Man... I organized a…read morecigar crawl with several friends, and this was the last stop on the tour. For starters: the space is in pristine condition. They have a lounge area open to the general public (spacious and comfortable), and a private members section that is IMMACULATE. The members' area has multiple rooms and is one of the cooler layouts I've seen. The cigar selection isn't the biggest, but it gets the job done. What really sold me on this place was the service and ventilation. The manager was extremely attentive to my party; gave us a tour of the building and made us feel welcomed. Regarding the ventilation - it's one of the best systems in the Chicagoland area. Unless there are 50 people in there chain smoking, you won't leave drenched in cigar smoke. Big fan of this place; I heard they have new locations coming and I'll have to check those out once they're open.

He enjoyed it so much that he went back a second time before leaving town and again received exceptional service. I recently contacted Chuck by phone to place an order, and he had everything shipped out quickly. My husband is a cigar connoisseur, and we visit cigar lounges often, but the customer service here stands apart from any other cigar lounge we've ever visited. Thank you, Chuck and Karma Cigars Bar for the outstanding customer service. We look forward to visiting again! If you're in the Chicago area looking for a great cigar lounge, it's absolutely worth the drive to Merrillville, Indiana.

The lounge has three floors; the first has their humidor (which is decently stocked) and seating for those who aren't members and don't want to go upstairs. All you gotta do is buy a stick and you're set. The 2nd floor has seating for members or daypassers + their outdoor space. 3rd floor has the pool table and A free chairs. A pass to venture upstairs is $50 and worth it if you want an intimate setting. I'm a fan of this place. The ventilation is good, the lounge is aesthetically pleasing, and there's plenty of bathrooms. Anytime I'm in the West Loop and need a cigar, I'll head to Cut

Highly recommend!…read more This spot was the 2nd stop during a cigar crawl I organized. I can't with a group of 10 and we were treated like kings. Due to the weather and group size, we were setup on their back patio. And let me tell you - the layout, size and amenities of that outdoor space make this place a 10 out of 10. They have heat lamps out there so I want to return when it's colder to see if it's tolerable. The ability to smoke outdoors is huge because you won't smell like smoke all day. Also FYI - they sell coffee/tea/soda and it's BYOB. Another plus is their humidor. Havana has sticks that I haven't seen at other shops in that Chicagoland area. Not saying it's the biggest; I'm saying the offerings are top notch and they carry all the major brands Please note: the indoor lounge is better suited for smaller groups (or a solo smoke.) But if it's warm, and you have a big group, sit on their patio and catch a vibe.

They have a huge variety of flavors and brands all of which have an option of different nicotine contents or zero nicotine. During the whole process I didn't feel pressured, rushed or judged for my lack of knowledge regarding the vape world. I was really happy with the whole experience and have gone back for another flavor and mod setup to make my clouds bigger and even more douchey!
