Stacy was quick responding provided an estimate in a timely manner aceiling replacement required demolition as my only complaint would be there. Demo guy was a little rough but what made up for the total experience was the gentleman on their team that came in to finish and texture the ceiling. I was in need of immediate drywall repair before a scheduled paint job, after the installation of many flush-mount in-ceiling lights and speakers. I messaged many drywall contractors and 'Tarasov Drywall' was the most responsive and helpful. Stacy agreed to help me during the upcoming weekend, which was the July 4th holiday weekend. Thus, working Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (three days in total). I don't know any contractor who would accommodate a customer on a long holiday weekend on such short notice. What's more, 'Tarasov Drywall' did a great job in their drywall repair work. Each day, Valerie carefully and properly plastic coated the floor, all furniture, and ceiling cutouts, in our living room. We needed a drywall company that would take out an accent window and double doors off of one of our bedrooms that we were going to make into a nursery. Along with those requests, we decided to lengthen the closet space in that room and install an accent wall using rustic looking hardwood flooring, and redo the DIY crown molding that was done by the previous owners of the house with a nicer modern looking crown molding in its place. Everything exceeded our expectations! The project was scheduled three to four weeks out on time and on schedule. The project was completed in six days. The crew was very nice and worked around our schedules and even worked on Saturday! It's so hard to find contractors that are willing to work around your schedule and even help out by working on the weekend. Just remember to always budget a couple thousand out from the asking estimated price, that's pretty much with any company. You never know how much other little expenses will be that pop up. Don't ignore those who keep you in business! Without customers you would have no work. This company seemed good at first, because they were kind on the phone. And based on some the good reviews, I scheduled an appointment. I sent them pictures of the job just like they requested, along with our address, and we agreed to a start day. We set a tentative time and they said they would call or text in advance before they showed up to give us a bid. We even set a date and time to start the actual work, which was supposed to be two days later. But, when the day of the appointment arrived, they didn't show up. No show, no call, no text, no apology, nothing. We even tried to call them, but they did not answer. I left a voice message, but never heard back. We booked interior painting with this company, however when they showed up to work, they said they had misquoted and it would cost an extra $300 ($950 instead of $650, which was a big deal to us since most other companies had quoted around $600/700). The scope of work and the cost were all outlined in writing, yet the owner misunderstood. We had to cancel on the spot and wait another month until we could find another painter, who did the job well and easily for $700. We would not recommend this company. We requested the TV be installed four inches above the mantel, so that we would have room for a soundbar. However, the installer made a measuring mistake and it was installed to be almost touching the mantel. Instead of trying to fix it, the installer was in a rush to leave and seemed dismissive of the mistake, stating we could just tilt the TV downward instead. I called later and was told I would reveive a call back, but none came. In the call I was also told I actually received a good deal, even though there was this mistake. The company says there is a 1 year workmanship guarantee but it does not seem to be the case, as they did not seem to care about the quality of their work in in this job. Now I will have to have the TV re-installed by another company. read more

Had 3 jobs: Simple hanging of mirror: hung too low, did not request a rehang because they used 3 screws, screwed in a "clump" together to hang the wire on the back of the mirror. Didn't want further wall damage. Second job: 2 nightstands assembled from box. 1st nightstand assembled wrong, when mistake was pointed out, took apart nightstand to fix but damaged nightstand. Second night stand again assembled wrong, this time at a different area, not noticed until person left. Third job: Wall mount assembled, 65 inch TV hung. Took about 3 attempts to hang TV, drilled multiple holes in dry wall. Took person 6 hrs to finish all 3 jobs. Called person back to fix nightstand, no show. read more

I am really disappointed with the service I received. He came out to my rental property twice in one week. The first time he was unable to fix the condition but I was really skeptical of his explanation. As an accommodation, he charged me less than the quoted rate. The second time he came out, it was to replace the garbage disposal). A flood condition was created on the same date! As explained by another handyman (as a cross-reference to me), he may have forgotten the remove a cap in the disposal which causes a backflow. When I called him about this issue, it did not appear as if he knew what I was talking about. I really wanted to like this vendor and put him in my phone as the guy I call for all my issues, but I don't think so after this couple of experiences. read more
