The store is small, but has a decent selection and the owner Juan is very accommodating. We found a quality bedroom set we liked and ended up ordering a bed, mattress, large dresser and night stands. Pricing was competitive. Delivery was seamless - the two delivery guys arrived on time and expertly assembled the bed and set up the furniture. I highly recommend this store.

We purchased a table and after delivery, we noticed some nicks after we came back from vacation. We never used it as we were still looking for dining chairs. Our expert woodworker noticed that it isn't "solid" wood as the salesman mentioned and he pointed out the multiple nicks and scratches throughout the table. The table base was held together with only Phillips heads, small washers, and staples. The staples held the panels that formed the base and our woodworker mentioned that another couple had the same table except that one had glue instead of staples. I tried calling them and nobody picked up, when my wife called they were very rude and the person who I believe is the owner of Pera initially stated that there is a "lifetime" warranty and pretended to try and work with you. However, the second time my wife called, he stated that he never mentioned that and claimed we were the ones who damaged the table. His attitude seems to give off that his product is superior to others and nothing can compare to it. We also heard from our neighbors that Peradesign wasn't the first business he owned, there have been multiple businesses before Pera was even a thought. We are dissatisfied with this company and be wary of those who claim their product is perfect.

Mattress is brand new, sealed in plastic and correct size. Different pattern on the mattress than in store. The receipt did not have a more detailed description of the mattress, but I recognized that it was from the same company. I still find store's written policy a little unnerving, but we have a mattress! ---------- I walked in today to buy a queen size mattress for which they promised delivery today between 4-8pm. Unfortunately, it has not delivered and no one is answering the phone. Getting delivery today was key to my purchasing decision, but now I see on the receipt that the store policy states that: - There will be no refund - All sales are final - No exchange after delivery - Delivery subject to change without notice - Etc. All of this is really worrying. If I have any good news to report, I will update my review.

The inventory changes all the time, so every visit feels a little different. They also have frequent sales on certain colored tagged items. If you enjoy thrifting, treasure hunting, or just finding something 'different' at a great price, Grace's is definitely worth stopping into.
