A few mornings ago, a flatbed trailer being pulled by a pick up on the 1604 unknowingly flung a rock behind it, cracking my windshield. Luckily, the chip was smaller than the size of a nickel, which is a pretty standard guess that it can be repaired without having to replace the windshield. I found Glass Dawg online and called for pricing as there is this Boerne location and pretty close to my job. The gentleman who answers the phone is very professional and patient and says a technician will be available in the afternoon but will have that person call me as soon as their current job is completed and the cost will be $65. Ryan calls from the Boerne store to let me know they are ready. Sweet! I drive there and find it in an industrial area of Boerne, other warehouses and businesses nearby. Ryan comes out to greet me and assesses my windshield. He tells me they should have no problems getting this done quick, but (a disclaimer) does inform me that becs they are applying pressure, can cause the crack to spread and worsen during the repair process, so a total replacement can always be a possibility, but assures me it should be A-OK. He also educates me that such a repair is merely structural and not cosmetic, meaning the damaged glass will be brought back to a solid, strong version of its prior self, but the crack will mostly still be visible. It is but an economical way of avoiding the cost of replacing the windshield. Happy to report that 20 minutes later I am back in my car with a repair that I am happy with. They were able to improve the look of the crack and I am told it is safe for me to head over to a car wash if I like. Was that a hint? LOL! I have to say, everyone there was so nice and efficient at their individual jobs. I am so thrilled that I was able to find a business that could meet my need in a short amount of time, little to no effort done on my part and for a terrific price. Thank you to all of you at Glass Dawg! I hope I never need another repair, but if I do, you will always get first dibs at the job!

I called AGSA and a window specialist came to my home within 2 1/2 hours. When the specialist arrived, he quickly determined that I needed a window regulator but was very kind to get the window up since it was cold outside. After buying the part at a local auto part store, I texted the specialist. He was opened to coming back to my home to repair the window; however, I was at my work location. The specialist arrived at my workplace within 20 minutes and fixed the window in the parking lot. Note: The home and workplace visits were done on the same day. I highly recommend AGSA. Professional.
