The process was quick, but when she was done working on my lashes, I saw only the slightest of changes. She had assured me that they would be curlier the next day, so I went on my way. The next day, after all the proper aftercare (no steam, water, makeup, rubbing, etc. for 24 hours) my lashes seemed even flatter than before. When I looked closer into the mirror, the lashes on my right eye were intensely curled not at the base, but past the halfway mark of each lash, closer to the ends. This resulted in some seriously crimped lashes. Other lashes closer to the inside of my eye were going in the completely wrong direction, and no amount of brushing with a clean spoolie could help. My left lashes were not completely lifted. My natural lashes are thin and straight, so looking head-on at my eyes you really wouldn't be able to tell that they're there. The procedure really didn't help that. Some lashes in the center had the slightest lift and others had literally none at all, so my left eye was a mix of 0 and 1 degree elevated lashes. It looks horrendous. I called the day after the procedure to ask about any remedies, and the lady on the phone was super pleasant and told me she'd make a note to have her boss call me back. Over two weeks later, and no follow-up. It's a nice facility, but I'm really disappointed with my results. I spent $100 (including the tip) for something my eyelash curler could have done better. I will definitely not be coming back.

I scheduled with Ryan and informed her that I do have lashes from a different tech and she let me know that I'd need a consult to make sure I didn't need a removal & full set. After the consult we did determine that I'd most likely need a removal (the previous tech I had used WAY too much glue y'all) and she recommended a full set instead of just the fill. I explained to her that I wouldn't be able to afford a full set at this time as I am going out of town tomorrow and instead of turning me away (like many techs do) she worked with me!! I was blown away at how kind and personable she was and she totally leveled with me to make sure that my lashes would look perfect for my upcoming trip. I will definitely be booking with her from now on for any of my lash needs. Bottom line: AMAZING service, super cute location and my lashes look and feel SO much better. 5+++ stars for Ryan and The Lash & Skin studio!
