She apologized for not reviewing that option with me beforehand but said she couldn't make the change without the owner's permission. She told me she would reach out to him, but he ultimately did not honor the change-even though the request was made immediately and no services had been used yet. Instead of feeling supported as a customer, I was left dealing with an issue that could have been resolved easily and professionally. I'll finish my last session, but I won't be returning as a client. The way this situation was handled says a lot about how they value customer service!!

I arrived at 7:30 pm to find that Island Mist Tanning was closed, and looked like it had been closed for some time. It says that you're open until 8 pm on Wednesdays. I know this because I checked your hours several times before deciding that I would put all of this (unnecessary) effort into getting there. I think it's really unprofessional to close up a full 30 minutes before you say you're going to be closed, and I will not be going here again, nor will I be recommending Island Mist Tanning to anyone in the future. If you don't care about your business, then neither do I.

Great customer service - everyone is very friendly, comfortable, and I've never had trouble making an appointment, whether last minute or in advance. Though I can't speak for the tanning beds as I've never used them, I definitely recommend Island Mist for an airbrush tan!
