After returning from the restroom, the nail tech continued working on clipping my toenails, doing the massage, all of those services were fine. However, I needed to use the restroom again. When I got up, the nail tech turned to the manager and they began talking in Vietnamese and started laughing along with all of the other employees. I was mortified as I walked into the restroom. My young adult daughter was with me and saw the whole thing first hand. She was very upset for me. When I came back from the bathroom I was of course embarrassed. I could tell everyone was looking at me and had been taking about me . I sat back down and my daughter wanted to leave. Apparently it was worse than I imagined. I didn't want to leave as I still had wet legs and wanted to get the service finished. I planned to say something when I paid. Of course, I had a stomachache again and I told them I wanted to pay and stop the service at that point. The manager seemed confused and I told her it was because I couldn't use their restroom without being made fun of. The manager acted like nobody laughed and made fun of me. She said, I didn't do that. My daughter said oh yes you did. You all laughed at her and humiliated her. This was all in front of the whole salon. Then, I stated my medical condition and repeated that I needed to pay as I was feeling sick and needed to leave. They charged me $35 instead of $42. I feel like they should have discounted more but it is what it is. I was treated so rudely and nobody apologized or acknowledged any wrong doing. I will never go there again. It shouldn't matter why someone has to use the restroom. In a service industry a more professional experience is to be expected. I don't regularly get pedicures and this was something I was doing for a special occasion so now I have to finish the job at home.

What I am sure about is that 3 of my nails now have huge area close to the cuticle that were file wayyyy to close to my skin, after now a couple weeks I've taken off my nails & you can seee how badly they damaged my nails. My once smooth nail looks like a BMX race track. It's sad because I like coming here, their quality of products hold up great, but I'm not going to have someone I'm paying to do a service to have a stick up their ass the whole time especially not change the way my nails will grow now for a good while.
