I went in for a pedicure. The service just started and I needed to use the restroom. I take cancer…read moremedication that can upset my stomach so sometimes I can't plan my bathroom trips like the average person. After returning from the restroom, the nail tech continued working on clipping my toenails, doing the massage, all of those services were fine. However, I needed to use the restroom again. When I got up, the nail tech turned to the manager and they began talking in Vietnamese and started laughing along with all of the other employees. I was mortified as I walked into the restroom. My young adult daughter was with me and saw the whole thing first hand. She was very upset for me. When I came back from the bathroom I was of course embarrassed. I could tell everyone was looking at me and had been taking about me . I sat back down and my daughter wanted to leave. Apparently it was worse than I imagined. I didn't want to leave as I still had wet legs and wanted to get the service finished. I planned to say something when I paid. Of course, I had a stomachache again and I told them I wanted to pay and stop the service at that point. The manager seemed confused and I told her it was because I couldn't use their restroom without being made fun of. The manager acted like nobody laughed and made fun of me. She said, I didn't do that. My daughter said oh yes you did. You all laughed at her and humiliated her. This was all in front of the whole salon. Then, I stated my medical condition and repeated that I needed to pay as I was feeling sick and needed to leave. They charged me $35 instead of $42. I feel like they should have discounted more but it is what it is. I was treated so rudely and nobody apologized or acknowledged any wrong doing. I will never go there again. It shouldn't matter why someone has to use the restroom. In a service industry a more professional experience is to be expected. I don't regularly get pedicures and this was something I was doing for a special occasion so now I have to finish the job at home.

Wow, what a place!…read more This exceeded my expectations mainly due to it's differences to the "fancy massage chair" sort of a nail shops. This place had customed designed chairs and fixtures, an "elegant luxury" feel, and professional staff. I really enjoyed my experience here. The price was commensurate to its lavish luxury but compared to larger cities, it was actually reasonable (and we were traveling from a larger city). A note on the staff- they were exquisite. Far more careful and professional than might be standard and this sets this spot apart. I would stop here anytime I am in Omaha. Thanks!
