I have seen many therapists in my time and none have quite been able to earn and maintain my trust and been able to offer positive reinforcement as well as sometimes the news I don't want to hear but NEED to hear in order to heal. She has quite literally changed my life for the better and literally saved my life and given me tools to work through my darkest days and when the fog was too dark she was always there like a lighthouse to help me get the resources and help I needed. There are simply no words I can put here to express the tremendous amount of care and professionalism she has had with me. I have referred friends and colleagues to her and it's the same, she really just genuinely cares and wants to see people get well and live a successful life as daunting as that may be, she always takes on the challenge and listens to find out the mountain we got to climb and gives you the gear to climb it and should you slip up or miss a step climbing that mountain she goes above and beyond to get you back on that path. She's really understands therapy isn't just about sitting there and talking for an hour about feelings and current events but also for us to learn and develop the tools and understanding to handle what we need to be successful on our own. Thank you for everything and to everyone else at the clinics I have met or interacted with, you're absolutely wonderful as well. It takes a team working together to accomplish what you do and I appreciate everything your team has done as well, plus those little dogs brighten my day everytime I see them.

I have been a patient for over 10 years. I saw Dr Malik before she started referring me over to…read moreisha. I would zoom her about every 6 weeks then 8 then a couple months for med refills. I ran out of Klonopin on a Tuesday a medication they filled for me for 10 years. I didn't receive a notification that it was ready by Friday so I called my pharmacy. They said the Dr hadn't approved it yet. I called the office at 3 as soon as I found out it wasn't being approved. I tried leaving a voicemail for Isha but someone from the office just picked up. I explained what was happening and she told me they won't fill prescriptions if I haven't been seen for over 3 months. I told her I didn't know that. She said it would be in the paperwork. Ugh that was 10 years ago I don't remember. I told her I was having extreme panic attacks due to the sudden stop of the medication. She told me there was nothing they could do. She wouldn't even offer to try to contact Isha. I made an appointment which wouldn't be for 5 more days so I decided to see if I could get a hold of Dr Malik. Same thing as with previous phone call. I hadn't slept for 3 days because I have restless legs and that is what the medication is prescribed for me for. So another sleepless night and get up Saturday crying shaking head feeling like it could explode, ringing in my ears, shaking, jumpy. I look up Dr Google and it says to never stop Klonopin abruptly that it causes all the symptoms I was having as well as strokes and seizures. I called the office again at 11:00 am and talked to an emergency line that told me they were going to try to get a hold of a Dr. It is 2:00 in the morning now. I never got a call and I will be awake again. They DO NOT Care! I could literally die. I have never abused medication. I get my 30 day supply and refill it after 30 days but since I've been taking it for 20+ years so my body is used to it. I have not felt cared for by them for years but it was easy to do a zoom visit and be done. I never expected anything like this to happen. Terrible horrible thing to put someone through because you're lazy.

Truly. I have been seeing her in one fashion or another for many, many years. We were first introduced when my father was passing away from Alzheimers and she was a tremendous help at that point. I then started seeing Dr. Terbovic afterwards and she was also fantastic. Over time, due to insurance drama during Covid, I had to switch therapists and they were not even REMOTELY as amazing as Clocktower. In 2023 things changed again and I was able to start seeing Dr. Pitts again. Since that time, my life has truly been enriched by her kindness, direction, and ability to listen and provide guidance and expertise. I have gone through a handful of new situations over the last year and she has been there every step of the way. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to Clocktower for providing such fantastic support and feedback. I truly don't know where I would be without your incredible support! Side note - I noticed that there was a dramatic 1 star review for Clocktower and I kind of chuckle at it because it directly calls out pushing medication (?) however that is not something they even do here (LOL). They aren't psychiatrists, so I sort of laughed at that. It also calls out not being able to get a callback. That has NOT been my experience at all. Julie is beyond amazing (the office manager) and if I can't reach anyone the first time I call, she calls me back within a day or less. In any event, I don't mean to be rude to the 1 star reviewer - just make sure you are leaving a review to the correct business because yeah - they don't prescribe meds here ~.

Julie (billing/appointments/administration) is always willing to work things out and go above and beyond for us. She is a joy to see and work with when insurances are being funky.
