If I could leave it 0 stars I would. I thought Target was supposed to be nice but the bathrooms made me gag. Every stall was full of urine and toilet paper. Things all over the ground. The smell unbearable. Company's use to hire cleaning crews, have they stopped? I had to walk out without being able to use the restroom. read more

Bret, or whomever was in charge of the pharmacy department on October 6th 2025 at 6-7 pm, straight up refused to help us me after a clinical error made by the hospital. Baton Rouge General had given the incorrect zip code, and after one attempt at making a phone call, he just gave up and said there was nothing he could do. do not waste your time sending time sensitive medicine here, especially after a procedure, as the folks who work here actively work against you, seemingly because they simply cant be bothered to help a customer, even if it's immediate post surgery medications! Real class act by the pharmacist on duty at the 6885 Siegen Lane location, who was working between 6-8pm on October 6th 2025 and refused to service us. read more

11/24/2023... Ron was the ONLY nice thing about visiting this Starbucks. He was cheerful and fast. Those other ladies were awful and didn't appear to even want to be at work. I asked for an iced gingerbread blended and one said "We don't do that here." and the other reply was a rude "Nah, you can't do that." Since when can Starbucks NOT blend any drink??? There was good and bad about this Target. The pharmacy was awesome. I was a walk-in for a Covid vaccination and it was so easy. Okay, it did take a total of 45 minutes but as I said I was a walk-in. And it barely hurt - the pharmacist that did the shot was good. I had a return and that was abysmal. I told the woman I wanted either a gift card or cash because I knew I'd be spending money in their store. She didn't pay attention and then it took forever to fix. Shopping was fun, because like all the other big box stores, I discovered that there are things that are extremely regional, like Abita Pecan Beer or Oreo Vinegar Donuts. What a mess! Literally, this store was junky at every turn. I give it two stars because of Kenneth (could be Kevin) by the popcorn and Demerquis (sp) who gave the nicest "hello". To start with, immediately upon entering the store I saw a clutter of disheveled merchandise. When I mentioned to an employee, he told me that someone one was "coming to take care of it". Well that mysterious "someone" must have been on break because I spotted several areas that needed care; including the women's restroom. I took pictures for proof. Clearly this Target location doesn't value order and presentation. I went to purchase popcorn; ask the woman if they had regular popcorn (as oppose to Carmel corn) she told me yes and walked the hell away. No "would you like some" or "I'll get someone to help you" she just exited stage left. Thank goodness Kenneth came and assisted. I did not get her name, but she had a walkie talkie like a manager of some sort. She needs to retake Target's customer service class. Well that was my experience. Proceed with caution. read more

Super Target is the more expensive and higher quality Super Wal Mart ---Super Target has a Starbucks within its 4 walls whereas at times (not so much these days) Super Wal Mart had a fast food or Subway. Both have groceries, hot foot to sell, a bakery , pharmacy and other offerings to make your visit a 1 stop shop---I guess super wal mart has a functioning automotive for basic maintenance such as oil changes which Super Target does not have. That said, it seems that the quality of offerings here are higher than that offered by Super Wal mart and your shopping experience at Super Target is more pleasant and not rushed or loud --- of course these perks usually come with higher prices as well. This, if money is no object or if you want a more pleasant shopping all in one experience then Super Target is it. read more

"Super Targets Rock"! I have never been to a Super Target store until I moved to the south. This is a great store and would much rather come here over other large box-marts This store has far better customer service - does not like to see their customers wait - will open a new lane, if they find one lane has too many waiting and very well-stocked most of the time. I love that they have a Starbuck's inside here + Wi-Fi, so that is a definite plus! The "dollar" section ($1-$3) has such a great selection! If you find something once, buy it because you may not find it again! As for the fresh produce area, they sometimes lack in some things, but most of the time, I am able to find what I need. My biggest complaint... THE RESTROOMS! They are disgusting... clean them up, please!!! I do not think I have ever seen them sparkling clean! Probably one partially clean stall out of the whole place! The Siegen location has gotten worse in the past few years and it doesn't seem to be getting better. I have been coming to this location in hopes that the service is better and that they actually would clean the store up better. The restrooms and that includes both men's and women's is a nightmare. The restrooms are always dirty with trash everywhere and the floors sticky at times and the toilets your lucky to even be able to find a decent clean one. To me it's best to just not even use the restrooms at all if you can avoid it. The service at times sucks just depends which day you go and whom you ask questions to. Most of the time you ask a question at customer service they roll their eyes and seem like you are bothering them to help you the customer. It's worse when you are asking about an item that's out of stock in the store. I usually get a shoulder shrug or we are out we are out. Instead of trying to look in the system if it can be ordered online for delivery or pickup. Some days I get that's not my department you might want to go ask up front for help. I will say don't even ask for help on items that don't scan at the stores price check scanners. If this happens to you get ready to stand your ground most likely you don't really like the item that much but if you do they will fight you to say they can't sell it you because it's not ringing up a price. In this case I would ask for a manager and some times they will sell it to you. This store does sell food items that Walmart doesn't have and that is one reason I shop here. There are times I rather drive a little further away to the Millerville location just because it's cleaner and the service is better and you can actually find someone to help you. read more

Placed a quick drive up order and let me just say quick, efficient and so courteous. The other big chain was all out of times to pick up so I've been using target a lot lately. People ask me about the price difference the most but honestly it's cents. The quality is much better also, at least I think it is. There is also no Max purchase for pick up (I don't believe so) but since I'm always purchasing too much I can't say that for sure lol. The staff is always out there with bags and carts dropping off orders so it doesn't take long at all. They're so efficient too because if they have a big order they will come to you first with your 2 bags and drop them off first. I've never waited more than 5 minutes. They're so fast and friendly. I would recommend either of their locations to anyone. Go try pickup ! read more

I love this Target! It's always clean and pretty well stocked! It doesn't matter how busy they are, I've never had a super long wait to check out and I love how no matter who the staff member is they are always super friendly and helpful! This particular trip I was in to get veggie goldfish and Japanese facial cleanser. They were out of both but in true Target shopper form, I still found $30 worth of other things to buy! I asked the cashier if she knew if/when either item would be restocked. She wasn't sure but directed me to a manager in Customer Service. The manager was able to look up each item and tell me if it were in the back, on the shelf, or being delivered. She even told me when I could check back for both items. I was very pleased with my trip to Target this time, I usually am satisfied with All my Target trips. read more

I returned some shoes that were purchased last week. I wore them 1 time and the sole detached from the shoe. I was very disappointed because the shoe was comfortable and stylish. When I went to customer service, the associate asked me had I been in the store today. I told her no and proceeded to tell her the issue with the shoe. Instead of listening, she kept saying I had already been in the store trying to return the same shoes. I assured her it wasn't me but I was annoyed because I felt like she was accusing me of something. She gave me my refund on a gift card instead of credit back to my card which is fine because I'm a Target shopper anyway. I would just appreciate a little more courteous customer service. read more

I am SO happy we have a Target so close to our house and I love their non minimum order drive up service. In terms of quality compared to other targets, definitely 3/5 stars. They aren't always restocking certain areas and the bathrooms are gross. It's not a one stop shop but it definitely does the trick. If you're closer to the other target, go there. read more

Horrible customer service. Store calls that my order is in. I take my lunch break to go and pick them up. Sign in, stand there for 15 minutes and "Tayna" sit down at her desk and randomly take a customer before me ( why have a sign in list?). I state I am here for my prescription to pick up. She goes in the back and hands me my glasses. No adjustment, customer service, thank you or anything. Terrible way to do business. I won't be back. Yes Ma'am! Target on Siegen has been amazing from my point of view during the Covid-19 pandemic. Whether I am shopping (very quickly) in store or picking up an order, everything seems to be working smoothly and in order. When I go in, every employee has on a mask...which I appreciate greatly. As someone who is considered "high risk" for this virus, it saddens me to see how many are NOT wearing protective items. But thank you, Target! I feel comfortable shopping here and getting the essentials that I need for my family. When I walk in, there are employees sanitizing the carts. People are cleaning the aisles and there are some restocking items. Target is one of the 2 or 3 stores, I've limited myself to in this season. GOLD STAR Target! read more

So....comparing to similar stores I do think Target is better. They offer a variety of items and have great clearance and deals. The cashiers at check out are always nice and friendly. They also don't look at you crazy when you use a coupon or cartwheel. Although target has so many things I love, here goes the down side. Every time I get produce here, it's not fresh. Returned Halos today because most of the bag was moldy. Check the date on food items. Also, I really hope they start opening more check out lanes. So many people and not enough check out lanes. read more

The customer service here is terrible most of the time. They do have some really nice workers too, but I get more bad than good. Also, there are tons of check out lanes, yet they usually only have two open at the most, so you have to wait in a long line to check out. They do have a big selection of food, clothes, and other things. I've never had a problem with any of the products I've bought. read more

Staff was incredibly kind and polite. The young lady at the front disinfected my cart, the young lady in shoes checked on different sizes and asked at least twice if I needed any help. The checker was super friendly and when I was leaving, another staff member near the front thanked me for shopping there and wished me a good night. I love Target. Good prices, cute designs, well organized. This store knows that just because something is a bargain doesn't mean it has to look cheap! Also, this store has great sales. I just got an entire patio set for 60% of the normal price and it is quality furniture. I would say that about half of the things a purchased after my recent move were on sale and that made me very happy! In addition, the customer service is quite good. I saw the shelves stacked with toilet paper as of Saturday around noon. Thank you Target! Limited to one package per customer which I am grateful to have during these life-altering times. They are stocked well with sanitational wipes as you enter through the front doors to wipe your cart down. It is very spacious in this store and the employees have appeared to ramp up their cautionary efforts in an attempt to resist the spread of the Coronavirus, but with so much space in this store, it is sad to see that some of their customers are still way too relaxed with the physical distancing recommendation of at least 6 feet. Just the other day I felt like my family was way too crowded by an adult persona standing right next to us when there was way more than enough room to be apart! So yes, from my observation some people still do not understand the safety of others and it is a shame not to be as cautious as possible when practical and keep a reasonable distance at a store as large as Target. read more

Overall, it is much like any other Target you will go to. I used to live down the road from this Target, and I went to it on occasion. However, this review is about my recent visit to find a mixer. I recently decided that I was ready to purchase a nice mixer, as it has been years since I was able to use a nice one. I searched all over to find a mixer where the bowl is not stationary. All I could find were Kitchenaids and mixers with similar designs. I decided to try Target as a last-ditch effort to find one without having to get a mixer I didn't want. So, I went to the small electrics department and managed to find a fairly limited selection (though a better selection that what you can find at Macy's and even Williams Sonoma, oddly enough). I was thrilled to find a stand mixer there with all the features I want. I got the Sunbeam Mixmaster Heritage Series in red. It is typically sold for $129.99, but it was on clearance for $90.99. I was thrilled to find my mixer for $40 off. I am only giving it 3 stars because it is just a Target, and 3 stars is typically about as high as I rate chain stores. read more

This store is very dirty. Trash on floors, stains everywhere, just nasty Stock is a mess. Dressing room attendent was very rude. Then Cashier had a problem with register not printing a receipt, when I told her I would like it duh... she then called over customer service both were confused woth machine/registers and were rude to me just cause I needed receipt, after almost 15 min. Pharmacy has the most unfriendly employees, its rare to see anyone smile there and im in there often ONLY because i refuse to wait 2 hours for walmart to fill meds and walgreens is too expensive..so i chose target they fill within 30 mins but friendliness goes a long way..but u wont get it here!! read more
