First of all, I have been a customer since the very first week this store was open in Sherman on Crockett street. They had amazing clothes- great quality and great price! I watched this company grow from a local store to an internet powerhouse. I truly feel like they had no idea how to handle their rapid growth. At all. Fast forward to this summer and they had a huge sale in the warehouse. I noticed a huge drop in quality. The clothes didn't even last one wash. The purse I bought lasted 3 days. I took a chance and bought a huge order online- took over 30 days for ANY communication on where my order was and was eventually refunded after 50 days- only after I threatened to take them to court. Please do not support this business. MULTIPLE people who have worked for or know the owner have told me how insane the owner is and how she no longer cares about her customer base. Many other boutiques sell the same clothes and you get them within 7 days. I will not ever buy from Glitzy Girlz ever again.
