Ultimately, the person looking for a photobooth should know why they want to go with a specific company. What I can tell you is what you will get if you pick CalMax. Included with the price is a choice of the 2 side by side strips or the single layout with 4 photos. You get a choice of templates and they are able to customize some things on it for your event if you wish. The price also includes great props. The setup is nice and I can assure you it works for an outdoor setup (for example at a park--pending there is an outlet or generator) because I had mine outdoors. What I like about CalMax's setup is the open air type booth. They have a nice black backdrop so it gives plenty of room for everybody instead of trying to squeeze into a booth. As for the print quality? Just as nice! Colors are nice and vibrant. They print quick and if you need duplicates of a certain print, no problem just ask. The booth does actually use a real DSLR camera and not a cheap CMOS or anything inferior to a DSLR. That is why the quality of the digital photos that they will supply after the event will be of nice quality as well. The photos print out quick too, so there is not much waiting. The overall setup is very clean, organized, and professional, so it will look nicely setup at your event. They also have a canopy setup if needed depending on the light situation. They will be ready depending on the space. Finally, I can't say enough great things about Ben. He helped me throughout the process of booking them and customizing some things .Then when I met him finally in person the day of the event, he was very easy to work with. Very nice and jolly guy. With everything these days being based on reviews online, of course I was a bit skeptical since there wasn't any reviews on Yelp, but I'm glad I took the leap to pick them. They had very competitive prices yet still maintain the high quality we all look for combined with a great friendly staff. All my guests enjoyed using the photobooth and I know who I will be calling next time I need a photobooth.

It was easy to use, the lighting and photo quality and prints came out amazing, the props were adorable, the kids were even able to use it, and setup and takedown was quick and on schedule. Bad: The attendant asked my sister in law if he could get any alcohol (we don't drink and didn't have alcohol) and I was told he seemed bummed when he couldn't get a drink... As the bride I was not involved with this but the way I hear it it was a little bizarre. After the event I can't get ahold of them. 5 emails later trying to get the photos I still haven't heard back or gotten any follow up so 2 months later I still haven't even been able to see the photos. As far as quality of the product I would give 4 stars and as far as client service and communication I would give 2, so i give it a 3 overall. I am hoping that I will finally get some attention from the company after publicly voicing my opinion on yelp.

Glo was one of the first vendors to contact me and after receiving a quote, they were competitive and very responsive to all my questions. They have new photobooths that were compact and allowed us to fit within the tight space we had. The technician arrived early for set up, worked the whole party and was very nice. People had a fun time taking photos and taking home a keepsake of the night with a custom printed photo. I would highly recommend using Glo for your next event.

High tech booth - different than what I have seen at other weddings, definitely a few levels above the basic photo booth vendor. Planning/logistics - I researched and called a few vendors and this company was one of few that has insurance (which was required for the wedding venue). They were responsive from initial contact. From start to finish it was extremely easy to work with Kande. We were able to book instantly online to secure the date. My friend had a few changes last minute and they were able to accommodate. Day of the wedding, the staff was professional and friendly. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience. My latest experience with Kande was by chance that they were at a movie premiere that I attended. I love their social media kiosk - they had animated gifs which was a nice change from a regular booth. My guests and I were able to post photos immediately onto facebook. Friendly and fun staff. They gave us ideas on how to pose and was entertaining all the guests the entire night. I highly recommend Kande for any event. Their product offering is definitely more unique and has a lot more capabilities than the more basic standard photo booth vendors. It was awesome to see them at a corporate event too. We interviewed and saw several other photobooth vendors but yours was the best. My family and friends were addicted like crack taking photos in your boof for our wedding. All the pictures were sharp regardless the amount of people in your booth. One pic we were able to squeeze 16 people in the picture. That would have been impossible in a Red Cheese booth. So when I went to my cousin's…read morewedding and saw a photo booth set up in the corner, my inner diva/model was jumping for joy. Photo booths are the new "IT" thing to have at weddings and I've been to a few recently that have had them. I always thought that all photo booths are the same.. not true. There are some that are definitely better than others... Photoboof's photo print quality is pretty good and is definitely comparable to the others I've seen, but there were a couple of things that took off stars for me: 1). The pictures took a long time to print out, I think I waited about 5 minutes before I got my first strip and then a minute or so until I got the second one. Others that I've seen print them out in a minute or less. 2). Their supply of props to use were pretty limited. A couple of masks, some rubber noses, a couple of hats, some picture frames, a broken pair of sunglasses.. nothing too fancy. 3). The last thing that also took off a star was their background. I think they use it as a green screen or something because there were times when I saw glitches on the screen that would cast a weird shadow thing that you get sometimes with green screens (think macbook photo booth and selecting the roller coaster background where you have to move out of the view first), and you could see it even when it prints. I added a photo of my strip. Luckily, it didn't happen a lot, I think mine might've been the only one that it happened to.. but still, it kinda sucks. The good things that I liked about this photo booth though, was the screen they have on the outside that shows the pictures after they're taken. The guests who are all waiting in line or for their pictures can see what's going on inside the booth. I also like that the photo strips print out and are cut already. But that could account for the reason why it takes so long to print them out. So all in all, I give Photoboof! 3 stars, it was still fun, but not all photo booths are made equal, and there just seems to be better photo booths out there.

He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and I got to see how the booths are made. Matt and Doug continued to be amazing throughout the process. We've had our booth since March (just in time for our huge St. Patrick's Day Party) and it's been a flawless experience. Doug has taken the time to train me on some of the basics and is always there if I have a question. They even helped us transport the booth to and from our holiday party, where it was a big hit! I give Photo-matica my highest recommendation and will always trust them to deliver excellent work.

Then her photos popped out and she said she can't promise ours will? Our photos popped out 2 minutes later, it was just strange that she tried to shut off the machine right after we took our pictures and told us it wouldn't work, and we had paid already. The photos worked....glad I waited to see if my photos came out.....

A bunch of us were having a…read moregreat time at the wedding - laughing, taking photos in the photo booth, etc. We took a lot of group photos in the booth and when the size of the group got too big, we accidentally shifted the photo booth back an inch. The attendant literally SCREAMED at our group and said, "GET OUT! GET OUT!! GET OUTTT NOW!!!!!!" Big-eyed and bewildered, we immediately exited the photo booth feeling like we were children getting reprimanded by our parent. I understand he had an obligation to make sure the photo booth stayed in tact, but there is absolutely no need to SCREAM at a group of adults in their mid-30s and completely damper the mood of the wedding. The bride was also in the photo booth at the time, so to have one of her vendors demean her in front of her guests is unacceptable.You are in the service industry. You service people. Have a little more dignity in the way you speak to your customers. Their booth is also so small that any group with more than five people is considered "large." My husband who is 6'2" stood as far back in the booth as possible, and the photos still cut off his entire forehead and eyebrows. Ridiculous. This could be easily fixed if they just got a better lens. Last, the photo booth only prints ONE sheet of photos and the attendant cuts them in to two strips. The attendant REFUSED to print additional prints. For all the other weddings I've attended (including my own), attendants print as many copies as the guests request. That's called customer service. If Booth 4 wants to compete in an already saturated market, they will need to step up their game.
