE DAY OF, she took her old furniture and removed it from her home for the new install. Badcock never called with a time. So, she called. They moved the delivery day a week out without telling her. She slept one week with no bed. All because someone was too damn lazy to pick up the phone and give her a call. Though this long post I've left out all the disrespect shown towards us and my mother. I could write a book on that. The employees are rude, arrogant, and blatantly don't give two shits about your needs. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. Their corporate office is no help to you either. Someone got paid off to give them 4.7/5 stars.
