The delivery guys never did carry it inside. So the service was unused. This greedy company is refusing to refund the $200. Customer service is poor. Their items are overpriced. Should have bought on Wayfair. 2. I bought two leather recliners from them. I was hesitant on buying them because of the cracking and peeling. The sales agent told me that if I purchase their insurance for it, that even if one my kids stab it with a pair of scissors they will replace it for free. So I got the recliners. Got the insurance. 6-8 months go by and it's cracking. Called the insurance and said they don't cover that. Sales agent lied just to get a sale. Guys beware of this company. Before they changed their name to Simple Home Plus their review rating was very bad. All they care about is sucking every cent they can from you.

First thing that bothered me, when we walked in a worker started to approach and spoke and I started to speak back. Well, he instantly bypassed myself and went straight to the elderly couple that got out of the Mercedes. Second thing that bothered me is not one person stopped to ask if I needed help with anything but you bet your last dollar they approached everyone in front, side, and behind me. We were in the store total for 40 minutes and not ONE sleazy salesperson offered to help. Yes, we may not look like we have money to spend, but you better be careful who you pass up. Someone missed out on a giant piece of commission while we had cash in hand.

Well, what can I say? My husband and I went into the store back in June 2025. We spoke to the two…read moregentleman there as it was a Saturday afternoon. We then had the owner/designer Carole H. come out to our property on July 14, 2025. We wanted an estimate on draperies and new furnishings for our living room and entry way. She spent time measuring the rooms and having a discussion with us. I gave her access to my Pinterest board to show her the looks that we liked and had an interest in exploring. We were completely prepared to spend a significant amount of money to have our living room and entryway redone and have custom draperies for the living room and the master bedroom. Carole shared when she came out on that Tuesday that she would be leaving for vacation on Friday. She stated that it would be 3 to 4 weeks before she would be able to get anything back to us. We were completely fine with that as we told her we were not in a hurry and 3 to 4 weeks would be fine. Jump ahead over seven weeks now, almost 8, and we have been completely ghosted. There has not been a single phone call, email, or text from Carole back to us with any status update on the project. This lack of engagement is completely unprofessional, and we are extremely upset and angry with the lack of professionalism. If this job was not something that she felt she could do perform or had the time to do, then a simple phone call, text or email saying that she was not able to do the job is all that we expect. Not every design is for everybody and if life interrupts and you are unable to do the job, I completely understand that. There is a level of communication that needs to occur when you run a business and there is a level of professionalism that is expected. We will happily take our money elsewhere!!!
