I don't shop at Target much anymore but if I do, I usually utilize order pickup, especially for bigger items. I recently purchased a tv and the young woman who brought me my order was really great when she came out to my car. She loaded it up thoughtfully and patiently waited while I figured out how I was going to need to unload it and placed it in my car with great attention- even rearranging other items to make sure it traveled safely. I live pretty well between the Target on 117th and the Westgate location, and other than convenience on the way home from work, Westgate is definitely my choice. The shelves are usually stocked, drive up is super convenient, there's at least 20 spaces, and it's pretty clean inside. I will say, similar to the other location, this Target also seems to focus their staff on drive up, both delivering and pulling the orders, and there are usually only a few registers open at a time, which makes shopping in store less convenient. read more

This is pretty much the one spot I can find my Starbucks nondairy creamer. Now I'm excited since they carry nondairy cold foam. I love the selection for dietary needs and I always have to stop at the seasonal isle. They carry items you can't find anywhere else. read more

This Target location is great! I always find the stuff I am looking for (for the most part) and it is pretty easy to navigate. I love Target brand products and they are all mostly the same quality as the brand name products but for a cheaper price. Whenever I need help looking for something, staff members are very attentive and always do their best to help me out. My only issue is that it can be hard to find someone to help you in the store unless you're by the front registers. read more

I shopped at the Target in Fairview Park this afternoon and had a really disappointing experience. I picked up two bags of candy from a shelf clearly marked Buy One, Get One 50% Off. When I got to the register, I politely reminded the cashier about the promotion. She told me the deal only applied if I was part of some special club or program--which was never mentioned on the sign. Afterwards, I went to customer service to try to resolve the issue, but the staff there were incredibly rude. Not only did they refuse to honor the price, but they also kept the candy and didn't return it to me. And, I ALREADY PAID FOR THEM! Later, I called the store hoping to speak with someone who could clear things up. I ended up speaking with someone named Betsy, who was just as dismissive and unhelpful. It's really frustrating to see this level of customer service, and after checking reviews, it sounds like this is a common problem at this location. I won't be shopping here again. read more

Your signs for what's on sale. So I misread a sign in the pet isle. I thought I was to get a gift card and it was if you spend $9.99 or more. My bad. The lady at the register (lady with gray hair and ponytail) was rude about it. Then she called another lady over to go look and check the prices. She said she had another customer reading the sign wrong. So they had me go back to the pet isle. Conner the cashier called someone to help me who never showed up. So, I took a picture of the sign. I went to target, thinking that'll just be a regular day at target but when I entered, I was greeted by every single worker looking at me and the people who standing at the checkout and it was not like I was greeted in a nice way they were just looking at me with a rude face, and I just said OK, and I went to the vinyls at the target and workers were just passing me looking at me acting like I was stealing like how is that even possible I just don't recommend this target. A typical Target they don't have super targets yet in Cleveland but they have great selections of home supplies you may need from paper goods to bug spray. I was there on a Sunday and it was amazing they actually had people available to help you find things. They also have great amount of groceries from regular types of groceries to organic groceries. read more

This Target store is decent. It is well-stocked and there are plenty of employees who are available if you have any questions. What I don't like about it is the parking/traffic at its current location. I almost gave up before even reaching the parking lot because of how much traffic was in the area yesterday. I also wish this place had more grocery. I haven't found any locations in the Cleveland metro with P-fresh or a Super Target, but I wish Target would consider remodeling some stores to include these in this geographic area. read more

I consider myself quite the Target connoisseur and my husband and I agree that this is the best target in Cleveland. It's clean, it's, for the most part, always well stocked provided you don't go shopping late on a Sunday and the staff is always friendly. The Starbucks cafe 95% of the time get my order correctly, which is high, most other targets are way, way worse and they have consistent employees so they remember my and my drink. The layout is better than most stores and I feel like they have more selection. I saw that some yelpers say the lines are long but I have never experienced that unless it's like 3 I'm a weekend, and even then they're efficient and lines move quickly. read more

This happened at the Westgate Rocky River Target Wednesday 01/25/17 at around 5:15pm, my wife had the worst experience we ever had at a Target My wife and daughter(who is autistic) went to the Rocky River location where after waiting several minutes in line notices a line opening up next her and moves over, well the floor manager(She later learned her name was Mary) apparently had directed someone over at the same time and proceeds to tell my wife she needs to move out of the line because she directed someone else over first. Mary made a huge and loud scene and wouldn't let it go till she got until she moved to another register. As their getting checked out my wife hears Mary say "Oh that's good stick your tongue out you brat!" To my daughter, who became extremely upset. The cashier (who was very nice) apologized for the managers actions several times. read more

I admit, I have referred to Target as, "The Devil" before. This is only because I can never get out of there without spending $100! It never fails, I'm walking through all the departments just to see what they have and before I know it, I have a basket or a cart full! I like this Target location. I probably frequent this one and the one in Great Northern the most of any in my area. It is clean. The worst customer service. I went to pick up an oline order, I had my red card form of payment and the email with the bar code of what to scan. I was out of town and had driven 7 hours to pick the item up because it was the closest store to me. The guy refused to give me the order without ID, I explained I was handicapped and couldn't walk back outside and could not go out in the cold and unburry my ID from the car. He called his manager over, his name was Tommy, he looked at me and said "you should've gone to another target then". My dear beloved store! I could forgive anything: bad remodeling, confusing sections, clueless staff ..only because I was waiting for the fresh produce section to be open like a child waits Christmas morning. And it appeared great: luring me in with fresh cheap produce. Except produce ended up being not that fresh. Do you know how you spend the average of 5 to 10 minutes on every item in the store looking for the expiration date o? Oh wait, you don't do that? Well neither do I, thinking that no one will ever put the expired organic eggs on the shelves of the well-known store ( hasta la vista, $4.99, going directly to garbage), followed by rotten chicken breasts ($5.99). You owe me $10.00 and ruined Sunday dinner where I had to serve 2 month old frozen breakfast sausage which I was able to do, but not a lot of people have an accent to pull off : " Yes, freshly made and oven baked. We eat it in Russia for dinner." Anyway I hope you are enjoying your one star as much as I enjoyed my purchases. read more
