Yesterday on 5/20/2026, I visited Target in West View Coral Springs Florida, to purchase something special for myself using a gift card my brother sent me from Tampa. While shopping, I had the pleasure of being checked out by an artistic young woman on the spectrum who was working as a cashier. She was absolutely excellent -- kind, focused, professional, and very pleasant during my experience. It truly made me happy to see Target giving opportunities to disabled individuals and allowing them to be included and successful in our society. Representation and inclusion matter, and seeing this touched my heart. Thank you, Target, for creating a welcoming environment for both employees and customers. I love shopping at this Target. The staff is really nice and they provide great customer service. Especially Michael was on a sling and he was still bagging our items. In addition he provided great customer service. The Starbucks experience here was great. Gorgia was very sweet. She makes the coffee very good. Overall the experience was great here. read more

Been to this target numerous times and it's always been a meh experience. Feel like the store is always messy and unorganized/not stocked well. Pick up orders sometimes take a while too even when there's not that many people waiting. Theres some other targets that are way better. Only come here when it's more convenient/I have to. read more

I love shopping at this location of Target as it always seems peaceful. This is a well stocked location to me, since I happen to consistently find everything I am looking for. Whether it's a new or old item. I've even ordered some items for pickup and it's always gone smoothly. My last pickup order was fantastic as this was the only location in South Florida with the item and I was able to pick it up in a breeze! Nice large, roomy Target with a Starbucks and a CVS pharmacy inside. I love the clean and organized setup of Target stores, they always make it feel welcoming and friendly. I went to get some body wash since I was running low. Their prices are competitive to some of the other discount retailers and I had a coupon, so that made it a good deal. The store was busy when I shopped, so it took a bit to check out, but nice people working the registers. read more

It's sad what happened to Target, at this and other area locations. Start with broken carts with wacky bumpy wheels. Add empty wipes dispenser. I'm still at the entrance. Then unhelpful employees either having meetings in the aisles, or walking around on their phone. Then, what happens almost every time, is that items marked down with shelf stickers do not have the lower price at checkout. I plead with the employee to radio a colleague in the aisles to check the price. They refuse and instead interrogate me as if I'm mistaken or lying. I go back myself to take a pic of the shelf price sticker and of course am correct. I have to blame this on poor store management. read more

Target is false advertising just so you can head in to the store to waste your gas and your time, just to hear that the price they have an item listed for is not what it is.. So I was trying to buy a ring security camera. I went unto google type in ring security camera, they came up in Google as the cheapest highlighted in green. When I got their I was told that the price I see is NOT the price on their website. What a disgrace. There is guideline and laws about falsely advertising. Do curbside order pickup here only if you want to be given items that are missing parts of it, items that have been used, or items that have been used then returned. This was one of my most-frequented stores when my daughter was in VPK across the way. It's not the closest to home or the office, so I don't buy here much. Although I have written reviews over the years, it appears they have vanished, so here goes another from a recent visit. This store is conveniently located south of the Sawgrass extension, one block south, to be exact, on Westview and University in the Coral Springs/Parkland area. It is a Super Target offering groceries and a Starbucks. They keep the store clean and well merchandised/stocked. The associates aren't friendly, but get the work done! Every time I visit, they have rearranged the displays and departments to where I cannot find what I need easily, but change can be refreshing. Plus, if I need to, I can always grab a hold of an associate and they do point me in the right direction. At checkout, I have the option of self-scanning or utilizing the assistance of a cashier. There's plenty of carts and parking too! What else can I say--shopping is not exactly a pleasure here--but I can find the high-quality products at the high cost I expect. read more

Stay away from Westview Dr Coral Springs location, the employees and manager could care less to help with your inquiry, zero professionalism manager smacking her gum rolling her eyes and not interested in finding a solution, no accountability for their discounted signs, what they say goes. The store is a mess, passing through aisles a safety hazard..how are these people trained with Target? So sad to see Target as a rundown run of the mill version of WalMart! The store always seems to be in order and clean. I ran in to look at their artisan water. The selection isn't really that impressive. I want to acknowledge an employee that has been peppy and happy every time that I have seen her. She use to work in the cosmetics, however the other day I saw her when there was a long line for checkout. She was helping with moving the line along. Her name is Natalia. She always has beautiful eye makeup too. Definitely seems like a great team player and always is willing to help. read more

Target is the worst in customer service. I bought a product online to store pick up. Target emails me your Order is ready to pick up. drove 14 miles each way to Coral Springs from Pembroke Pines, go through three tolls each way one hour total drive just to find out at the front desk that they didn't have any order under my name. Showed the email at the girl in the front counter (She was very nice, Stressed out and apologetic, I have to tell her that she was not doing anything wrong and thank her for the assist) and she said that the order was cancelled because they didn't have the item. Never received a notification email and I went there a couple of hours after receiving the "your order is ready" email. The icing on the cake is the email that I received today saying that I canceled the order and my refund is on the way. I didn't cancel the order. The nice girl in the front desk did. She said that they will cancel the order and then send someone to find the item and told me that I will need to pay for it again. The guy that went to look out for my item never came back and after a long while she said that they were out. On other occasion with another pick up at store order, I never received the "your order is ready for pick up" but instead other email saying that my order was reverted because I didn't pick up my order on time. I used to love this store before they remodeled. I hate this store for several reasons now... First, it may look "fancy" but their new remodel makes products hard to find. On top of that, why remodel of you're not going to zone your departments, they are extremely messy and the place looks trashed. Second, while shopping the other day, there were NO open registers with cashiers...only self checkout. Self check is a PITA if you have more than 5 items. Checked out, one of my items had a hidden security tag. We set off the alarm, nobody came to check why the alarm went off, and we returned to the self check area. The poor older lady in charge of the 6 or so self checkouts was running like crazy to assist everyone, so I had to wait forever to have her remove the security tag on my sweatpants...yes, sweatpants. The whole shopping experience is frustrating, to be honest. I worked for Target in another state...we would have gotten our a$$es handed to us had our store had that appearance and treated guests like this store does. The LOD should be embarrassed. read more

Takes you longer to check out than it does to actually shop because they rather be short staffed or have employees literally do nothing other than just told the customer to walk up to the self check out register when they could easily have anywhere from 4-6registers open and speed up the process instead of making everybody wait because you want to cut back expenses and also be dirtbags. This target was HUGE. I was not expecting it to be this big. With the current state of events , it was fully stocked up and had plenty of choices. I was a bit disappointed they didn't have more organic options tho and I def bring it down since it was just HUGE. But I'm someone that likes to be in a small space and be in and out. read more

I just purchased a Shark stick vacuum. I came home and took it out of the box, and discovered that this vacuum was cheap plastic that had been printed by a 3D printer. The pieces don't fit together, there are screws that, of course, don't fit. And obviously, it doesn't work. I used to have this same vacuum (it was amazing!) and so I know how it's supposed to work and feel. read more

I love this target location because it's right next to my parents house. It's easy to get to and they always have good deals. Parking can get alittle crazy at times but it's never too horrible. Customer service is always easy to get to and they're easy to work with. My favorite things here are the bathing suits, the shoes, and the $1 section. They have a full front section of $1 , $3 , and $5 things. You know, those things that you don't need but just have got to have. Those things. They get you right when you walk in so you're bound to spend some money. No worries, they're never cheap quality all of my things I've bought from here are still intact even years later. The pharmacy is really good too. I've been coming to this one to pick up my medicines since they opened. Lisa is really nice my favorite pharmacist. She makes picking up your medicine quick, easy, and quick break from life. I saved the best for last though. There is a Starbucks right inside the target. A full Starbucks with a full menu. They even have food with little sandwiches and cake pops. read more

I came into this Target with a shopping list and had mixed luck. I like Targets as the stores are usually bright and clean this one did not disappoint. I found some of the items on the list but kept looking for a possible want. Today was my lucky day! I had been looking for a table for my patio and found something completely unexpected at a very reasonable price... it was mine! I was out quickly and was happy with this Target visit. I swung through this location looking for a grill to grill out at the hotel I'm at. Due to the covid all the hotels took away the grills. This place a lot of different options for grills but unfortunately most of them were really nice and on the expensive side. I was looking for something less then 50$ bc I would have to just leave it when I flew home. The place was very clean and had plenty of staff. Although I did not get a grill I did pick up some fresh produce and some hygiene things. Friendly staff. Would return. read more

The place is always busy! I even saw a friend or two unexpectedly. I never thought I was a Target shopper, but think again! I'm hooked on the store and their prices. I like value for my money and when I can save a buck or two on all my purchases, they ring up; Cha Ching, Cha Ching!!! I love ordering my miscellaneous items on line, i.e. hair, facial & vitamin products and save anywhere from $3 to $10/per item, yeah, I'm all in!!! Love the fact that there's no shipping costs and I just pick up my order, waiting for me. You can get everything you need at Target, from head to toe. It's truly a one-stop-shop! But for me, I still love the art of shopping, which means shlepping to all my favorite specialty shops to keep up with the latest and the greatest trends. That being said, I still have my tried & true faves and that's where Target comes in. Target has lost its luster over the past decade. I can't pin point the reason behind it but it has something to do with amazon and the advent of online ordering. Somehow target has not been able to keep up. The rapidly evolving world requires the evolving of every business and since I remember over the past twenty years target looks pretty much the same. You walk into the store through the two big entrances on left or right and enter the big red store. The only problem is the big red store is no longer a competitive place to shop compared to Walmart. They have all the products that Walmart has but one serious problem. There are no lines because compared to its big rival it is a touch expensive. Now if you are in a hurry to get something target is the place to go to but if you want to shop for the month and save dollars which everyone likes I would recommend Walmart. read more

Consistently poor service provided here. I've gotten accustomed to high performing locations like Sawgrass and West Palm Beach that I thought Coral Springs wouldn't be any different. Mobile orders, be prepared to wait 5-10 mins in your car. If you place an order 1 hr before closing, don't expect that order to be fulfilled. What's worse is customer service will not answer the phone. After dealing with these issues over and over, I will be escalating my concerns to regional or corporate level because it just doesn't make sense why this store seems to be so poorly managed. read more

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I waited in a long line to return a brand new in the box air mattress with my receipt that I bought 2 days before from the Target, Deerfield location. Customer Service rep. that said she was the manager on duty refused to take it back. She said they do not accept returns on air mattress from other locations. I went back to the air mattress area and it only said opened air mattress not returnable. I took a picture with my phone and waited in line again only to have this "so called" manager tell me the box is damaged (there was a ding in the corner of the box when I bought it). I asked to speak with the manager and she said there is no manager here and she had full authority to refuse the air mattress. I only wanted a store credit. I spent over $700 this week there and spend tons there. I am a personal shopper and buy lots for my business there weekly. I was treated bad and will never return there. I have shopped at this Target since it opened and was a loyal shopper. NEVER GOING BACK CORAL SPRINGS TARGET!!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD EXPERIENCE. PS I had to drive way to Deerfield Target and told them what happened. They apologized and took my air mattress back with out any problem. I will shop at this location from now on and not my Local CORAL SPRINGS STORE! WAISTED 2 HOURS OF MY TIME by making me wait in line twice and driving to a different location. This location had spoiled food all over the place on 5/16/21. The hillshire snacking had MOLD and some of the meats were even black. That is such a health violation. I hope they remove those items from the shelves immediately cause someone could get really sick from those products. I also got some rice pudding snacks from them and one of the cups was open... it was disgusting. Will NEVER go to this target ever again. read more
