The remodel is awesome! It's nice to have options now, as far as grocery stores go. I've lived in East Point for about 3 years, and the best thing we have among our options is the Publix on Camp Creek. Not only is this Publix not great for various reasons (terrible parking, not a good selection), but it is ALWAYS packed, and let's face it, Publix is often more expensive... This Target resembles the layout of the Atlantic Station Target. It's not the same, but it is updated, there is a grocery section (they even sell fresh meat!!), and there's a Starbucks! I am thrilled :) read more

Your sales associate and Manager Lavonnana (check the spelling) were uneducated on the 14 day price match policy. She told me it was 7 days repeatedly and it was until I pulled up the correct information on your website when she decided to change her story to "I was past the 14 days price match policy". Which was in fact true. Nonetheless I informed her that I would be returning the products and she said that I would then be out of the return policy. I'm going to assume she's not detail oriented either because it clearly states I have until the 20th to return my product. She was dismissive, rude and condescending and I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to Edgewood's location than drive 2 mins around the corner just so that I could experience better customer service. I don't know how she became a manger (maybe her tenure) because she surely leads her employees down a path of providing less than satisfactory customer service. Im going to ask that you heed my warning when I say you have a rotten apple on your hands. read more

Not my favorite Target, I prefer Edgewood, but this one have great sales. The staff in okay... And there is always someone on the register. So why only 3 stars? The bathrooms are disgusting. If I can say Wally world bathrooms are cleaner than a Target bathroom, there is a serious issue. Again this is a great Target, just make sure you go to the bathroom before you come here. read more

This target is as bad as it gets .. From rude employees to slow service, I wish I could give negative stars. Everytime I go in here, it's consistently bad. I walked up to an employee to ask a question and she decided her conversation with her home girl who came to hang with her at work was more important than doing her job. I would've even accepted her asking me to give her a moment but she just ignored my presence until she felt like she was ready to answer my question and when she finally acknowledged me, she was very rude. I expect this kind of behavior at Walmart not target but hey, I'll probably skip over this target from now. read more

It's a very nice target and it has Starbucks inside. A great location where it gets plenty of business. However they are always hiring, yet it only be 2 to 3 cashiers on a register every single day. Not in the morning where you expect it to be little to no customers. But at lunch time when you know business start to pick up and people want to come in and get stuff and go. And at night when people get off work to shop. That target could increase business if it wasn't for lack of cashiers to speed up the process of checking customers out. I myself have been known to come in and look at the register to see if people being checked out and if I see 2 register lights on and 5 to 8 or more people waiting in line I'm walking right back out. No one has time to stand in line for more than 10mins. People love target. So come on target on Camp Creek get some employees quick! read more

I love Target. They have everything I need and then some. I always walk out with an extra $100 of crap....because everyone needs a pinata and a tent and waffle maker. And...and...and...you get the picture. This target fills my shop-aholic needs. Its clean. Its well stocked. And the staff is super friendly. read more

I love that Target is always clean and has trendy items, I swear the prices increase daily. I dont go as much as I used to but Im a sucker for the sales paper so if its a good sale, Im headed to target. read more

Since I been in this area I have always visited this target. I like the fact that they have groceries which makes it very convenient ..the store does get crowded but the cashiers move quickly. My only complaint about this locations are the bathrooms...they smell really bad and are not as clean as other target locations. read more

Pretty good Target. Gotta love it when it has a Starbucks. The grocery section is limited but I don't mind since I would never do any 'real' grocery shopping at a Target. Things are stocked as the store is clean. read more

My dad has a running joke that I frequent this Target so much that the employees ask about me when I'm not in there. While I don't visit THAT much, I have to admit that I'm a Target lover. I can't stand Wal-Mart for it's crazy people, claustrophobic aisles, and the fact I'm almost always hit by someone's basket. At the Target @ Camp Creek, it always appears brighter, cleaner, and I can always find what I'm looking for. Weekly specials always has me coming back for more. read more

I love that they carry a lot of skin care products for black ppl the really know how to target there surrounding area. Found the bevel shave products for my boyfriend and we have look at a lot of places for this product. read more

Target is awesome and so are the employees but the employee for the Target mobile, Attitude always, not friendly, not helpful, doesn't provide all resources available, her attitude mainly says are going to buy a phone or not, so basically target if you're going to hire someone hire someone that wants to work and doesn't mind staying during working hours from 1-8pm, because she's know where to found I called on 3 separate days all I heard was she's gone for the day! read more

This store is okay, somewhat clean, but always a long wait at checkout due to there only being 3 cashiers working.

This store is new looking and has everything a good Target should. The bathrooms aren't kept up very well and the location can be hard with traffic, but otherwise no problems! read more

Target East Point at Camp Creek was the filthiest I've ever seen it! The ladies bathroom up front was downright nasty! All of the stalls (approx 6) were completely out of toilet paper! The floors had sticky discolored mess inside two of the stalls. The brown paper towel machine was empty and the trash can was toppled over with used paper towels overflowing unto the floor. Two kids slipped and fell on the filthy floor and the mother had a baby so I tried to help her two kids that fell. Several people went to the customer service line to ask them to service the restroom and the young associate looked at the customers like, "what am I suppose to do"? I asked to speak with the manager and she got on the radio and he refused to come up! I witnessed employees coming using the restroom with no tp or washing their hands and they had on aprons ! The health Dept would shut this place down. It was apparent this bathroom had not been serviced all day and they had 7 more hours until close! Very disappointing! read more

For southside, this is a pretty nice target. They always the stuff i want stocked. They have a wide variety of everything to choose from. The staff is little ghetto, friendly but never rude. Now the starbucks in there is something else. It seems to always have different people working there, thus making a good drink is almost impossible for beginners. A good drink is a hit or miss. read more

This target is very well stocked and organized like most of the other Target stores. Its clean, and has fast food options inside. The only negative I have about this Target is the lines. There is always a long wait, and if you go around holiday season the parking lot is bananas and you will be waiting awhile to get out (but this is not a store issue). The staff is fairly friendly. I give this Target 2 thumbs up! read more

i have been in your store on two occassions and it was during the morning hours, 9:00 thru 11:00 time. the only thing i did not like was you seemed to be stocking during this time. the associate are friendly but they are in our way. they are talking to one another and thing are in the aisles. the mornings i was there they were stocking where the tissue is and the juice and milk was. could you have a crew that comes in in the early hours before you open and do this. it look like a lot of workers congregating and doing nothing. i like to shop in the morning hours but this is getting to be quite annoying. read more

I love that they close at 11! Plenty of time after I've forgotten something and everything is closed. Good prices, clean store, clean bathrooms, and lots of clearance. I definitely shop the clearance for everything first. I did ask a worker for help and she seemed unsure though. read more

Expect challenges when placing an order on TARGET.COM and picking it up in the store. I recently purchased items off Target.com and choose the selection store pickup. Wow, sounds great!! I was delighted after an hour to receive an email confirmation from the Camp Creek Target that my order was ready. However, when I arrived at the store there was total confusion about my order. The woman at customer service kept paging personnel in the back for someone to help her. I stood there waiting while she continued to work her line down; as if I received my items. Finally, she was able to get someone to search for my order and informed me that my order would be right up. I'm Still waiting!! Then she notifies me that they do not have all of my order. The main reason why most people place an order online is to make sure all of your items are in stock. I was sent a confirmation, that clearly stated that all my order was ready for pickup. I decided to leave the store and call target customer service as soon as I arrived home. The customer service rep from target.com was very helpful offering me a $10 gift card and apologized. NO GIFT CARD CAME! I called customer service again to inquire about the promised gift card and the representative informs me that no gift card was issued but she can give me 10% off my order and a $5 gift card. I explained to her that that was nice but I only wanted what the previous customer service rep offered.... no more no less. The rep lets me know that she couldn't do it but sends me to her supervisor SANDRA 474308. I am wasting my time again fooling with TARGET. SANDRA 474308 informs me that she can give me a 10% discount and would not be able to honor the $10 gift card. Sandra further stated that maybe it was a misunderstanding between 10 % and $10 gift card. REALLY??? The moral of this story is customers want to shop where employees do what they say they are going to do. It's all about honor. If you don't have all my order, then don't email me and say you do. If you are going to send out a $10 gift card, then send the gift card. REALITY CHECK TARGET...NO ONE WANTS TO BE LIED TOO. read more

Customer service is lacking and most times they have sale signs in the wrong place on the shelves. I used to like shopping at Target now I will avoid it all together and go to Walgreens. read more

I love Targets merchandise. However, when I went to buy popcorn, I noticed the concession was filthy. It was if the chairs had not been wiped down since they opened. I believe that was at least ten years ago! I told a manager and two associates. They didn't seem at all concerned. read more
