Soooo glad I didn't, and dug a little deeper to find a personalized service for this weekend's special occasion! Melinda is the ultimate in experience, professionalism, and talent! Got my first ever airbrush for my daughter's wedding, and I was looking for a natural color boost. Today is day 2, and after following the simple instructions, my color is exactly what I was hoping for. Her directions are super clear and simple during the process, and I had no sticky or dot-pattern residue afterwards - color was smooth and even. It took a lot shorter time than expected (I only got upper body and face due to floor length gown), and pricing was far less than I had expected! I will recommend Melinda's salon to ANYone looking for a gorgeous and natural look! ProTip: Stay to the right when exiting 264 onto Independence. Her salon is in the first strip mall on the right after crossing Baxter; just next to the Jiffy Lube. (Her directions are clear, but I missed it anyway and had to U-turn on Indy lol) Thank you Melinda, for making me feel like a glowing and confident Mother of the Bride!

Terrible customer service! When I signed up on May 12th, I told the employee I only wanted 2months…read moreof service so please cancel my membership at the end of 2 months. I was instructed that I could only cancel once the second billing hit my account. Saturday June 13 I once again asked if I could cancel my membership. I was told that I couldn't cancel at the spa and was handed a number to call. Unfortunately the number is only good M-F. The billing hit my account on Monday June 15th. Today June 17 I called to cancel my membership only to be told I need to give a 30 day notice, therefore another month would be charged to my card and I should have read the fine print. So by waiting until the billing hit my account, I am already past the 30 day window. Today when I confronted the staff of my displeasure, she informed me that I could have cancelled before the second billing instead of waiting for the second billing, which is not what I was originally told. Misinformation by the staff is poor customer service at my expense.

Had a great experience with REY tanning for my wedding!…read more I booked a bridal trial and bridal tan for my wedding day and paid for both at my first visit. Riley was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions catering my color to my needs. I found that I had a few streaks upon the completion of development of the trial tan, so I reached out to Riley personally (which she let me know I could do if I had any questions). Riley walked me through the process and determined that I needed to exfoliate better before my bridal tan (using an exfoliating mitt rather than a loofa). I followed her direction and my bridal tan came out PERFECTLY. I felt confident for my rehearsal dinner, wedding, day-after brunch, and even the first few days of our honeymoon. I highly recommend REY tanning for all of your special occasion or everyday tanning needs! Quick, easy, affordable AND great service! Thanks, Riley!
