1. My mother ordered a couch from them and needed it delivered. Delivery is free with them, but she had paid the $200 for them to carry it inside the house. She called and try to cancel that because I told her I would come down and carry it inside. They said we had to call corporate. Labor Day weekend. Corporate was closed. The delivery guys never did carry it inside. So the service was unused. This greedy company is refusing to refund the $200. Customer service is poor. Their items are overpriced. Should have bought on Wayfair. 2. I bought two leather recliners from them. I was hesitant on buying them because of the cracking and peeling. The sales agent told me that if I purchase their insurance for it, that even if one my kids stab it with a pair of scissors they will replace it for free. So I got the recliners. Got the insurance. 6-8 months go by and it's cracking. Called the insurance and said they don't cover that. Sales agent lied just to get a sale. Guys beware of this company. Before they changed their name to Simple Home Plus their review rating was very bad. All they care about is sucking every cent they can from you. read more

I really wish I had done more research before I ordered from this company. I ordered Sept 18th and still do not have an expected delivery date as of 10/16...even though if I check online it will tell me the order has shipped. I will update on the quality of furniture once it finally arrives. Hopefully, it is better than their customer service. read more

Do your research before ordering from this place! They are full of hidden fees and is nothing but a scam. I wish I would have seen the Facebook groups and bad reviews about this place before making a $3000 mistake! 2-6 week estimated turn around time. It's now expected to "possibly" be in week 10-14. This place is ridiculous. I asked to cancel my order that hasn't even been built by the manufacturer yet and they want a 25% restocking fee for something that hasn't even been created. My other option is a 10% reselect fee to come in and pick something different out that's on the floor. I ordered because the only thing I liked on the floor was damaged! Insane! I would give zero stars if that was an option. This place is horrible!! Customer service, delivery and just overall communication. My sister and I ordered a couch from them February 22, we were told it would be here by March 08. I was not clinging to that because I understand sometimes things get backed up. I was not expecting it to be delivered on April 11. From March 08 to April 08 we had called numerous to ask about where the couch was or even if they could just give us an estimated time, nothing. Every person we talked to just continuously went around the question. After being delivered it was left on our doorstep, might I add there were 4 huge couch pieces that needed to be brought inside. At the time of us buying this couch we had purchased the option to have it brought in and put together...obviously they didn't care about that part. When calling the store to tell them that they had told us that we were not charged for the option of it being brought in and put together but the delivery guys could come back and do that but it would be $145. So not only were we charged for something we didn't even get but the customer service satisfactory was horrible. You would think that to keep up good value with your customers you'd come back free of charge, I only say free because WE ALREADY PAID FOR IT!!! Do not go here for anything!! read more

We spent over $7,000 on living room furniture. For 2 recliners and a couch. They told us it would be 2-6 weeks. We got the two recliners after almost 9 weeks. Was told the couch would be sometime in September. None of it had even been built yet when we ordered on 4/25/23. We didn't know that until much later. We told them when they let us know that the recliners were in that we wanted it all together so that it all came at the same time and we knew that it would all match. Well they got nasty with us and told us if we didn't get it delivered within 30 days that they would charge us a storage fee each month. And after the second month they would restock it and charge us a 25% restocking fee. We tried to return it all or refuse it once it was well past 6 weeks and they were going to charge us a 25% restocking fee. My husband said "what are you restocking? It hasn't even been built yet!" So we were forced to keep it or be charged ridiculous fees. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. Don't believe anything they say. Only shop at furniture stores that have stock on hand. This place is a joke. read more
