Every wine we tasted, even if not our forte, had a unique and robust flavor. They have varieties for every wine connoisseur, dry to sweet to fruity to ports. We enjoyed every sample we tried and bought a large selection at the end. Their food is just as great as their wines. We got a cheesesteak, and I have to say it was the best cheesesteak I've ever had. The peppers and onions were cooked to perfection, the meat was cooked and seasoned so well, the cheese cooked into the meat, and the serving was large. It's location is also a perk, with beautiful views and woods surrounding. The staff was great to chat with and fun people. Highly recommend!

A few highlights from our visit: Live music created a fun and lively atmosphere throughout the evening. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, making it easy to put together a picnic-style experience. Plenty of space to sit, relax, and enjoy conversation with friends and family. Ample parking available on-site. Food trucks were available in addition to the winery's offerings. For wine, we tried the Twilight sparkling wine: A semi-sweet sparkling wine with notes of dark cherry, plum, and berries that finishes clean and refreshing. It was excellent and quickly became the highlight of the night. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up purchasing a second bottle to take home. A few things to keep in mind: Parking is on grass, which wasn't an issue during our visit. While there are no stairs to navigate, there are a few gentle hills and inclines leading to the seating areas. Popular events can draw a crowd, so arriving a bit early may help you secure a good spot. What stood out most was the atmosphere. We weren't the only ones taking advantage of the beautiful weather. Groups were gathered around tables enjoying wine, music, food, and conversation, creating a welcoming and festive environment without feeling overcrowded. Overall, The Vineyard at Hershey is a fantastic destination for a relaxing evening. Between the live music, excellent wine, food options, and scenic setting, it's an easy place to spend several enjoyable hours. We'll definitely be returning for another bottle of Twilight and another night under the stars

The wine we tried was decent and the beer was ok at best. Outside food and snacks were permitted for the show. While it's great they are hosting bands during the winter months, they need to invest in some noise reduction panels above and around the stage area. This enhancement would significantly improve the sound quality of the bands performing and the audience's experience. Two great qualities that we will return for in warmer months are the amazing deck and outside areas. These would be very nice areas to sit, sip, and enjoy music. One important piece of information is that location is about 15+ minutes south of Hershey off of Rt 283.

The guy behind the counter was very nice and friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the tastings were free, although served in small plastic cups. They had many different kinds of wine for sale by the bottle, but only about 7 wines for tasting, ranging from dry to sweet. I'm not a sweet wine fan so we tried the Sauvignon Blanc and the Cabernet Sauvignon/Chambourcin. Both were very nice dry wines and we ended up buying a bottle of the Cab Sav/Cham blend. My expectations for Pennsylvania wines is not very high, but this winery is definitely worth the stop if you want to support a local winery. Cheers

The steaks were okay -- they seemed tough and mine, for medium seemed slightly over cooked with hardly any pink inside and what there was was very light pinkish / brown color. Jenni said her steak was done to her satisfaction -- medium well. I would say mine was probably also medium well. My steak had a lot of fat and gristle that I didn't eat. The mashed potatoes were amazing. My asparagus seemed stingy in size and number of stalks and added little taste or filling to my plate. Jenni said her green beans were okay. The iced tea was great. My Pepsi didn't taste flavorful though Alyssa said she checked the soda bags and they were full. I swapped for sweetened ice tea. Alyssa was a super friendly server who checked on us regularly. We want to patronize local businesses but we probably wouldn't get our meals again and would try something else. Jenni said she'd rate our experience as a 2.5 which is exactly what I'd give so we're going to round up since maybe our experience was just a little off this evening.
