I wanted a cute, but not too big futon so I ran across this place and decided to give them a call. I was very please when the owner answered phone and he said he had futons! This place is huge, but not overwhelming and the customer service is great. I spotted a youthful blue futon for my son and surprisingly the price was reasonable and got to order for the next day. The delivery guys came in the exact time they were suppose to come, very professional and worked fast. I will work with this company again and would recommend this furniture store highly!

He wasn't like associates from other establishments who would hang around uncomfortably until you purchase something. Instead Gus greeted us warmly and told us to look around a get a feel of what we liked. When we had questions he was by our side and his explanations of the benefits of different mattresses helped us pick the right one for our needs. Gus was honest about products and was able to help us find an affordable great quality mattress. He also honored online promotions that weren't advertised in-store which saved us a good deal of money. GREAT SALESMAN, GREAT SELECTION OF MATTRESSES! Last Valentine's Day it came down to the wire for me and I needed a special gift for him. I called Robin and asked if she would put some items together for me, not exceeding $50. She enquired about what he would like; selected some items; sent me pictures and even offered to keep her doors open beyond her usual hours so I can pick up the gift which was so beautifully wrapped with her signature wrapping and red "heart' Valentine's ribbon. Feeling amazed I told Robin how wonderful it feels to get this type of service. Her response was "it's what I love doing".
