I found this on a Tuesday in the middle of May as I had an assignment in the Cleveland/Sheppard area of Texas. Many of you know that Taco Tuesdays are my thing. Finding taco spots in small towns are a challenge but fortunately this truck was available across from the gas station on 23 County Road. It's your standard taco truck serving tortas, tostados, burritos, gorditas, quesadillas, sopes, burgers & hot dogs. About 8 protein options are available, cash only (or Zelle/cash app), and mainly en espanol (although they speak some english). I did an order of tacos (Fajita, Barbacoa, Lengua, Buche), a chicharron gordita, and some quesadillas (regular sized tripa; small barbabcoa). They also give you a complimentary charo beans that you can eat while you wait. The beans smell amazing that are piping hot with some meat drippings mixed in. Good way to start the meal. Upon receiving your food, you can either eat at their picnic tables or take it to go. I brought it back to my hotel room and unpacked; fortunately everything kept well with no spillage or messings like some places. The tacos are good size with the lengua and fajita being my favorite. The buche is a unique protein, basically pig's stomach so there's a chewy texture so may not be for everyone; I'm glad I tried it. The gordita was excellent; very filling with meat, beans, and cheese packed in; loved every bite of it. The quesadillas are also delicious with the tripa being crunchy and barbacoa being tender and succulent. Every item was straight up fire from here. If you find yourself in Cleveland, be sure to stop at this truck and check it out. Hours are 5-11PM Monday-Friday. And don't forget cash!

Im writing this after my food coma from Himalayan Fusion. My husband (with the long hair) walked into the food zone while I waited in the truck because I was guarding my new bike in the bed. He called me to tell me of the amazing, passionate owners he just spoke to and sent me the menu. I was astonished to see the selection that was offered in my quiet little country town. My husband told me that the owner said that the Samosa Chaat was an or**Sim in the mouth. I am telling you from the deepest part of my heart, this is a severe understatement. I am a very big foodie and I have been to some of the best restaurants Houston and New Orleans has to offer. The honest dear truth is this by far the best thing I have ever tasted. As soon as the first bite hit my tongue while sitting in my truck freezing, a Kaleidoscope of flavors hit my tongue it danced around from sweet, slightly spicy to exotic spices with a smooth coconut cream sauce that is beautifully drizzled on top of the samosas and is dressed beautifully with all the Indian and Himalayan flare of a Michelin star rated restaurant. I was honestly instantly moved to tears. I felt like this is the first time I've actually tried real food. My husband (with the long hair) got the Momos which came with a large variety of sauces to dip them in. Fresh Coriander chutney, a Tamarind chutney, the best homemade curry sauce, and a beautifully spicy curry sauce. The flavor profile as well as the aromatics that danced in your nose are truly astonishing the more bites you take the more flavor comes arise and dances your taste buds to pure silliness. My husband and I became like little kids again, as we were staring at each other completely astonished in the amazing place that we have just discovered. So much that I sent my husband back not one more but four more separate times to order more. It is now close to 8:00 at night and I am calling every person that I can and waking them up out of the early Slumber just to tell them what an amazing experience that we just had.
