I only sent an question inquiring about some speakers. It took a couple days before I received a response but once it came through they were very nice and we responded several times. 3 days ago They're very unprofessional. They gave me a price of $3,700.00 to put T.v speakers and amps in my truck. During installation the price went up to $4,200.00. Even after buying my own T.V. they broke my seat belt cover and the cover around the windshield. My headliner is totally screwed up . This is in a 2018 gmc truck bought brand new! The owner is never there! Also while I was waiting for my truck for 3 weeks to get this resolved. Other customers were have the same problems. They sold a customer a speaker box that had a crack in it . This shop is terrible!!! I just wanted my truck away from this shop. If you're not just getting tint . I would advise you not to go anywhere near this shop. I would give the rate of NO stars if this was an option. By the way my amps keep shutting off. So I'm going to another shop to get all this stuff fixed! I asked for an estimate for basic outside wash and dusting and vacuuming on the inside. I asked on January 30th and in July. I provided my car make and model. They won't provide one over the message without a call or stopping by. I find this extremely inconvenient. I provided the info needed to provide my estimate. Why is there so much hassle! I have left my car here for a whole work day on two occasions just to get off work and realize that nothing has been done to my car. The first time I dropped my car of at 9am and got back at 4pm they said the tinter was doing an off site job on a building and they did not know it would take all day. However, they let me drive the company car to do my usual after work pick up and saw this as a "5 star experience" despite the fact that my car should've already been finished and ready to go by 5 o'clock and despite the fact that I had to wait until almost 8pm for him to finish (12 hours) when he promised he'd be done by 7:15 which made me late to another obligation. After all the trouble my tent was still bubbling and I went back 2 times to have windows redone on Saturdays where I sat and waited for hours to avoid anymore all day bs. The owner's explanation was that it was winter and tent doesnt do well in the cold. I showed him the 3M symbols that would not come off my passenger window and he stated that they do not use 3M tent and he recently fired the old tinter who did my tent. He looked over my car, pointed out imperfections, and told me to schedule an appt to have ALL my windows redone. I told him i would come in the summer to avoid continuous issues with fighting cold temperatures. Therefore, I called and scheduled an appt for this past Thurs 7/25/19 where I explained the issues in the past and the rep took note and stated my car would definitely be ready by 5 if i dropped it off first thing in the AM. I dropped my car off at 7:45am with notes explaining the importance of my car being ready by 4:45 with my contact info. I return a missed call from them after work at 5 o'clock where the tinter is asking me what's wrong with my car, he and the owner looked my car over and didn't see anything that needed to be fixed. REALLY?! I explain everything to him and he stated that he could wipe the 3M symbol off with no problem but nothing was wrong with my tint. I get the at 5:05 the owner looked right at me, kept walking and left. The tinter has taken the tent off my passenger window, bc apparently he couldn't get the 3M symbols off like I stated. I expressed my frustrations and he stated that he did see my note stating that I needed it to be done by 4:45, however failed to respect my time. He tented one window in the parking lot and argued that I needed to talk to the tenter from here on out when i call to sched appts but thats not my responsibility. Thats the company's responsibility to be organized enough to schedule appointments adequately and communicate with one another! He kept saying 5 minutes but was not done until 5:40 when I needed to leave by 5:00. The owner texted me later that evening arguing that it was a new high school student who scheduled my appt, however you should not leave a employee to work alone if you have not trained him adequately so that is not an excuse! Especially when this is not the first time this has happened! Very unorganized business. I tried to give the owner the benefit of the doubt because he was cool and we know similar people but the service is absolutely unacceptable. I also had multiple issues with HID headlights that blew on 6 different occasions alternating sides. I was driving on country roads with no street lights, minimum headlights(even when high beams were on) and tent. My whole reason for getting HIDs was for the very fact that I live in the country and drive on roads with no street lights daily and I nearly ran off the road several times from my headlights not being installed correctly, falling off balance and constantly blowing. Seems like he just hires anybody without verifying their capability. Prices are good and tent has a lifetime warranty but you get what you pay for. Not worth it. Will not be returning. read more
