Now that my husband is on my insurance I made him a customer too today. He takes insulin and it was always so expensive ($300+ per month) until now! We pulled up to the drive thru and asked for his prescriptions. We anticipated it would be $100+. The clerk, Kathy came back and said $20.68. Chris and I both started to cry with our mouths wide open! She said, what's wrong, no ma'am these are happy tears! The pharmacist came to the window and said they (took it upon themselves) found a coupon for $90+ off and applied it to his insulin (for multiple uses). We were floored with this personal care! I just moved to the area and needed my riding mower fixed. I took a chance with this place…read more Though there isn't much for conversation with any of the employees or owner, I figured they were just good ole boys. The wait time for the repairs was longer than I'd like, a week out, but I figured they were that busy? I took the mower in for carburetor issues, starting issues, and it always tried to die when I put the blades down. This is where the 5 stars come into play. They could have charged me for parts and repairs I didn't need. They did rebuild the carburetor, which I figured. I figured a new starter and a switch or something. I estimated $400-700 overall. The only problem was the carburetor. The other issues was a cover I didn't put in place correctly and it was shutting off and not starting by design. Instead of just charging me extra for something I didn't need, they were honest and I respect that. Under $200 out the door and if I need more repairs in the future, I don't expect much talk but know they are honest.

BEWARE!!! VERY Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty…read moreWe had been using Holiday Pools cleaning company for several years and trusted them completely. Unfortunately, the quality of their service declined significantly over time. Most recently, they strongly recommended that we replace our pool pump, claiming it could not be repaired. Without offering any real options, they installed a new pump and insisted on taking the old one with them. Thankfully, we asked to keep it--and after showing it to an experienced and trustworthy pool expert, we were told it could have been easily fixed. We feel deeply disappointed and misled, especially after being loyal clients for so long. This experience has left us questioning their honesty and integrity. Please be cautious--loyalty should never be rewarded with deception.

It's now late Nov. (over 2 months from my original call to them). We never heard from them and they never showed up. They actually saved us $$ though as we ordered the part from Amazon and fixed ourselves. One local business off our list we will not support or recommend.
