These guys were amazing. Brian is very kind and knowledgeable. We are still looking for an electric Fireplace. He always lets us know when they are getting stock in. We also informed his boss that we appreciate that he is not a hard sell. If you have some furniture needs you have to check this place out. Not to mention, they have a ton of art with many local artists as well as others such as Bev Doolittle, Thomas Kinkade, and local past and present Nevada artists. The prices were reasonable. She sold the table and chairs. Took 50% as is the norm and then took out an additional $150 for pick up! I ended up with $50.00. Manipulative and not transparent, especially given the fact I offered to bring the pieces to the store. Get your details straight and get a signed contract if you deal with her or better don't consign with her, I won't again. Consign with Consign Furniture Reno. The charge for pick up is $75.00 for multiple items. They are very transparent.

After I reached out three more times (they never called me on the status), chair was finally delivered 7/16. And it's not the one we ordered. When asking Ashley if I wanted to get a refund she told me it would take two weeks to get my money. So I am passing the recliner on to someone else.
