The area I spent most of my time gawking was at their refrigerated section with an array of sandwiches, salads, and many other delicious looking meals. They had several different types of gf sandwiches to choose from and I waffled between those, the fresh looking salads, or the many other packaged noms labeled gf. I finally selected the egg salad on gf bread. Now we have prepackaged sandwiches in the US airports too, none of them gf, but sandwiches nonetheless. They never look very trustworthy to start with and certainly not something as unstable as egg salad. This sandwich though.. this sandwich.. it was so good. Yummy moist gf bread and fresh egg salad made me wish I was hungrier so I could go try all the sandwiches. That along with my coffee kept me entertained until it was an appropriate time to start visiting the bar next door. If I again find myself in a terminal with Smaug, Gandalf, and the giant eagles overhead, I'll be sure and point myself to Wishbone for some more delicious gf noms.
