The seat cover didn't arrive when they were supposed to (week late). We were leaving on vacation the next day with the golf cart with no seat covers. I called Mr. Sumner at 5:30 pm that day and he was closing at 6:00 pm. Mr. Sumner told me to bring him the covers that night and he would install them. I stay at the shop with him and watched him perform magic installing these covers. The covers didn't fit the seats exactly and he made them fit. When he was done they looked great! I left the shop at 8:15 that night and really appreciated what he had just done. That was the first time I had anything covered like that, if I do again, I know where I am going. Great customer service at a great price!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but everything that glitters is not gold. I was excited to see…read morethis place had such good reviews, but very disappointed with what I got. I'd like to show grace as this is an independently-owned business. My review is for lack of transparency with regard to service. I reached out to Johnny (presumably) Wednesday of this week. The quote process went rather smooth, despite having to do legwork as a customer. He had me take pictures and scout the area myself to get an understanding of what he was working with. The conversation ended without me being scheduled or anything. After not hearing anything for two days, I reached back out to try to find out when he planned to come. I was working on a time constraint and he said he could work me in this afternoon between 2:30-3:00p. I agreed to that. At 2:27, I received a call from Johnny saying that he had been there waiting for me. Mind you, I had not received a call or text to tell me that he was on the way. I work in project management, so I was unable to simply sit and wait at the property arbitrarily without access to my working tools. When I arrived around 2:40, Johnny was pulling off and I tried to flag him down. He told me that he had been waiting for 30 minutes when he called me. This would mean that he arrived a little before 2p: not at ALL near the scheduled time of arrival. Again, with no 30 minute heads up. When I asked him to honor HIS OWN words, he acted as if there was someone else texting me and he didn't know anything about it. This is VERY incredulous and not indicative of a trustworthy person. There no was no apology or rescheduling. Johnny just drove off and I have a carpet that still has not been cleaned. I'm sure he does good work, but be careful of Johnny and his dishonesty.
