While planning for our wedding, my then fiancé and I wanted to make certain we had a photo booth on our special day. Our friends booked CPTRD Photobooth at their wedding and were delighted customers, so we decided to book them as well. Their pricing online is transparent with no hidden fees and if you aren't able to find a package that works for you, the staff members are very accommodating and do their best to provide suggestions. They are prompt at responding to emails and allow us to customize the logo for our photo strips. On the day of the wedding, they arrived early to set up and everything was complete by the time guests arrived. Our guests couldn't stop praising Susie & Runell for their exceptional service and friendliness, and people kept coming back to the photo booth to capture their happiness/silliness. Many enjoyed the props that were included and some attempted to see just how many people can fit in a photo. Looking back, I can confirm that 17 can snugly fit into one! My husband and I were little working bees making our rounds to speak to all of our guests, but Suzie grabbed our attention and reminded us to enjoy the photo booth as well. That meant so much to us because our distracted minds would have easily forgotten to take a photo. In less than 24 hours after our wedding ended, CPTRD Photobooth sent us an email containing a link to our photo booth gallery, AND OH MY WORD. Every single picture taken from the photo booth that evening was gorgeous! My husband and I chose 'Champagne Sparkle' as our backdrop and it gave off such a romantic celebratory feel to the photos. I kid you not, every single person looked amazing! From florals to vibrant colors, each guest and their outfit stood out. Also, our guests were mindblown by the quality of the photos. They're amazingly clear, and sharp, and everyone's skin glowed! My husband and I can't help but smile cheesily when looking back at all these photos. It was perfect! Everybody could take as many pictures as they wanted and take home the pictures at the end of the night. In addition they helped to create and design our guest sign-in book with the pictures. Each picture they took one copy would go to them and the other one would go in our guest book. The book was amazing because in 30 years who knows if I will remember certain people by just their name! I now have an amazing guest book with pictures and comments from all the people at our wedding. If you think all of this is amazing we also got all of the pictures from the photobooth on a DVD. This was the BEST thing we ever did at our wedding!! People are still talking about how much fun they had dressing up and taking pictures in the photobooth! Mae and her husband were amazing at helping us arrange all the details from the choice to have costumes, to the cutouts that we wanted in the book. We were even able to add our own special touch to each photo strip by putting a picture of Monterey w/ our names and the date. My guests had the option to take their photos in the photo booth area or with their own phones using our wedding hashtag. Guests that took their own photos on their phones were able to have their photos printed with Boosts printer. Boost also had a set up that allowed for the traditional photo booth with fa fun backdrop and props for our guests to use. Andrei and Kanoe were very personable with all of our guests and captured a ton of fun candid photos in addition to the photos from tge staged photo booth area. Boost allowed me to select the background that was printed on the photos to match the theme of our wedding and they also provided us with a cute wedding guest book where our guests were able to write us messages and well wishes with their pics from the night. It was easy to use, the lighting and photo quality and prints came out amazing, the props were adorable, the kids were even able to use it, and setup and takedown was quick and on schedule. Bad: The attendant asked my sister in law if he could get any alcohol (we don't drink and didn't have alcohol) and I was told he seemed bummed when he couldn't get a drink... As the bride I was not involved with this but the way I hear it it was a little bizarre. After the event I can't get ahold of them. 5 emails later trying to get the photos I still haven't heard back or gotten any follow up so 2 months later I still haven't even been able to see the photos. As far as quality of the product I would give 4 stars and as far as client service and communication I would give 2, so i give it a 3 overall.
