They are very knowledgeable about their products & juices which is a plus in my book! I'm so glad they're in the town I live in! The owner is willing to mix up something for you if possible. Try his version of Mountain Dew or sour gummy worms! Very tasty!

I have experienced issues like this with two different vape stores and when I returned asking if there was anything they could do to replace the $10 vape that never worked once, they would basically shrug me off and say "sorry about your bad luck." This place, on the other hand, was so kind to me and understanding. The nice woman working there today said that she understood and that happened to her sometimes with this vape and promptly gave me a new one with a smile on her face. Even had me open it in the store to make sure this one worked. I would leave 10 stars if they let me, because that is how you do customer service!

They know their products and they keep the prices the same in the store as the website! Hello Aaron! I'm going to update my review and give you five stars which I have always gotten five…read morestar service except for Mr. Military man! I went in recently and your excellent service was back with Warren! Very friendly and gave excellent service with a smile. I didn't get interrogated and Warren made us very comfortable! My name is Kathy Guyer. You might remember my son and I used to visit often when Holly was mixing your juice in Edmond! I really don't understand your point in hiring the rudest employee I have ever encountered in any business anywhere! I have been going to your Edmond store five plus years. Mr. Military man not only never smiles but he's the worse juice maker anywhere! His juice has no taste at all! None! Visiting the store is like going into an Army interrogation! I vape for only one reason....TASTE! I forgot the exercise guys name you had before him but he didn't smile a lot either but at least he wasn't rude and he was excellent at making juice! He also was just shy and after a few visits became more friendly and he showed us respect as customers and was never rude! Holly was the most personable and it was like visiting a old friend when you walked in the door and she was there and she not only knew how to mix juice she remembered exactly how you liked your juice! Mr. Military man has actually scolded me about my juice and I was almost out the door but I pivoted and turned around and told him I'm sixty two years old and as a former OSI wife I have entertained Generals with more personality and regardless at sixty two almost sixty three now I have earned the right after forty years as a career military wife to more respect than that guy gives me when I go in there! The military service of course has nothing to do with it but I fear it's only language he understands! I really miss Holly and the exercise man. My son Christopher really liked him! I did continue going in the Edmond store for several weeks after all the rudeness hoping it would get better but it has only gotten worse so even though I like you I will just have to drive a hour or so to you suck vapes. If Mr. Military man was rude but made decent juice I maybe could deal with it but the juice has just gotten worse! Like I said I vape for taste so that's where it lives and dies for me!
