I'm so happy to have found this place nearby, I've been three times in the last week. The Burrito Supreme is the best burrito I've had in the Portland area. The first one I had I couldn't believe how legit it was. Went back two days later just to be sure I wasn't dreaming. Nope, it was just as good. The tortillas really help make it stand out, chewy but crisped up perfectly on the outside. The Pastor and Chicken are both solid, though I do a wish there was a little pineapple in the Pastor. The Street tacos are just fine. Small, but as simple as they should be with just the white onions, cilantro, and accompanying lime wedge. Extra appreciate that they're only $3/each. That's all I've tried so far, but will be a regular visitor for the burrito alone. Their 'dining area' leaves a lot to be desired, but I appreciate that they have a covered area to order and wait in the winter months. Service has been good. The hot sauces are great as well. Also appreciate that they use paper and aluminum foil for the tacos and burritos, rather than more single use plastic. Though I still think they use some. This place is legit. The veggie tacos are my fav. My wife loves the nachos. The sauces are spiced to perfection. My daughter loves THE MASSIVE FRUIT CUPS!!! The seating and open courtyard are inviting. Ruzzo's Retreat is next to it for adult beverages. Cheers. Dog-friendly. Kid-friendly. Ridiculously fast service. We were newbies to this place, and the lady at the register was just so helpful and patient. We came back a second time just to see if it was beginners luck, but this place stands on business. This place is great. The service is prompt and the food is delicious. It's a food cart but they have built a seating area that is protected by the elements to enjoy your food at the cart instead of having to take it to go. My main complaint is that the area to eat in enclosed by metal walls and roof which makes it an oven in the heat. If I had one recommendation, it would be to add a mini split AC unit to keep the area cool for those that choose to eat there during the summer. read more

This food cart is located in the parking lot of Chalice Farms on the corner of highway 224 and highway 212. Great locations with a few small, covered, outdoor tables. There's a lot of parking available and it's generally easy to get in and out of the lot. Their menu offers a big selection of burritos, tacos, nacho, quesadillas, sopas, and more. There's something for everyone! They offer every kind of meats and even a few veggie options and cheese and bean options. We usually order either burritos or tacos here. Everything is always fantastic! The meats are grilled and seasoned perfectly and the fillers always taste fresh and flavorful. Many items come with avocado and tomatoes and they're always fresh and added on generously. This visit we chose an asada burrito and a pollo burrito and shared an order of asada fries. They were all delicious!! They have many options of bottled sodas, waters and jarritos. There's also a nice salsa and pickled veggie bar. If you get your order to go everything is boxed up nicely and sauces can be loaded up in little cups with lids. The staff is super friendly and get the orders out as fast as possible. Be prepared to wait a little longer than the average fast food place. They make everything to order and it's all cooked and put together in a timely manner. Be patient! Food can be awesome, but the lady makes you feel like a pos for asking for something off. I can't eat certain things and I ask for a SIMPLE change and it gets wrong frequently and then the lady makes you feel like it's your fault. I've eaten here dozens of times and about half the time there is an issue or she's rude. And it is not a language barrier. I see I'm also not the only one buy reading these other comments. A 1 star is not correct imo tho, they hated their experience and I'm just really disappointed being treated like this after spending so much money here. Not sure I'll go back at this point. I've been looking for some dank ass Mexican food since I moved here from California last year, and I'm so happy I found this place. I grew up in a Mexican household so you know I got the credentials to back up this review. Their shrimp tacos are phenomenal (shrimp in every bite)!!!! Lots of flavor and shrimp is cooked perfectly. Decent food truck in an excellent location, located in the Bigfoot Growler/chalice farms parking lot just before carver curves. The food came out hot and flavorful. I'm a big fan of sopes and these did not disappoint, the bread held its crunch and never went soggy, the meat was seasoned perfectly. We will be back to try some more items soon. read more

We had a great experience working with Las Palomas to cater our daughter's first birthday back in May. I'm blanking on the name of the lovely woman I spoke with to coordinate everything, but she was SO helpful! I told her how many guests, number of kids, food preferences, and she gave her recommendations for amounts and types of food to order. Everything was very reasonably priced - especially compared to some other places we'd called. We had a smaller turnout than anticipated so more food than we needed, but we didn't mind the leftovers because everything was so tasty. Absolutely everyone at the party was asking where we got the tacos. I was tempted to remove one star just because the food wasn't ready when they said it would be, and we had guests waiting to be fed far longer than we planned. But at least the food was hot and fresh when we served it. And they packed it so well that it was very easy to transport (and stayed hot). Overall a good experience, and we'd recommend them for large events, for sure! read more

Super fast and friendly service, loads of menu options, plenty of room to eat there (covered space for shade on hot days or protection from the rain) including the growler station next door. Been here several times now. I will say the street tacos they have, especially the carnitas are outstanding. The carnitas was cooked to perfection. Next time we came we ordered burritos. There was a ton of meat but this carnitas was not like the previous visit. The flavor wasn't there at all. I get places have off days but this has happened multiple times now. We've since ordered other items and nothing is as good as the street tacos. Stick to that and you'll be happy. I'm originally from San Diego and have eaten at dozens and dozens of Mexican restaurants. I have never eaten at a Mexican restaurant that uses mozzarella cheese in all their dishes. It just doesn't taste the same. Every time I've been to this place the staff were ok, never rude. The amount of salsa you get could be more generous. Not too impressed with this place just off the first try...I ordered an asada burrito with no pico and there wasn't much flavor to it at all. It was a ton of lettuce, chunks of avocado, and melted cheese, kind of like a Philly cheesesteak but in burrito form. My pastor taco was very good though! Also ordering off the delivery app, they didn't have any drink options and I asked them to add a drink if possible but I'm guessing they didn't know how to do that. This is a great place to stop for several reasons. But first...this is really a 4.5 star place. The food is really good. We are hooked on the beef quesadilla; it comes with lettuce (I ask for no lettuce now), sour cream and guacamole. This is simply delicious and one of the best queso I have had. One quesadilla feeds two people. We also get the chips and guacamole; the guacamole is great most of the time...a few times too many onions but that also tells me they make it fresh. The prices are very reasonable too. We have also had their burritos, including the Oregon burrito (that has french fries); both are good...but the quesadilla...hmmmm The other benefit; their is a beer place right next door that has an outside patio area...excellent for eating and a nice drink. read more

I have been wanting to try this place for months. It's right by my work and always has a lot of people there (now I know why). I'm a sucker for tacos so I decided to try a variety. I got asada, chicken, fish and shrimp. The shrimp tacos you can only order in a pair. They were sooooooo good. The cardne asada was cooked perfectly and had just the right crispiness. The chicken was very flavorful and juicy. The shrimp tacos were AMAZING! Thank god they come in twos, they had such good spice and came with sauteed peppers and tomato plus the cabbage slaw was just like what you get in Mexico. The fish taco was not that good it had a sort of dirty taste. That was a bummer because fish tacos are my Jam. Their red salsa is HOT but so good. The green salsa is also very good and milder. We ate here on a whim while staying nearby and were so happy we did. I had the chicken burrito and my partner had the steak. It was the best meal we had while staying south of Portland and one of my favorite burritos ever and I live in Los Angeles! Glad we caught them while they were open!
