My trusty and very archaic mod finally bit the dust after five years. These days you can barely keep a remote control half as long. The timing coincided with passing Vapor Maven. We are currently in a state of quarantine and only essential businesses are operating. The gentleman inside waved to motion he was open and I phone him while standing outside his plate glass storefront. He showed me options after we discussed price points and familiarity of my previous setup. I like classic RTA's and user friendly Smok subohm tanks. He had lots of options for me to get either a complete kit with a tank included or just a mod. They also had a veritable supply of batteries and juice. I wanted to stay below 40$ since I didn't want to have to find an ATM. I ended up with a Siegelei Sobra kit and 30ml of house blended juice. It was a total joy and easy to do business here. I hope anyone reading this finds comfort in knowing you do have options in Guthrie!

I really don't understand your point in hiring the rudest employee I have ever encountered in any business anywhere! I have been going to your Edmond store five plus years. Mr. Military man not only never smiles but he's the worse juice maker anywhere! His juice has no taste at all! None! Visiting the store is like going into an Army interrogation! I vape for only one reason....TASTE! I forgot the exercise guys name you had before him but he didn't smile a lot either but at least he wasn't rude and he was excellent at making juice! He also was just shy and after a few visits became more friendly and he showed us respect as customers and was never rude! Holly was the most personable and it was like visiting a old friend when you walked in the door and she was there and she not only knew how to mix juice she remembered exactly how you liked your juice! Mr. Military man has actually scolded me about my juice and I was almost out the door but I pivoted and turned around and told him I'm sixty two years old and as a former OSI wife I have entertained Generals with more personality and regardless at sixty two almost sixty three now I have earned the right after forty years as a career military wife to more respect than that guy gives me when I go in there! The military service of course has nothing to do with it but I fear it's only language he understands! I really miss Holly and the exercise man. My son Christopher really liked him! I did continue going in the Edmond store for several weeks after all the rudeness hoping it would get better but it has only gotten worse so even though I like you I will just have to drive a hour or so to you suck vapes. Obviously, the vape wasn't atomizing the fluid completely. When I bought it the guy who rang me up said that if i had any problems they (the store) would cover return/exchange for 30 days after purchase date. i went back today to exchange -and pay the difference- on a new unit. however, today a different person was working. He said that there was nothing he could do because he "never heard of that problem before and I've been here for years" He was very rude. zero customer service skills. So, after about 10 minutes of going back and forth about the return policy. I convinced him to give me store credit towards a different brand of e-juice. As in his "expert" opinion there was nothing wrong with the vape itself it had to be the juice. So, I paid $12 outta pocket w store credit....and guess what??
