She is a consummate professional who brings encyclopedic knowledge of her field to each session along with an expert level of skill. But there's more to being an outstanding OT than being a brilliant practitioner. She also clearly cares about her patients, connecting with them effortlessly and remembering even the smallest details of conversations. Simply put, she is exceptional. If you need an OT who is a hand specialist, I can guarantee that when you visit Kathleen Siano your hand will be in good hands.

The majority of what bothered me wasn't that they breached HIPAA law several times in a phone call to me: they fed to me someone else's date of birth, and instead of asking me to give them information about myself for them to confirm my identity, they fed me this information. Again, before they knew I was me. But I was ready to excuse the person who made the mistakes. I did want to prevent it from happening again, though. It was the ways the clinical director handled it that really frustrated and angered me. When I expressed concern to the m, while they acknowledged that a mistake was made, they responded with a lot of assertions about tangential policies instead of the issue itself; they didn't assure me that they and/or the location would work to avoid the same kind of mistake in the future; when I addressed this hole in a second in-person conversation about it, they claimed they made this assurance in the previous conversation, citing lines they never expressed in that previous conversation; in the same, second in-person conversation, they told me they talked with the person who broke HIPAA law, and less than three minutes later, when I asked them if they talked with the person, they expressed their 'Yes' in a high voice -- very unconvincing. The clinical director's physical therapy guidance also lacked the level of care for movement quality and level of attention in general that I want for my own healing or that of anyone I care about.

A receptionist came out to shoo me away and tell me they are waiting on the owner to remove the ice, no apology. My landlord didn't shovel either and I cleaned off my stairs and sidewalk and path to package box because I have a sense of responsibility. The irony of a slipping hazard in front of a spine pain office is not lost on me. If they approach the responsibility to their patients like they do their building, stay away.

She gate keeps everything and lacks urgency and follow up. I have hit so many road blocks with her. The lack of communication and follow up is severely concerning when it's concerning his patients and their health and well being. She puts up a huge barrier where you can not get a hold of the doctor due to the fact she wants to own every process along the way but then sits on things with no urgency. Doctor Khan is so amazing but I'm dealing more with his receptionist than the actual doctor even after i have asked her to leave messages for him to call me back - still nothing.

Rare. What happened to me today felt more like assault. I have been assaulted before and I feel just as disembodied. I was told I would receive local anesthesia before my procedure and I did not. During the procedure Dr. Leftkowitz had a conversation with his pre-med assistant about where he might go for the summer. During this time he did not tell me when he would start and he did not apply local anesthesia. Did not say "little pinch" nor "big pinch" At one point I actually screamed "what the hell are you doing?!" And. When he was done he actually said see you're all better! And rubbed my head like I was a child. The braggadocio! The racism! Uhhh no. I'm 46 and No one has ever rubbed or patted me on the head. No PoC would ever. Perhaps God sent me there to teach. I went over to CMS at Medicare to start that complaint and am all set to call my friends in Albany at the Office of Professional Medical Conduct Central Intake Unit. Whether I complete those reports is up to your office. See, after Dr. Frazier messed up my fusion and destroyed my life and career, I learned quite a lot about patient's rights. DO NOT SEE HIM AND IF HE HURTS YOU AFTER 4.13.2022 WE WILL ALL SUE THE BLEEP OUT OF HIM.

I began seeing Dr. Taylor after about 6 months of chronic groin pain that had returned as a result of antibiotic use, prostatitis, and nerve strain. In addition, I had a locked-up sacrum and some spinal scoliosis. I had been to several urologists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and pain specialists. I had tried auto-immune diets, tricyclic antidepressants, steroidal pain blocks, etc. Over a few months, we reasoned through the groin pain, hatched several action plans, and in the process, made real progress against the pain, and definitely corrected some spinal alignment issues I'd had since childhood. There are so few doctors who practice Osteopathic Manipulation (OMM or OMT), especially in New York. While Dr. Taylor does not accept health insurance, his office assistant is provide a detailed bill that is easy to submit for out-of-network insurance coverage. When I was searching for DOs in New York who practice OMT, I went to many who either did not spend any time or effort in the session or had no idea what they were doing. Dr. Taylor upholds the incredible legacy of osteopathy by being perceptively hands-on, spending time with his patients, and refusing to rush judgements.

I've seen a lot of ostéopathe, in France where i live, and elsewhere as well, and i can safely recommand Ben Taylor.
