Toby did a great job replacing my oven. Very efficient, and work was completed within one day of being reported.

When I first lived there the maintenance man sexually harassed me they hadn't painted in my unit old stoves they so filthy old refrigerators and dirty I'm elderly and they're trying to keep my security deposit because I can't live there because this roach infested it's a goat that live in the building the workers are horrible in the office they're trying to steal my security deposit because they mad because I left there because I cannot live with roaches I would not send my enemy to live there it's a horrible place to live anybody can come into your apartment no locks is the dirty stained carpet is stinks it's thieves in the building is more people that supposed to be in there it's horrible I had to get out of there for my health and I never know if that guy maintenance man what's going to rape me because he was always trying to touch me and kiss me and put his hands on me that's a shame they bogusly charging me because they don't want to give me my security deposit back I'm in the process of getting lawyers because it's not going to go down like that and they want to bring somebody in a spray for them roaches and put these little boxes all over that don't work do not go there to live find somewhere else make sure it's not Bay properties they are horrible read more

I enjoy my apartment except for a few issues. When I did the walk through, I noted a few things such as a crusty stain on the bedroom carpet that looked like blood. Someone from maintenance marked it on the form as "ok" and didn't fix or replace the carpet. Not ok. Also on top of the kitchen cabinets there was about 20 years worth of duct and gunk which made me ill. Who would climb up there and check that? Also my toilet has been leaking for the last few hours and I just noticed and it's 415 on a Friday. I called the office and they said that "maintenance has left for the day". A leaking toilet is an emergency if it's constant as it could damage THEIR property. Ok so it's worse now. The flooding is back again. I called emergency answering service 2 hours ago and they said they have not reached anyone. The electrical room behind our apartment is also flooding so we called the fire dept. they can't do anything because there isn't a 911 emergency yet. 2 boxes of comic book wrecked because the water has gotten into the bedroom closet. Where do I even start, this place seemed decent for a first apartment for my fiancé and I. The showing was rough, toilet was rocking, slider didn't lock and the screen wasn't on the track, there was an old T-shirt wedged in between the screen and slider.. the rest was just old and very near its end of life. we were told the apartment we were getting looked a lot better and this was just to show the layout... we got the one we looked at... when we moved in the we obviously set up and got groceries, next morning the refrigerator I found the refrigerator stopped working in the middle of the night and almost everything went bad, when I told management and maintenance and they replaced the fridge in the afternoon. On top of everything else, when I was putting dishes and whatnot away I found water damage and rot on all the lower cabinets and 2 on the very top! Most of the minor stuff was fixed like the cabinets, toilet and slider. Shifty ac units, may or may not turn on, along with scuffed and torn flooring, lose tiles in the bathroom crumbling vanity and no calking around the bottom of the toilet either, just a block of wood at the front keeping it from rocking. The laundry this is also sketchy, $1.75 each, for wash and dry.. found out that sewage leaks from the drain on the lower laundry level and will stink up the whole building, this place is nasty af, always garbage strewn around the grass and parking area, people just throw their bags next to the empty cans or just leave them on the sidewalks, broken glass is everywhere!! Watch your pups! The pond is nasty af, littered with trash, debris and a breeding ground for mosquitoes in the summer. Never swam in the pool, looked nasty. Don't even get me started on how no one respect the fact that it's like 3am and not the time to bump toons, or rearrange your living room or realize you wanna start a fight with your bf/gf in the parking lot at the top of your lungs for like an hour and then screech your tires like no one's around... also someone likes to shoot here and it's literally terrifying and when your trying to get ahold of the complex to form a complaint, good luck they won't answer or call you back. They are "renovating" vacant apartments and by the looks they are just painting the cabinets white and replacing the floor. The price is not worth what your getting, I payed $1,086 +gas and electric that ranges from $150-220 depending on the season and they raised the rent for new tenant to like $1,150 +gas and electric, not the worst rent price when I was paying and certainly not worth it now. I been here for almost three years my building is quiet but the matience staff sucks nothing get fix right sinks stay stopped up patio door and screen broke been asking for repair for two years ac don't work right very hot in summer I'm on 3 Rd floor this complex needs to be updated they good with the outside up keep to get you in only the parking sucks nowhere to park mice in the building and spiders staff is nice so don't be fooled read more

I wish that I could give this complex no star. They are all about just collecting money and not fixing any appliance issues or the upkeep of the complex. There are homeless people hiding out in the buildings, people hanging out in the hallways who are always loud and obnoxious, and the parking is completely unreasonable! They will tow your car and issue 2 tickets to you for parking in certain areas WHEN YOU LIVE IN THE COMPLEX. You should be allowed to park in front of your building or at least in a guest parking area if you are paying rent. This place sucks and the apartments are not worth the money. read more

I have lived here for almost a year. The staff is very friendly and the complex feels safe. I've had a couple of maintenance issues, slow drain in the shower and an outlet didn't work. When I called the office the maintenance men were knocking on the door within minutes. Price is high but average for the area. I do recommend the Tanglewood Apartments. read more

Crap crap crap! I lived here before in 2013, stayed for a year, loved it. I was on the 3rd floor never had a problem. I considered this place again in February of this year on the 1st floor this time. I moved in March 15th and on March 22nd my bathroom flooded terribly, even in the kitchen behind the refrigerator. Maintenance came out looked at it and left. The next day it flooded again, this time only in the bathroom. This time a "plumber" came and fixed a pipe that burst due to the tub above me they said. Fast forward to June 18th, my bathroom has not been fixed a huge whole in the wall, debris falling off that I had to hammer down because it was getting ready to fall while my 3 year old was in the tub. My bathroom had again flooded on this day. Called the front office, they sent out maintenance. They came, looked at it and left didn't say shit. Not even about when my fucking ceiling will be fixed. NOTHING. All maintenance could say was "somebody have to be going in the upstairs bathroom using it considering no one lives there" It now smells like feces in my apartment and even worse in the bathroom. It'll be three months on the 22nd and now the 3rd time since it's flooded and nothing has been done. Haven't offered me another apartment or anything. I wouldn't recommend this place because management is very lackadaisy. If they don't offer me another apartment soon, I will take things into my own hands and start the legal process. read more

I will not be renewing my Lease at Tanglewood apartments. Management has installed killing traps for squirrels around the premises. It's not something we want our kids to wake up and see tortured squirrels. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

When I first moved in the apartment was dirty. The refrigerator was nasty and had to be cleaned out. The shower was nasty and had to be scrubbed. The only thing that appeared clean was the carpet. I lived there for a little bit over a year. the best description is HORRIBLE. I hated it. everything is outdated and just disgusting. The tile in the bathroom is cracked and lifted from the floor. maintenance fixes things on their timing. there is no central air. The kitchen cabinets remind me of the wood that's ants crawl in. I wouldn't recommend a homeless bum to live here. there is always a problem. I became uncomfortable with even taking a shower because the shower had built up silicon !!! The rooms are so hot I slept in the living living room directly under the ceiling air conditioner every night in the summer !!! In the winter the heat takes HOURS to kick in. They don't shovel the sidewalks or anything you can't back into a park because of the built up snow. In the winter hallways are freezing and in the summer hallways are hot enough to have a heat stroke !!!!!!!!! The vents along the walls are broken and falling apart !! The main front doors are not locked ! The back door and the front door are unlocked, giving anyone access to walk directly into the building ! The security works from about 10 at night until 4 in the morning and they sit in front of the renting office instead of patrolling !!!! Management fixes nothing. The hot water in every building went off for 3 days from Friday until Monday. A notice wasn't sent out or anything. Just COLD WATER !!!!! The neighbors are creepy. Kids and whoever else sit in the hallways, hallways of the apartments they don't live in. I regret moving here and occupying an apartment and spending my money here. I recommend no one to live here. worst experience ever !!!!!!!!! read more
