I was told to do the paperwork in advance and that an appointment would already be set by today at a certain time a day before my arrival. My paperwork was done already. I showed up early and rang the doorbell twice. I called the counselor twice. I texted the counselor. No answer. Not even a courtesy call to call me and tell me that my appointment has been delayed or canceled in advance or a potential problem with my paperwork. I finally get a text about a 1/2 an hour later, give me a bogus excuse, saying that there was a mistake. I really wish with the traveling and the gas and getting there early, just to get irresponsibly blown off from them because of their irresponsibility and bias, that I could charge them the seventy five dollar cancellation fee for her not showing up for the appointment. And I suspect with good reason of of another employeee that I did not know of previously who worked their, who I feel has ill will towards me, and suspect that she was an influence to the incompetent and dismissive way that they treated me. I feel this therapist re-judged me based on another's advice. I don't believe a word they say. I don't trust them. And be careful about signing their iron clad contracts!

Regarding my house: she used some professional organizing "science" to evaluate where things should go. I've used organizers before, and *people* there is a reason they are professionals! oh my goodness... it's been 1.5 years since we organized my house, and it stays clean because there really is a "place for everything, so everything is in it's place"! She will not push you to throw things away, if you are worried of that. She works at your pace... tho you will be surprised how much you can get done in just a few hours. Regarding my professional stuff: she helped me narrow down my goal, and put into place a plan of action. For example, rather than assessing a problem and giving me a solution, she asked me questions to find the right solution *for me*. While I spoke, she -really- listened and then pulled out phrases I repeated, analogies I made, and then we dove deeper into the root of that thinking, and put into place action plans to improve. Actually, she also sent me some "homework" inbetween calls, where I could select 3 of 10 things to work on inbetween appointments. My choice! Her pricing is suuuper reasonable, and sign up for her emails and she often has specials. She also teaches a lot of classes for organizations and community centers-- so watch her calendar and attend the free ones! Really people SO WORTH IT. Cannot recommend this service enough. Eat in rather than dine out, and apply those funds to organizing your life. You will be so much happier.

Michael and I met initially through a meditation class that he offers at a nearby studio. His…read morebreadth of knowledge within the holistic healing world is INCREDIBLY expansive in nature, and fortunately for those he's healing, there is no guru/egoic-lead aura about him; he just knows his stuff and is humbled by it and has a strong desire to help and heal. There is a radiant light to him as an individual, so when I found out that he provides healing services as well, I was certainly on board. Little did I know what I would be in for- SO MUCH HEALING. His space is a welcoming environment that brings about an air of harmonious zen and it's kind of like a cool breeze, welcoming and refreshing. Clean, organized, lovely. (This to me, was just a bonus, but I know an important part for some.) We had broken out my healing session into two sessions. He was able to provide a calming herbal concoction, which was a feeling I could liken to a sigh of relief and releasing of tension. We started our session off with theta wave binaural beats, as well as a flashing light session (I'll learn the name of what it was eventually). He was patient in explaining what theta waves are within the brain, answered the questions I had (which are always a lot) and just KNOWS. A. TON. I cannot stress enough how much of a priority that is when I'm energetically opening myself up to a healer - it's nice to know that whichever healer I'm working with knows their stuff and not only was he knowledgeable but also never made me feel like what I was asking was a silly/commonsense question. It was a comforting conversation. The second part of the first session included Reiki and sound healing. Beforehand, he had asked if there were any particular physical ailments or anything bothering me in my mental or emotional bodies, which I didn't think were even there. Once our Reiki/sound session had concluded, he discussed with me the various things he had noticed about my chakras/overall energetic health, and then further investigated my current personal practices as to why it may be expressing as a heavy (yet open) heart chakra, and we navigated to a solution to prevent me from repeating that pattern. The session that followed leaned more towards the hynpotherapy aspect of his healing modalities, as well as integrated NLP with theta wave light and sound therapies. I spoke about different problems I'm sorting through and he addressed it through neurolinguistic programming approach. Shortly after that, he brought in hypnotherapy that worked in harmony with sound and light therapies. I honestly felt like I floated out on a cloud once our sessions had concluded. I was blown away by how lighter/brighter/more aligned I felt after the fact. To give you an idea, we worked through some trauma I had held for far too long, ADHD symptoms, fear, confidence, and just overall health. Friends who I have yet to meet, I cannot recommend his services highly enough. I know this was essentially a small novel that you never asked for, so I guess the TLDR; version would be: book a session, feel lighter, accomplish your goals, and feel the heal.
