My wife took my 2 and half year old daughter in for some reason the said my insurance was inactive so my wife asked for the out of pocket cost and was told a number she could not cover.... None the less they would not even look in my daughter's ear to make sure she was ok..... this is a baby.... That is in discomfort..... I am a customer service director for Chick-fil-a and I give service 100000000% better for a $5.00 sandwich then they give when people's health/ hearing is on the line and you have spent thousands of dollars with them..... worst service I have ever seen or heard of. I highly recommend going to somebody else who actually cares about your child and their wellbeing. Also good luck getting ahold of anyone.... Called 12 times nobody has ever called me back...

Tell me what we need to do, tell me what happens if this doesn't work and send me on my way. I am in here post surgery so if this works, I will be changing my review to five stars. And I asked him was he not going to address the main issue with my hearing? And he told me that's what we are going to look at when I came back. I was in that room with him NO LONGER that 5min. So they scheduled me to come back next Friday. I ended up calling back up to the office to let the nurse know that I could not wait until next Friday. And the nurse asked why did I need to come back and I told her for my ears. And even she said "so you didn't see an audiologist today"? and I told her no. Then she paused and proceeded to give me the next soonest appointment. Which will be this coming Tuesday (today is Thursday). I STRONGLY suggest that if you decided to come to this location... Do not book with this particular doctor because your issues will NOT ben addressed.
