With Sutter, they have one location near me, you must check in with everyone else, and the whole visit to get an injection can take an hour sometimes. Dr. P has locations in Fairfield and Vacaville that they alternate and they will bring your shots to both locations. Also, I have never waited more than 10 minutes for a shot. They have always been very professional and the check-in procedure is run smoothly. After my initial appointment at North Bay, I was not impressed. I had to ask to check my vials to confirm that they were mine. I was told that the staff checked them to confirm the correct info. They made a note to make sure I checked my vials in the future. As a retired USAF medic, I was trained to always confirm everything with the patient. This was my first red flag. I was given info regarding an app to download onto my phone for future check-ins. After repeated attempts to do so, the app remained defective. When I tried to check into the clinic on the next visit, I got a bit of attitude because I didn't use the app. After several attempts, I called the clinic for assistance. The receptionist seemed very cavalier in her attitude and didn't seem to understand my frustration. I was hung up on while I again attempted to install the phone app. She eventually called back. By this time I was beyond frustrated and cancelled all future appointments to this ineffective clinic. I will resume my treatments at the clinic in Fairfield. I have confidence in being taken seriously and feel very at ease with their efficient system.

What annoys me is that I'll say "I can only make these days in the next two weeks" and each time I've tried to make an appointment I get suggestions for days I straight up can't make. The one time I was able to make an appointment that worked for my schedule I accidentally made it for a work day and it had to be a solid month out. Ridiculous. And the subtext for the attitude I get is that I'm too hard a patient to schedule. Sorry for working 14 hour shifts on a rotating schedule? Neither the Napa nor Sonoma office can manage to fit me in. Experiences like this seriously turn me off of a business. And naturally they're too high class to work the weekends at or, or make an exception. My insurance deductible is rather high and I finally met it the other week so I wanted to take advantage of not having to pay full price for a direly needed service. So I'll be driving from Vallejo to Livermore because this other place has oodles of appointments that I can actually make even with an extra hour of driving one way (two round trip) and a bridge toll. I've been here before years ago for allergy testing. Didn't have a single issue, was a great experience. But that was when I worked a "normal" schedule as a college student working part time. Meh.

Like many other Davis residents I was told to start taking a bunch of allergy meds starting in February and than by summer the allergies usually go away OR get allergy shots and be "cured". I went to see Dr M about 3 years ago and the first year I did not get a sinus infection but had to use my inhaler a couple of times. Each year I notice less use of allergy meds and didn't use my inhaler at all last year. Dr M and his staff were amazing and very upfront with the fact consistency is important and it takes time to actually notice a difference. I even had a bad reaction when I up-dosed and Dr M was very responsive and everyone handled it very well. I would highly recommend Dr M and even have referred my son (he really hates shots)!

Experience: My mom has been a patient of Dr. Junaid for years, and when I started experiencing severe allergies she suggested I paid him a visit as well. He's so sweet and personable. I love when doctors remember you and the things going on in your life even if they haven't see you in months. Dr. Junaid is one of those. Since I do not live in the area any more, the office is kind enough to mail my prescription to me. (It's made in house). The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the office is clean and put together.

I had only ONE appointment with "doctor" Saw Sein in the Concord location on September 4, 2025,…read morethere was no bloodwork or testing of any kind done. I had requested referrals for dermatology, pain control and neurology. A referral was sent and approved for dermatology, however it had wrong information on it and the dermatology office had been trying to get in contact with them for 2 weeks with no response! On the day of my dermatology appointment I was informed that I would have to pay cash for the appointment unless there was a corrected referral (now mind you I've had severe all over body itching for going on two years so every delay is horrible for me!), I call "doctor" Sein's office and the staff told me they already sent the corrected referral (ABSOLUTE LIE!) as I had just gotten off the phone with the dermatology office. I didn't find out until over two months later that "doctor" Sein told my insurance that I had diabetes. I have NEVER in my life been diagnosed with diabetes! I wrote an email telling of her incompetence and that her staff were liars and that I was not going back there. "Doctor" Sein sent me a letter that she will no longer be my PCP and that I was unprofessional. VERY laughable as I had long since gone to a new PCP and I wouldn't go back to her if my very life depended upon it! Her calling me unprofessional HA! as a doctor she should know how to diagnose diabetes. All around horrible experience, avoid Jiva Health at all costs as your life might depend on their "care" and good luck getting it!

I'm a long time sufferer from allergies and so I've seen my fair share of allergists. In the couple…read moreyears I've been seeing Dr. Gowda, he and his staff have been exemplary. I have never felt rushed, but rather keenly listened to and always taken care of. Dr. Gowda was willing to push back against my insurance when they balked at payment for some treatments and he even turned me on to some coupons to save me money. His treatment regime is very progressive and he even followed up to further research some new potential treatments I brought to his attention. My symptoms are much better now and I even look forward to our now only occasional friendly meetings.

Dr. Posner is phenomenal…read more I broke three fingers in my left hand and I was about to go to surgery, when I remembered that ever since I was a child, metal earrings and any kind of jewelry would make me swell. Frantic, I called my primary physician to ask him to do a test. He recommended Dr. Posner as an allergist and refused to recommend anyone else. He said it was the best allergist around, and that's who they use for something this serious. For this, I am really grateful. Dr. Posner is by far the best allergist I have ever been to, and probably the best doctor I've ever met. For starters, he comes in with a warm smile, as if he's known you forever. He's easy to talk to, thorough, investigative, and efficient. He understood my time restraints and he drove in and opened up the entire office for me on a Saturday, just so he could check to see if I had a preliminary reaction to metal. I now understand why the office is always packed. I wouldn't trust anyone else with testing for allergies or investigating a medical problem.

We were very very stressed out and worried and anxious. Dr Garcia stayed with us way over his office hours to discuss and answer all the million questions we had, assuring us our boy would be fine.
