The clinician on the phone was very nice, but when I went to see her for the first time she had no business cards to hand out, and for all I know she could have been a stranger on the street counseling me. It appears that the owner has not updated the website for a while, and does not seem to even be promoting the therapists that she does have. The therapist herself was very professional, nice, and seemed to know her stuff, but I just couldn't get over the fact that she had been working at Dynamic Directions for almost a year and their was nothing so much as a business card with her name on it. It seems mostly like poor and cheap ownership, which made me feel so bad for her counselors, but also made me feel like this was not the place for me to go. Also, if you can't even afford a billing person, then it makes me think that the practice in general is failing.

After that, I was afraid of seeking her guidance. So while 90% of times she was helpful, the unpredictable snaps made it very hard for me to continue on relaying information to help my daughter. She also doesn't take feedback well unless it's exactly what she expects to hear. For example my daughter told me she didn't enjoy therapy and when I told her that she automatically pointed the finger at me and said that I had caused it to happen. In fact I never even blamed her for that. I very much just wanted her to know that and it could be simply because therapy brought up issues my daughter wasn't ready to confront within herself yet. I just hope Dr March can understand that the way in which you communicate to parents matters. We are people too. We seek you out because we want what's best for our kids. We are not perfect but neither is anyone. Aside from this, she's smart and caring and I wish all the best for her and all the children she helps support.

Armanda Keci PMHNP is an excellent provider. She listens to her patient's concerns, work her schedule with her patients (even off hours), very approachable and provides honest feedback. Armanda is knowledgeable regarding her patient's psychiatric and medical needs. She explains the medication use and side effects to her patients and makes sure the patient understands the treatment plan, goals and expectations. She collaborates with other providers, such as the therapist and PCPs to address her patients needs. She follows up with her patients on a regular basis and promptly replies to their messages. She is an excellent role model for the psych and mental health profession. She is prompt is responding to her patients' needs whether online or in-person. As a student, she gave feedback on a daily basis, was available and responded to my needs within minutes to hours and my required clinical documents were submitted in a timely manner which truly helped to alleviate my stress level. I thought they were in it for the good of helping people get their meds and dismissed their mistakes over and over in good faith but these two scam artists are just in it for the money - Ally is the owner and the problem - Tana is just her pawn with more credentials - very sweet but not able to keep things straight and then try to make me the bad guy - nope. I put up with a lot from them. I know there are better facilities but this was close and easy for awhile. Together they have zero clue what they are doing. That's 100% obvious - Totally messed up my long term disability leave due to messing up dates and information. Messed up my treatment this week with no notice to make other arrangements. There is no actual doctor at this practice - there are no actual trained mental health professionals - just a couple of nurses writing scripts. It's kinda crazy. They lie to patents, bait & switch people, cause panic attacks over stupid stuff and try to charge you for their mistakes - when they can't keep their own vacation schedules straight - it's really sad and frustrating dealing with them. I personally hope they lose their licensing for spravato and scripts after the way they have mistreated me - the stories I have documented over the last year are wild. Telling me you are writing scripts for your husband so you can take them is unethical and you should not joke about it with anyone especially not your patient. I don't care if it's an antibiotic or not your ethics are poor. It's not cute or funny. PS the owner Ally's laugh is super obnoxious while people are in treatment - they would be goofing around joking / talking outside the treatment room - totally unprofessional - no noise cancelation or white noise can combat that laugh - I can't tell you how many times I've listened to you talking to your clients about their meds?!? No confidentiality here.... Look elsewhere - I'm sure a better clinic will open up in the next year if I have anything to say about it.

Ally took the time to listen to all my concerns without rushing through the appointment and allowing me to feel free and unashamed of what I was experiencing. Remember this is not a quick fix, it takes time and work to improve on over all mental health. It is a process for them to internalize what they have learned and become functional human beings. Remember they are the experts and that's why you bring them there. Parents without any education in drug addiction, or mental health who involve themselves is foolhardy as they are not trained. Would a surgeon allow you to critique or assist them through brain Surgery? Patients need to have control, and power over their future destiny. This builds their confidence and self esteem. I talked to Margie (rece) and she gave IRMA email to send message since ENZO (supervisor) wa s nt returning my messages and she also sent an email herself to IRMA requesting help. NO RESPONSES and email address seems to be nogood - returned undeliverable. These people are the end results of being sent from every other place I have called but they don't seem to care to help or even respond. All they have to do is tell me where else to go for help but they dont care.. I'm 77 and on social security so money is a major factor to me. $151.00 is a lot of money to me. THEY were referred to me for help. WHERE IS THAT HELP? I found another office in Schaumburg, called and GOT ANOTHER ANSWERING MACHINE -LEFT A MESSAGE. I know this isn't a major concern for them but at least take time to call back. I also left my email address with Elk Grove. No excuse for not being able to respond. I have been a patient for over 10 years. I saw Dr Malik before she started referring me over to…read moreisha. I would zoom her about every 6 weeks then 8 then a couple months for med refills. I ran out of Klonopin on a Tuesday a medication they filled for me for 10 years. I didn't receive a notification that it was ready by Friday so I called my pharmacy. They said the Dr hadn't approved it yet. I called the office at 3 as soon as I found out it wasn't being approved. I tried leaving a voicemail for Isha but someone from the office just picked up. I explained what was happening and she told me they won't fill prescriptions if I haven't been seen for over 3 months. I told her I didn't know that. She said it would be in the paperwork. Ugh that was 10 years ago I don't remember. I told her I was having extreme panic attacks due to the sudden stop of the medication. She told me there was nothing they could do. She wouldn't even offer to try to contact Isha. I made an appointment which wouldn't be for 5 more days so I decided to see if I could get a hold of Dr Malik. Same thing as with previous phone call. I hadn't slept for 3 days because I have restless legs and that is what the medication is prescribed for me for. So another sleepless night and get up Saturday crying shaking head feeling like it could explode, ringing in my ears, shaking, jumpy. I look up Dr Google and it says to never stop Klonopin abruptly that it causes all the symptoms I was having as well as strokes and seizures. I called the office again at 11:00 am and talked to an emergency line that told me they were going to try to get a hold of a Dr. It is 2:00 in the morning now. I never got a call and I will be awake again. They DO NOT Care! I could literally die. I have never abused medication. I get my 30 day supply and refill it after 30 days but since I've been taking it for 20+ years so my body is used to it. I have not felt cared for by them for years but it was easy to do a zoom visit and be done. I never expected anything like this to happen. Terrible horrible thing to put someone through because you're lazy.
